This is the perfect spot to enjoy a vacation with family or friends. It counts with a private beach only steps away, this house has four bedrooms, three of them oceanfront from your bed, 3 full bathrooms and when you rent the beach house you rent the entire home. You DON"T share the beach house like other beach house in the same location. It's a beach house you will love and will want to come back.
Has two barbeques and a private courtyard. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and cable TV for your own privacy.

Has a large living and dining room, you can actually enjoy oceanview from anywhere in the house kitchen livingroom and bedrooms. House has enclosed car garage, also has large double paine sliding doors for your comfort.

It is located in a private community only five minutes away from Rosarito. This is a perfect beach house to get away and enjoy the ocean with friends and families.
Wi-Fi Connections and Cable Internet.

The beach house gives you your own private getaway. Waking up in the mornings to the view of the ocean is breath taking!!

The house was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The only negative was the dishwasher was broken. I wasn’t informed about this, and wouldn’t have booked if I knew. I was traveling with a baby and I had a lot of bottles and pump parts to have to hand wash twice a day. There was also a lot of ants in the kitchen and master bedroom. The view was although, and we saw dolphins daily.

This home had ups and downs. We're a family of 10. The property manager was kind. Lily the owner was very vague in our questions pre booking and didn't respond to our final email regarding checking in, there were three different check-in times listed throughout the booking. We were totally confused hours before our unknown check in, however, the property manager did call around 11am and let us know that we could check in anytime, just to call her when we were close to meet at a mutual time. We were saddened to learn that ocean was not safe to swim in. It looks like there is sewage draining into the ocean a few doors down. Our kids came to surf and were very disappointed. The home needs A LOT of work. It has one tv in the main living area. There are no fire detectors/carbon monoxide detectors. The electric surges on and off, dimming the lights every minute or two. The stove/oven has no power, but you can light the burners with a match. With electrical and oven issues, it seemed unsafe without the detectors. The bathrooms were clean. The home smelled of mold downstairs. The downstairs bedrooms were just empty rooms with two beds and one night stand, no doors on the closet. The area has a smell of sewage. The refrigerator didn't work but was fixed timely. When booking you don't pay a cleaning fee, your bring 150 cash at check in.

Our stay was nice, quiete neighborhood, friendly staff. The home was perfect for our family of 11 people, big & spacious. The only bad thing was there is no a/c and the house does get hot and stuffy. Organ that it was a perfect stay

Beautiful Home - Lacking Amenities

The home is great but unfortunately there were a few items that I would recommend the owners to take into consideration. Hot Water: Half of our group 10 people had to take cold showers as the hot water was not working at all times, even though we kept the showers to one person at a timeToilet paper: Each bathroom had one or half of one roll. For a 4 day stay I would expect the home to be equipped with extra rolls, none.Stove: Need to use matches and we were told this upon arrival but had to go buy this at a store as the home had none.Television: Only television in living room does not workKitchen Paper towels: None, we had to purchaseGarbage bags: None we had to use the ones we purchasedFor the price I would suggest these items become standard.

Property was great but needs a lot of maintenance

The property manager was great in helping us but we had no power and no TV or heater when arriving to the house. Took them more than three hours to resolve the issue of the power. Too the next day to bring us a TV for the living room and only two plug in heaters for two rooms and the heater in livingroom didn’t work. Downstairs toilet broke down and wasn’t fixed and upstairs shower no hot water. Property manager told us she would let owners know so we can get a discount for the inconvenience but never received anything. Overall nice house but needs a lot of maintenance and in our stay people kept coming in and out in our stay. Property manager was great help and kind.

Love it

I love this property so much. My family and I have an amazing time and will be going back once a yr for vacations. The property manager the liner and cleaning lady were all so very sweet and helpful when needed. I recommend this house and location to everyone.

It was a very nice property.. clean comfy on the beach .. however we were not informed that the beach was contaminated from run off n you couldn’t swim now did you want to.. pool was also closed .. that was one respect we chose this place.. so it was disappointing .. owners should inform you be fore you book

Really bad

La casa bonita pero nos dejaron la maquina de trates todos sucios olia muy mal. No habia jabon para lavarlos,;Toallas de baño muy feas algunas manchadas. El primer baño tuvo q ser para todos con agua fria,,;nos saco el secueity de la alberca porque no habian pagado mensualidad sabanas sucias y feas. Almohadas con sangre. Y para todo tenian excusas me prometieron un rembolso de 400 el cual luegoeandaron correo q no me lo iban a dar por un monton de excusas q dieron les dejamos la casa boen recogida ain basura ni mada no me gusto el servicio y la suciedad en q nos metieron a mi y mi fam....

Amazing.

My family and I loved staying at this property. The location is perfect. The view is beautiful. The house was spacious. We felt like we had our own private beach. The manager was so sweet and answered all our questions..We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Loved it!

I will deff come back.. it was very big and a lot of room for everyone. Lily and Carmen let us check in early. They had everything we needed expect hot water and ac but the ac didn't matter, We had the beautiful breeze from the beach, the hot water for us didn't matter either since we are adults but for a family with kids they will need some. Overall Everything was great! Beautiful beach house! See you soon 😃

Needs better hospitality

2rolls if toilet paper for the cost of each night for 4 nights…. really? My child could have fallen from the openings in the balcony. No shampo, hand soaps or conditioner. No dish soap. No toilet paper holders. TV’s in rooms that don’t work. House is ok, but hospitality needs to be improved.

“Home away from home.”

Overall, an Amazing home!! First and foremost, I want to thank Lily and Carmen for taking the time to speak to me via telephone and in person. There was a minor set back during check in; however, Lily made sure the issue was addressed immediately. I traveled with my daughters, ages 8 through 17, and we felt safe waking around the gated community. Guards at the entrances were very professional. Beach was very peaceful and within steps of the rear soors of the house. NO AC was neees, as the ocean breeze kept the house cool.

Family vacation

We stayed at this property last year and we loved the location and the flexibility the property owner had with us in checking in early. The communication with Carmen was also great. My feedback for this stay are little things that end up affecting the overall stay. The cleanliness was not as last time. It was a bit dirty when we got there. We had to end up sweeping and mopping. The first day and half we had cold water. Carmen did everything in her ability to get Us hot running water but nonetheless we were without it for awhile.

Beautiful home right on the beach. Stunning view.

We had a wonderful stay. We cooked breakfast and BBQed dinner. We walked on the beach and swam in the pool. Very clean and comfy.

We have been married for 35 years in January. We bought this beach house cause when we first saw it we loved the view of the ocean and because the beach house is ocean front you could hear really nice the water. You will love it when you stay here!!

Great Location and Beautiful Ocean Front Home!!!

Our Beach House 735 ROCA was SOLD This year 2019 I wanted to sell it because I want to concentrate in one beach house and give you my all. I reduce the price so that it could be in the middle of the price range of both beach house and be able to also rent ROCA & ISLA to both of our customers.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

When you stay at the beach house you could see the dolphins swimming by and the view is unforgetable is an amazing view of the ocean and once you are their you don't want to leave. Go down the stairs to the beach and you could have a nice relaxing walk next to the water.
