Luxury villa on spacious private grounds of 1500 m2 with private and lockable parking.

The property has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
On the upper floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a very spacious roof terrace.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
All opening windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
The villa is equipped with a complete kitchen with separate microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher, a spacious living and dining room, washing machine, tumble dryer, interactive smart TV and fast (WiFi) internet.

Total villa equipped for up to 14 people, with real beds for these 10 people (and 2 sofa bed for 2 people each)
Around the house is a spacious veranda and around the (heated) swimming pool of 8.5 * 5 m is a spacious terrace with sun loungers and sun beds.
In addition, there is plenty of room for children to play, with a trampoline, swings, slide, diving frame and football goals.

In the immediate vicinity are the thermal baths of Heviz and KehidaKustany. In Heviz (less than 4 km) there are many cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal at very attractive prices.

Lake Balaton is around 8 km away. There are beaches at Gyenisdias and Keszthely. Keszthely also has many museums, an impressive center and a nice boulevard.

Surprise yourself with a wonderful home, where you can enjoy the tranquility but all facilities are close by where you need it.

Geslaagde vakantie!

Ruime en luxueuze woning met grote tuin. Troeven zijn het zwembad, de jacuzzi en het overdekt terras. Het zwembad wordt meermaals per week onderhouden. Ook de grote binnenruimtes en de airco op de kamers zijn zeker een pluspunt. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Heel goed contact met de eigenaar. We hadden er een schitterend verblijf. Enige minpuntje: er was voor ons wat te weinig keukengerei (borden, bestek, kookpotten, pannen) en het koffiezetapparaat was te klein.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Das Haus ist wunderbar groß und geräumig. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sogar allerhand Kinderspielzeug, welches von unseren Kindern gern bespielt wurde. An einigen Stellen im Haus müssten kleinere Reparaturen vorgenommen werden, was uns aber nicht gestört oder den Aufenthalt beeinflusst hat. Das Grundstück ist herrlich ruhig gelegen mit einem wahnsinns Blick auf den Balaton. Bis in die nächste größere Stadt 10 Min mit dem Auto. Der Pool und Jacuzzi einfach fantastisch. Der Vermieter hat sofort auf Fragen und wünsche reagiert. Wir benötigten beispielsweise eine Reinigung des Pools. Ein paar Stunden nach Versand der Nachricht war der Hausmeister da und hat es erledigt. Wir können dieses Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Sehr geräumig. Mittlerweile Sauna und Jacuzzi vorhanden! Wir waren sehr zufrieden :-)

Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

Das Haus hat uns umgehauen. Die wenigen Schönheitsfehler haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Sind bei so einem Objekt nicht vermeidbar. Alles hat funktioniert. Die Kinder hatten mega Spaß im Pool und wir konnten wunderbar entspannen. Unser Hund hatte auch viel Platz auf dem umzäunten Grundstück um sich auszutoben. Würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Unterkunft

Das Objekt hat im Gebäude kleine Wasserschäden die man beheben kann. Es wäre zu empfehlen eine Satellitenanlage zu installieren. Der Garten benötigt eine ordentliche Pflege und das Trampolin , Fußballtor und Klettergerüst ist kaputt. Wenn man mit Kindern anreist ist dies eine Enttäuschung. Für uns ist das Haus nur 3 Sterne Wert.

Wir haben ihren punten was man better machen kann verstanden und haben dem Trampolin eines neues Sicherheit geschutz gegeben; der fussbaltor erneut end dem garten extra geplegt. Wir hoffen das das haus am nächsten mal 4 oder 5 Sterne wert ist (und nicht mer dem 2 wie jetzt)

superb landscape

Very good location, view over balaton is superb. We also had the chance to see some wild animals (gazelles).

Schöne Tage in Ungarn

- super beschrieben - super ausgestattet - viele verschiedene Spielsachen für Kinder -sehr schöne Aussicht -sehr ruhig( wenig bis kein Verkehr) kurz um: Alles vorhanden was man braucht!

Es ist ein sehr großes und nett ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Pool und Garten. Wir ( 2 Familien ( 4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und ein Hund ) haben die Zeit genossen. Der Pool hatte immer zwischen 29-32 Grad. Das Haus selber liegt etwas außerhalb. Ist sehr ruhig, aber für Erledigungen (Einkaufen / Essen ) muss man schon mit dem Auto fahren. Brötchen gibt es aber (mit Vorbestellung ) in ca. 700 m Entfernung. Wir werden 2019 wiederkommen. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag an den Vermieter: Den Fernseher mit einer SAT-Schüssel nachrüsten, damit internationale Gäste "ihr" Programm schauen können ( Mit dem Internet-Fernsehen ist dies kaum möglich - geoblocking ! )

Impressed!

My sister and I stayed in the home with our children aged 8-16 years. The property was situated on a quiet road with the nearest neighbors fields away. By Hungarian standards the house was exceptional. We felt as though we were living in a very large IKEA showroom. The house was well equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher which made food prep and clean up easy. We appreciated the washing machine on sight. The weather was a bit too cold by adult standards for use of the pool but the children enjoyed their time in it. The views of the countryside and Lake Balaton were refreshing in the morning with our coffee on the huge patio and in the evening with our glass of wine on the rooftop terrace. There was plenty of outdoor furniture to be able to enjoy the scenery in comfort. Having 2 generous sized "master bedrooms" allowed each of us to have our own private space while the children enjoyed the company of their cousins in the 2 other large bedrooms. The roomy modern bathrooms provided ample space for several people to get ready in the morning. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet country property with convenient access to tourist towns and activities. The thermal spas of Heviz and the Festetics Palace in Keszthely were easy drives and enjoyed by all. The Heviz piac (farmers market) was a great place to purchase fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables and bakery as well souvenirs for family back home. The house was only 2 1/2 hours from Budapest, 2 hours from Zagreb, Croatia and Vienna, Austria and 3 hours from Lubjiana, Slovenia, for an American these were easy day trips. We had relatives living 30 km away and the property location was convenient for frequent visits and the large outdoor space was so nice for enjoying a meal together. Thanks to the owners for leaving us a bottle of wine and water for our arrival. After many hours of travel it was much appreciated. The neighbors do have several loud dogs that barked especially in the morning but were not disruptive during the night. The approach to the property is a short driveway from the road and we did have trouble with our low riding cars bottoming out if the vehicles were fully loaded. These would be my only negative comments.
