House " payesa " typical of Ibiza. It's surrounded by fruit trees. It has three annexes does make it possible to stay up to 15 people. It has a very nice outdoor area with a poolside kitchen, dining area and an outside toilet. It also has jacuzzi and barbecue. Located in the countryside but very convenient for all parts of the island to enjoy the landscape and their beautiful beaches. The known Bar-Art Gallery " Can Tixedo" and "La Granja" are near.

Just back from a week's stay in this fabulous villa. Everything about it from the check-in, right through our entire holiday exceeded our expectations. The property is so well equipped and exudes Spanish charm. Miguel the maintenance guy came every day and looked after the pool the gardens and grounds and took away the rubbish. Catalina and Vincente were perfect hosts. We were a family group with young children and the property was perfect for us, I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely property to anyone 11 out 10 for me.

We spent a week, with 15 people, ranging in age from 16-89 and loved the house! It’s nice to be outside of the towns, but close enough that everything is accessible. We had cars, which I would recommend. The pool was wonderful - it was hot during our time there. We loved having an outside kitchen and plenty of outside seating for meals. It was good to have air conditioning in the rooms. There’s a great space for morning yoga out by the pool, also. Vicente and Catalina were great hosts - 8 members of our group spent a day with Vicente on his boat, touring the coast of the island and had so much to tell us when they returned! It was a fabulous trip - we’re already talking about returning!! Thanks for sharing your lovely island home with our family

Beautiful- would stay again.

Beautiful villa. The outside pool area was just stunning. Property had aircon and everything we needed. I stayed with a group of friends for my 30th birthday. Some of us hired a car but it was fairly easy to get taxis to get anywhere we wanted too. Would deffo stay here again!

"The villa was very comfo...

"The villa was very comfortable and spacious. It was brilliant for the children to run around outside as it was safely closed off from the road. We thought it was in a great location as it was easy to reach everywhere we wanted to go on the island. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to book again at some point."

Review three weeks holiday July 2014

It was the second time we stayed in the house. It is a lovely house, with all comforts there. Good bath- en bedrooms, great pool, great in- en outdoor kitchen. Lovely people as well. Ibiza became very busy... unfortunately but the house is very quite.

Family Getaway

Amazing place, the host and her assistants are working derful. You will need a car as a little put of town but worth it. Spacious, so wo derfully equiped. You will need nothing but your food and bathers. Thank you Catalina and family was amazing. xx

Great people and place to stay

Everything was great. There were excellent additions to the property that weren’t listed. Great layout for our family to spread out. Many places to chill out. A really nice property well maintained. Catalina and Vicent are nice hosts. Communication was a little problematic but that was mostly due to my phone service and the signal in Ibiza, but our hosts and their team did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. Attentive to any issues and our needs.

What a lovely place and even better hosts.

A little gem in the middle of Ibiza. We have been going to ibiza for years and this was a great little find. Firstly it is such good value for money. Spacious place with a lovely homely feel. The outside space is brilliant for a group, especially the bar by the pool. Great hub, with beer on tap! The house is so well equipped, it has literally everything you could need. It feels like you have just moved into a lived in home, every little thing thought through. Very farmlike, chickens and a horse included which brought endless entertainment to our children. The pool is lovely with a running water feature and the jacuzzi popular with adults and kids. The hosts are fantastic, cannot do enough for you and a special mention to the lovely gardener who came daily and cleaned and tidied the grounds and even put together a bunch of flowers for my daughter on her birthday. All round perfect stay.

Increibles dias en ibiza!

La casa es una maravilla, tiene de todo, miles de detalles, y los dueños son encantadores. No nosacompaño mucho dl tiempo pero pudimos disfrutar de la casa y sus zonaa exteriores! Repetiremos!

A wonderful experience!

Catalina and Vincent's house is wonderful! It's got a tonne of character. The outside eating terrace and pool area are beautiful! The house is stocked with everything you'd need. Not only that, but Catalina and her husband are lovely hosts. We were a large group visiting for a family event. We were very disorganised, with a lot of last minute requests. Catalina helped us book transport, gave us tips, and checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was ok. I really can't recommend it highly enough! Everything went smoothly with payment, check-in etc. No hassle with deposit.

Einfach nur traumhaft!

Wir haben in der Unterkunft von Catalina und Vincednt einen traumhaften Urlaub verlebt. Das rustikale Bauernhaus ist mit ganz viel Charme und Liebe zum Detail restauriert worden. Alle Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Poolbereich ist schön angelegt und verfügt über schöne Liegen in ausreichender Anzahl. Der Außenbereich mit Grill lädt zu gemütlichen Esszeiten ein. Darüber hinaus ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht: Gewürze, genug Geschirr und Gläser, etc. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch sehr gut, man kann eigentlich alles auf der Insel in maximal 30 Minuten erreichen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und macht den Urlaub dort zu einem unvergesslichem Erlebnis. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern da und werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.

Parfait !

Les 5 étoiles sont amplement méritées, la villa est parfaite, décorée avec goût, très bien équipée, bonne literie, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont magnifiques, des transats pour tout le monde, la sono en extérieur pour les pool party, bref top ! A 15 min max de l'Amnésia, 25 de l’aéroport, 12 de San Antonio, nécessite une voiture. Merci à Miguel, l'homme d'entretien des extérieurs et de la piscine qui est vraiment gentil. Catalina et son mari nous ont très bien accueillis, très sympathiques. Séjour vraiment top, je vous recommande leur maison.

Maison offrant séjour très agréable

Maison ancienne retapée sentant la cire ! Tous les matériaux sont de qualité. Les propriétaires sont à disposition pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Même la magnifique et gentille chienne est prêtée!!

"LA CASA ME ENCANTO EN LA WEB PERO REALMENTE EN DIRECTO ES MUCHO MEJOR. TIENE TODAS LAS COMODIDADES, UN ENTORNO PRECIOSO, UN GUSTO EXQUISITO EN EL INTERIOR Y EL EXTERIOR. LO RECOMIENDO. ADEMAS ESTA MUY BIEN SITUADA. ESTAS CERCA DE TODO Y A 5 MINUTOS ESTA STA. GERTUDIS QUE ES UN PUEBLO CON MUCHO AMBIENTE."
