Always rewarding to see when guests like yourselves have noted their immense satisfaction with their experience staying in our property and the customer support services that have been provided. Most unfortunate to hear that a rare charitable community fund raising event hosted at a neighbourhood venue one evening had disrupted a portion of your experience. We’ll certainly follow up with you directly in good faith to offer compensation for your inconvenience. Best regards and safe travels Dean and Denise

Thanks Robert for your great feedback! All the best, Dean and Denise
