Magical Vail Valley, near Beaver Creek & Vail. Activities for the whole family!

This lovely, recently remodeled, fully equipped condo has a master bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms and bath which is perfect for families or friends. There is a large living room with games and TV and large balcony with BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked with a pantry filled with essential cooking staples. There is a full washer and dryer in the home, air-conditioning, free WI-Fi, outdoor parking on site, and an elevator. The views are beautiful and sounds of the river relaxing. The condo is located steps from shopping, at least 25 great restaurants to choose from, a local brewery, movie theater, hiking, biking, skiing and mountain sports for all seasons. There is a hiking/biking trail on the Eagle River, just outside the property. There are always fun and often free cultural events in Beaver Creek and Vail, which are located just a few minutes away. Dance, art, and music festivals are held throughout the year, in addition to sporting events like the 2015 World Alpine Ski Championships and the annual USA Pro Cycling Challenge. The condo is centrally located within easy walking distance to everything in the lovely town of Edwards and a 2 minute drive to Arrowhead to catch the ski lift or a 6 minute drive to Beaver Creek. There is also public transportation along Highway 6 which is steps away. This comfortable vacation home is perfect for everyone as you enjoy the beauty that the Rockies have to offer.

Place is very close to everything and very convenient. House was very clean, modern and organized. We had very clear communication. The master bedroom mattress was a little too soft but other than that no complains! Love it!!

Perfect location and condo for ski vacation

We loved this condo, it was spacious, steps away from the Riverwalk and only 5 minutes from Beaver Creek. Owner responded quickly when needed and we would stay here again!

Spring Ski Break 2023

Wonderful Stay over Christmas Holidays

My family (me + husband + two adult children) had a wonderful stay at this large condo over Christmas 2023. The location is perfect, next to the Riverwalk in Edwards, with shops and restaurants within quick walking distance. Avon and Vail are an easy drive, too. And — there’s an elevator to make move-in and move-out so much easier for the third floor location! Beautiful views as well. The condo was welcoming and spotlessly clean. Lots of kitchen equipment to cook meals. The fridge was great and had a very helpful water filter - we used filtered water from the fridge for drinking and cooking. We loved the big peninsula for meal prep. Plenty of storage at the front door to corral boots and coats, and lots of closet space and hooks to keep clothes and suitcases out of the way in the bedrooms, made our stay very homey. The condo is very nicely furnished and comfortable. Let’s talk about beds and sleeping arrangements. It was super to have some thin pillow option for people who like to fold and tuck. There were plenty of blankets available. The beds also varied in softness vs firmness, which let us put everyone where they’d be most comfortable. For example, the master bedroom’s king size bed was softer, and the second bedroom’s queen size bed was firmer. The hosts have thought of everything for a great trip. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Spring Break Ski Condo

We enjoyed the spacious well stock accommodations. The owners truly care about this residence and it shows. Enjoyed walking to dinner in Edwards and we were only minutes away from BC.

Comfortable Edwards Condo

This was probably the nicest condo we have stayed in. The location was perfect for skiing and also spending time in Edwards. The condo was well stocked and had everything you would need for cooking. The layout of the condo was ideal. We would definitely rent from Lewis and Michelle again.

Great place for our ski vacation

Nice and clean. Had an issue with key code that the owner addressed immediately. Smooth sailing after that. Short drive to Beaver Creek and Vail. I would recommend it.

Very comfortable

Wonderful stay. Condominium was very comfortable and well appointed. Lewis was helpful and engaged although everything was perfect and we had no issues. We’d recommend for any family or couples.

Plenty of room for family ski time

Family ski trip

The property was exactly as described in the photos. The condo had everything that we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. The location is a very short drive to the Arrowhead Village at Beaver Creek and could provide fast and easy access to the nearest lift when the mountain is entirely open. The unit's setting on the river in beautiful. Communication with the owner was clear and concise. It was especially nice having the shops at Edwards RiverWalk within walking distance. We stayed during a snowstorm so it was such a relief to be able to walk across the parking lot to get groceries instead of worrying about driving out to get food. If given the opportunity, we would stay here again in the future without any hesitation.

Gem of a place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lewis and Michelle were very helpful and their place was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook dinners each night after 4 full days of skiing. We would come back again in a heartbeat!!

Amazing home close to ski

We stayed for a week in Feb 2020. The home was nothing but great. Everything you could think of from bedding to pots and pens, TV, internet, fire place, balcony, garage downstairs (no digging the car out of snow!). The pictures don’t do the justice! The home is tastefully decorated, uncluttered . Layout is wonderful so convenient for families with kids or group of friends. So convenient to the ski resorts, next to the shopping and groceries. Great great great. We will be looking to come back. Thank you

Lewis and Michelle both grew up in NYC but moved to San Diego to work and raise their family. We recently retired and moved to St. Petersburg, FL. We've been coming to the Vail Valley for many years for winter and summer fun. Our adult children and their spouses live in FL and Pittsburg and we all love meeting in the Rockies for family time. It has been a dream of ours to have a 2nd home in this area and we are thrilled with the location in Edwards. The kids snowboard, we ski and snow shoe and we all hike and bike. From the moment we arrived to the Vail Valley years ago, it felt like home. The people are friendly, the services and amenities are wonderful, the opportunities for excitement are ever present, yet the serenity of the mountains is relaxing and rejuvenating. We would love you to share in our excitement about our home and the incredible outdoors.

Edwards is the perfect location. River Pines is within walking distance to restaurants (more than 25), movies, and public transportation. Jump on your bike and ride along the river trail or stroll through the open grassy area and sit on a bench to watch the river. Relax on the balcony and contemplate the clean air and beauty. We are just minutes from the mountain and fun activities.

In this contemporary, comfortable home you can relax and enjoy your vacation. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms allowing for privacy and space, yet the living, dining and kitchen areas bring everyone together. It is a peaceful, comfortable home to return to after a day of outdoor fun. The sounds of the Eagle River will lull you to sleep and you will awake to a sun-filled, light home in the morning. There is outside parking on site and an elevator in the building.
