This fully air conditioned Villa in a lovely subdivision Sleeps six and is situated approximately 10 miles from Walt Disney World.
It offers FREE WiFi
Roku TVs in living room and master bedroom other 2 TVs have free channels.
King size bed in Master, Queen in second bedroom and 2 twins in the third bedroom, each bedroom has ceiling fans along with living areas.
Two spacious separate living areas, large double covered Lanai by the salt water pool(sun the whole day) for outside entertaining or relaxing.
BBQ and loungers are also provided.
This home is monitored for supplies so it is stocked for your needs. Plush towels for your use.
NO need to bring your clubs for the 18 Hole Mike Dasher designed golf course as the home supplies one set of men and ladies clubs you also avoid the rental for each set of clubs.. Two bicycles are also included for your use. For those days you just want to stay home with the kids there is an XBOX for your entertainment along with movies and games.
Just a short walk away is the community playground, pool and tennis court(complimentary tennis rackets and balls for your use can be found in the garage).
Also high chair , collapsible stroller, and play pen included so no need to rent when you arrive.
Our private villa in Orlando is fully managed by a local management company(manager lives in the subdivision) helping to ensure that your stay is not only truly memorable but also problem free.
Update new bamboo laminate flooring installed Sept 2019 in all rooms. September 2022 new leather reclining furniture in the tv area.
March 2023 new pool lounge cushions plus all pictures updated.

Great 3 Bed Home For Florida Vacation

Just spent 2 weeks in this lovely property. This is the second time we have stayed here, returning for the second year was a no brainer. House is 3 bed with 2 bathrooms. Master bathroom has a large shower, bath tub, twin sinks, a separate toilet and walk in closet. Master bed is very comfortable and is huge. Family bathroom has a shower over a bath tub, sink and toilet which services the second and third bedrooms. Bed 2 has a comfortable queen size bed, TV, and ample storage including walk in closet. Third bedroom has twin beds, TV and ample storage, again with a walk in closet.Kitchen has everything you would need, including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery.Lounge has 2 recliner sofas that are very comfortable to kick back in after a day in the theme parks.The pool is awesome, one of the biggest pools we’ve seen in a Florida rental property. The pool decking has a large section undercover and there are plenty of chairs and loungers to use.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the location if you are doing the theme parks is perfect with less than a 30 minute drive to Walt Disney World with easy access to the 192 and i4.

Had a fabtastic 12 nights at this property. The inside is super spacious , comfy and very homely. The pool is good size with a guard to stop any children which was amazing with little ones. The host was extremely helpful from initial booking through the time I stayed. Location is ideal for disney approx 25 minutes to disney and dont think in the 12 days I ever got caught in traffic going to Disney. Nearby publix and Wallmart so food shopping was easy. Would definitely book this property again. Thanks for an amzing stay.

Perfect for a family trip to parks.

House was exactly what we needed for a nice family trip to Disney. On average took 25-30 minutes to get to/from the parks. Pool was nice to come home to at the end of the day. Took advantage of the golf clubs provided. Nice bonus for sure.

Beautiful House!

House was even nicer in person! The double lanai with a 6 seater table was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our meals. The pool was perfect for our party of 3. Lots of relaxing and lounging! Thanks Anne for renting your wonderful property! If in the area again would stay again for sure!

Great 3 Bed Florida Villa

This 3 bed villa is larger than most 3 beds we’ve stayed in before. It’s spacious and had everything that we needed during our stay. The location was perfect for Disney with the drive taking less than 30 minutes. The beds were comfortable and we will miss the spacious shower in the master bedroom’s bathroom. The pool was a great size and feels large when in it. There is a great bit of outdoor covered space by the pool with a table and 6 chairs. The villa was well maintained and was clean. Anne, the owner was really friendly during communications and we will definitely consider booking here again.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We stayed at this beautiful home for our 10 year anniversary and Fathers day celebration. Home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to all parks. We ventured to Cocoa beach and Clearwater beach during our stay as well. The home is a lot bigger than what I was expecting from the listing. The home was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Worked great for our family. My son loved the pool and used it as often as he could. We would definitly stay at this home again in the future.

Very nice stay

Anne was incredible! She helped work through an issues and questions we had prior to the trip and remained in contact with us throughout our stay when called upon. The house was very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The only minor "complaints" we had were more to do with the property management itself which is a separate thing completely. Our kids would have liked to play tennis but we couldn't get on the courts because we didn't have a key. Some of the dishes were dirty when we pulled them out of the cabinets. Minor little things like that. None of them were show stoppers and none of them had anything to do with the host or the house really. The house and surrounding area was really nice and the golf course was solid. Would stay there again and knowing what we know with how the area is managed, we would deal with those minor things prior to the trip.

Great owner and home!

Very nice and comfortable home to stay in on our daughter’s senior spring break! One of the most spacious pool/patio areas we have had at a vacation rental house and very private too. Owner was great from the start and through the entire process to communicate with, everything was straight forward, simple, and as shown. Very reasonable price as well, one of the draws for us. Great neighborhood and location to anything in Orlando. Would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you :)

Great place to stay

Golf week At Highlands Reserve

It's only a 3-bedroom home, but very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Having a few seasonings in the pantry meant we didn't have to buy salt and pepper for a few days of cooking. There was a BBQ but we did not use it because of the weather. The outdoor covered area was nice to have.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Wir durften Poolspielzeuge für die Kinder benutzen und beide Kids hatten ein eigenes Zimmer. Das Haus ist groß und liegt verkehrsgünstig. Für uns war es allerdings eine zu dichte Bebauung und man hat leider permanent die Hauptstraße inkl. Sirenen der Polizei /Feuerwehr gehört. Die Nachbarn haben einen großen Hund und dieser darf nur in den Garten. Dh dauernd läuft die Nachbarin durch den Garten, wenn man im poolbereich ist, sagt aber auch nicht einmal Guten Tag. Ich empfand es als sehr störend und unangenehm. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei uns ließ sich am ersten Tag die Tür zum Poolbereich nicht öffnen. Mein Mann hat es dann repariert, uns wurde aber zeitnah Hilfe angeboten. Überall im Haus liegen oder kleben Zettel, worauf man achten soll und was nicht getan werden darf. Ich fand es persönlich nicht gut. Man kann es in das Buch schreiben, muss aber nicht überall Zettel aufhängen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht so gut. Bei uns lagen noch Haare vom Vormieter in der Badewanne. Auch die Deko im Haus war vollgestaubt, das Bett komplett durchgelegen. Man sollte vielleicht mal über eine neue Einrichtung nachdenken. Ich kannte es bis jetzt so, dass einen Tag nach dem Checkin jemand vorbei kommt und man sich kurz kennenlernt. Das war hier nicht der Fall. Wir haben keinen vom Management getroffen. Trotz der kleinen Mängel hatten wir eigen schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Very nice home; very clean! Convenient location; close to shopping, restaurants, and Disney. Quiet neighborhood. Available grill for use was a plus. No problems at all while we were there! We would love to stay there again when we come back.

Nice home layout, good location.

Liked the overall layout of the property and location. Pool was nice. Deck chair cushions showed wear. Bed was comfortable. Overall cleanliness was good, with a couple of exceptions. Some utensils and dishes had dried on food. Bathroom tub jets were filthy and shot out black junk when activated. Kitchen was well equipped, except no pizza pan. One kitchen chair had a broken rung, not caused by us. Overall experience was pleasant and would consider staying here again, if cleanliness issues were addressed first.

Perfect location and features for our two couples

Anne has created a very welcoming and comfortable home-away-from-home. The house is set up well for two couples or two couples and two kids; with two well separated sleeping areas and plenty of communal space. The location was great for shopping, dining and access to activities. We loved the comfortable reclining seats on the sofa and love-seat for movie viewing and reading; and enjoyed the large lanai for morning coffee and relaxation. We appreciated the privacy and quiet of the pool area; and the odd visits of bunnies, birds and other wildlife. The kitchen had pretty much everything we could hope for and plenty of dish-ware. We paid for the pool heat; were pleased by the warm temperature and lack of problems getting the heat turned on. This often been a frustration with other homes we had rented. Anne was always responsive to questions and concerns, and responded very quickly. We would definitely hope to return on our next stay. Thank-you, Anne.
