This felt just like a second home to my husband and I. We stayed a total of 7 days. Everything was clean, the communication was perfect!.it coukd have not been any better. Beach was a 15 min walk. Everything we needed was in walking distance. We will be booking another stay here in the future. Thank you Lorna!!! Everything was perfect.

Perfect stay while in town. We walked to beach, got massages a block away, drank coffee on the porch, ate some great tapas downtown. Loved having the parking permit so we could walk places and stay out of the car. Didnt cook but the place has what you need. Enjoyed it and would definately stay again.

Lorna was very welcoming and checked in to mske sure we had everything we needed. The place was very cute and we loved being able to walk to the beach to watch the Sunsets. Loved our stay!!

This place was perfect! Easy parking, nice walk to the beach, and super easy to check in. The host was very communicative and provided very clear instructions on how to access the property. The guest house had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels provided were very nice. I’d stay here again.

Wonderful stay! The property was just as described, very clean and perfect for my husband and myself. Host responded quickly when I had a question. The location was great, easy to get to the beach, downtown Santa Monica and into LA. Street parking right in front of the house. My husband and I were there for our son's graduation from USC and we had no problem getting into and out of the city for graduation activities. Great place, highly recommend!

Great place! The location is so close to the beach, and very easy to get to from the airport. Everything was clean, very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great little apartment in walking distance to many attractions. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the front porch surrounded by pretty landscaping. The host provided extra items such as beach chairs and beach towels, and there were even sunscreen and after-sun lotion. The shower is in a claw-foot tub, so for some older folks it might be a bit harder to step in. The parking permit the host provides makes parking right in front of the house easy and convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Excellent accommodation. We very much enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica and this property offered everything that we needed. The beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys were an excellent feature.
