STUDIO ON THE BEACH ON THE GOLFE DE SAINT TROPEZ
This studio is located on the border of the marine village of Port Grimaud. It is uniquely situated on a fine-sand beach at the west-end of the Golfe de Saint Tropez. The beach is extremely well maintained and under the surveillance of firemen from July to September. It is very calm even during the high season. The public is international and of a family type. The departure quay of the boat-shuttles to Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez is located in the centrum of the village. You will so avoid the world known traffic jams to those two towns. The studio's unique situation will allow you to admire the blazing sunrises on the Golfe and to follow the numerous regatta's organized on the Golfe, the most famous one being the former "Nioulargue" renamed "Voiles de Saint Tropez"
Although not included in the price, it is possible to supply bed and house linen so as the exit cleaning. Please ask for the conditions.

Il monolocale è in una posizione fantastica.Siamo stati in 4 persone 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi.La proprietaria ci ha dato dei pass per muoverci gratis con barche e taxi a Port Grimaud è stato molto bello.Abbiamo chiesto la sostituzione del ventilatore e sono stati gentilissimi a cambiarlo. Esperienza positiva.

La maison du studio se trouve toute proche de la plage. Le studio dispose d' une formidable vue directe sur la mer. Le studio n'est pas grand, mais on y trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un trés agréable séjour. La propriétaire et le gardien sont trés gentils et toujours disponibles. A découvrir.

Très bonne expérience
Studio très bien placé en direct de la plage. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Un accueil exceptionnel de la propriétaire.

Beautiful Position
This studio is all about location. It overlooks the beach at Port Grimaud and the views down the bay to St Tropez are fantastic. We often sit on the balcony watching the yachts arriving and departing. The sunrises over the bay are spectacular and the balcony offers shade in the afternoon. The shops and restaurants are only a five minute walk away.
The studio has the amenities we need for 2 weeks and the photos give a good idea of what you get.
A pass to the residents car park is included which is so useful.
We have been coming here for six years and Paule is lovely to deal with. We hope to keep coming every year as we enjoy it so much.

Appartement très bien situé et bien équipé, une vue sur mer avec des aurores magnifiques...
La propriétaire est très sympathique, bref nous y avons passé un bon séjour et nous y retournerons certainement.

ANCHE QUEST'ANNO ABBIAMO TRASCORSO LE NOSTRE VACANZE ESTIVE IN QUESTO PICCOLO PARADISO SITO A PORT GRIMAUD. LA CASA HA TUTTE LE COMODITA' CHE SERVONO PER UNA VACANZA DI LUSSO, MA A FARE LA DIFFERENZA E' IL PANORAMA CHE E' DA MILLE E UNA NOTTE, LA CASA STA DIRETTAMENTE SULLA SPIAGGIA.
