Welcome to Cabin on the Middlerun - All Cedar Cabin On The Sol Duc River

Great cabin located 2 miles north of Forks on the world famous Sol Duc River. This very comfortable, all cedar cabin, has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom with a shower/tub combination, Direct TV, wireless internet, is fully furnished and has a washer and dryer. We're close to the Olympic National Park's greatest attractions; the Hoh Rain Forest and it's ancient, moss covered trees, the numerous ocean beaches (2nd Beach is our favorite), Sol Duc Hot Springs, and the rugged Northwest Coast area along the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Right here on the river, eagles soar overhead, otters play, and fish migrate home.

The rustic cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed. Randy and JoAnn were great hosts. They allowed us to check in an hour earlier, as we requested. We really enjoyed our stay! We hiked during the day and went into Forks, WA for dinner. We were able to stream YouTube TV for entertainment in the evenings. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others.

We had an a great stay at the cabin and would definitely return! The property was clean, has a well equiped kitchen, comfy beds and sofas, and a fantastic little space to relax outdoors perched above the river. Its a great location too, close to Forks and easy to get to the coast and much of Olympic National Park.

Wonderful location just a couple miles outside of Forks. Great base for Hoh Rain Forest and beaches. Place was clean and well equipped. We loved the quality of the kitchen equipment (pots, pans, utensils), spices, bbq grill. Having access to laundry was great and the host even provided detergent. Lovely overlooking the river and enjoying a morning coffee. Definitely recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. This place was just as described. The layout was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed including a great spread of spices and coffee. We used the grill and enjoyed the view by the sol duc river. Great location! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We so enjoyed our stay in Forks!! Beautiful, clean cabin and everything we needed to prepare meals, relax and enjoy ourselves. Hosts were very hospitable and communicative. Enjoyed sitting out by the river.

Very nice, clean, and quiet accommodation that felt pretty central to much of Olympic National Park. Easy to get to, and my wife and I were easily able to make ourselves home. We will certainly return the next time we come out to the Olympic Peninsula.

Went for a girls weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The river, the star watching laying in the yard at night, great location while still having privacy, oh, and it’s very soundproof so we didn’t have to worry about our music level. 10 minutes to Forks 20 to Rialto beach. Will def be back!

Absolutely the perfect little place with the nicest view. The owner helped us fill our rental car tire when it was a little low and we got to pet his adorable fur baby. 10/10

Cute little cabin in a small compound next to the owner’s house and a few outbuildings. Was very clean. The lawn out back is expansive and leads to a nice table and seating area near the stream. Laundry is in the outbuilding next door to the cabin. Cabin has a keurig machine but no pods so bring your own. We went into Forks for coffee instead. Cabin is in a great location for many local beaches as well as the Hoh Rainforest.

The cabin was very clean and was equipped very well for our needs. JoAnn was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions promptly It is a beautiful setting and Forks is a neat town.

Fun cabin in Forks

Nice cabin in a lovely setting on the Sol Duc River near Forks. Close to scenic ocean beaches and the Hoh Rain Forest. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Cabin is very clean and well equipped for anything you could need including laundry on site. Location is very quiet and serene by the river. We enjoyed coffee each morning by the river. Cabin is also centrally located to Olympic National Park attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location when visiting Olympic National Park. The cabin is so cute and comfortable for the perfect stay. Great communication with JoAnn the owner. This is a must when visiting the area. We highly recommend this rental.

The cabin was the perfect home base as we explored the beauty of the region. We found the cabin plenty spacious for two adults and two teens and very clean. The couches are super comfy, and recline, great after a few days of hiking. We cooked four meals and had all the cookware and utensils we needed. We did not use the washer or dryer. The kids used the expansive lawn to kick around a soccer ball and there was a valiant effort on a 1000 piece puzzle. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again if we are back in the area.

Comfortable cabin with great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. The sound of the river is really relaxing. The location was great for the different hikes/trips we planned around ONP!
