This quiet first floor 3 bedroom unit has a double bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa providing sleeping room for up to 8 people. The unit includes a comfortable living room and an eat in kitchen. A picnic table and gas grill are available for your use in the yard and an outside shower to wash the sand away is provided. Located on the quiet end of the boardwalk, it is less than a half a block to the beach. Watch the fireworks over the beach from the front yard. But is still walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town.

Could not have been more perfect!! Great location, clean, and the price could not be beat. It’s an older home, classic beach house vibes, but the kitchen is updated, which was really nice. Everything worked as it should! Pro tip- jiggle the key a little to get the door to unlock I was amazed by how quiet it was, even with the ice cream shop next door. Highly recommend the caramel cold brew latte at the bagel shop on the other side! Loved the porch too. If you’re new to visiting the area, remember to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and extra bedding and towels, etc. Owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful as well.

The location was excellent. The price was reasonable for what you got. It definitely could use a deep cleaning. The kitchen was nice and nearly remodeled the rest of the place needed a lot of upgrading. Perhaps the owner in the process of doing that.

The key received only unlocked the back door which was very inconvenient. There were no trash bags to replace when we filled the can but instructions were to make sure we put trash outside in the cans. Very hard to do with no bags. There were a lots of ants on the kitchen table and by that window even when we had absolutely no food out. There was a bad cigarette burn in the sheet on one the beds. Just not the experience we had come to enjoy in this house. The coffee pot also did not work but was replaced when we asked. We feel that there was a new cleaning person that did not do as well as in the past.

The property had several good things going for it. It was cozy; beds were very comfortable; close to many places; great to have a porch to relax on; kitchen was upgraded. Water pressure in shower was very good.Several things were not good.Terrible time using keys to get in front door. Most times had to use back door. Top step in back had loose board. Tripping hazard.No batteries in tv remote. Had to turn on & off manually.Tv in first bedroom didn't work @ all.No toilet paper provided or paper towels. This wasn't mentioned.No washcloths were provided . This wasn't mentioned either. Had a battle with ants in the kitchen. Ant traps should have been replaced. Stools in kitchen very wobbly. Unsafe to sit on.Outlets in living room were not good. Could be a fire hazard.Suggestion:Maybe put grab bar in shower.

Very responsive and flexible owner, answered me back within minutes of me asking a question. Leave bedroom doors open you sleep to let the heat in otherwise gets a little chilly. Great house :-)

We stayed Tuesday - Thurs. This place is a good solid 7.5. They have made some upgrades to the house, specifically the kitchen and back bedroom which was a nice surprise. Hopefully more updates to come. The location is very close to beach and boardwalk, which is a bonus - but if you’re not familiar with the area (like me) there are a few things that are good to know. The house is on a very busy street both for foot traffic and cars driving by. You’ve got an ice cream shop next door and a cafe two doors down. People are walking right in front of the house at most hours of the day. This means that you will hear noise from outside until around 11pm on the weekdays. The lights outside are also very bright. Note to owner: room darkening shades and a deadbolt for the front and back door would make a world of difference. The kitchen is modestly stocked. For a few days it was fine but if you’re staying more than 3 days be prepared to do a lot of dishes or bring paper plates and flatware. There is no dishwasher. You will also want to bring dish towels for drying in addition to paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. For the price, it was perfectly acceptable and we had a nice quick get away. All said, I would consider staying again for a similar timeframe.

Great location

We had a rainy weekend but due to the location there was so much to do. Girls trip turned out well and we all got to do something relaxing and visit with friends who were also down. Bonus that there is an ice cream place and bagel shop on either side and mini golf across the street.

Great shore house. Great location. Safe and family friendly area. Neighbors were wonderful. If you're looking for fancy. Go somewhere else. But if you want to be comfortable and enjoy yourself this is it.

The area of this place is beautiful and safe, you have the beach a block away from you, the view is beautiful and you can walk to your favorite restaurants from here.

Great location close to the boardwalk, convention center, and the beach. There were a few inconveniences (no wash cloths, wasn't cleaned thoroughly, loud AC unit, a mildew smell lingers after some renovations in one room) but we were given the number for the property caretaker who went out of her way to help us: brought wash clothes, and cleaned the AC, and replaced the coffee maker that was missing a basket. Friendly neighbors too.

Great location, roomie unit

We loved the location on the quieter part of the wildwoods. Easy to get to the boardwalk and lots of local restaurants within walking distance. The place had plenty of room for the six of us with a nice common area. I plan on booking this spot again.

Great stay. Location is superb.

It has everything you need. Plenty of space, mostly there to enjoy the beach and boardwalk, it was a block away can't beat that. Next door breakfast place was good. Neighbors were nice. Id return for another stay.

The location at the south end of the boardwalk provides for a quieter family friendly environment, but still provides access to the attractions at the Convention Center, along the boardwalk, and in town. There is no need to drive anywhere once you are here.
