VACATION AT THE BEACH!! - Island Beach Resort - Oceanside Restaurant On Site!!

Located at Island Beach Resort on South Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach, FL, this newly renovated condo has been designed with your complete relaxation in mind.

Island Beach Resort is an oceanfront property, with direct access to miles of uncrowded beaches and home to one of the island’s only beachfront restaurants, Shucker’s on the Beach, where you can enjoy nightly entertainment in the main dining room and an incredible view from the outdoor tiki deck! The property grounds also feature a heated outdoor pool (key entry/exit), two outdoor BBQ areas, a gift shop, laundry room and designated parking.

This condo, Unit 314, has all of the modern amenities you could ask for, with a laid-back seaside feel. Located on the third floor, rear side of the building with easy elevator access, you will find: Central AC, a kitchen fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes and glassware, cable TV, Wi-Fi, fresh linens, a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. The condo features a king size bed and a queen size sleep sofa in the living room, accommodating up to four guests. There are also two balconies with comfortable outdoor seating where guests enjoy watching the sunset after a day on the beach.
Activities such as surfing, river or deep sea fishing, scuba diving, golf, museums, nature excursions and day cruises are all within reach, should you decide to leave the beach! Historic Downtown Stuart and Ft. Pierce are just minutes away for browsing shops, galleries or attending a show at the theaters.

Spring break getaway

We had an amazing week! The condo was bright and cheery with amazing views of the sunset from the balcony. Great places to eat nearby and plenty of places to walk or bike. Owner, Mary Ann, was a delight and checked in on us to see if we needed anything throughout the week. Definitely will be coming back to stay!

Great location

Maryann’s unit was very clean. The kitchen provided what was needed to cook. We stayed 5 weeks so having a functional kitchen was a plus. The resort is conveniently located for grocery shopping and close by was a produce stand; that was great. Maryann was quick to respond to any questions we had

Good location , nice facility. Nothing overly fancy or elaborate just perfect for a little getaway. Unit is clean and comfortable, quick walk to pool, beach and Schuckers! Definitely will return!

Beautiful condo in the best location!!

I stayed in Mary Ann's condo for a week by myself. I must say the condo exceeded my expectations! It was very clean. The kitchen was equipped with all cooking materials one would need. A keurig coffee maker was provided, which is the only coffee I like to drink. The king size bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. All bed linens and towels were provided .. which was nice to give me more room in my suit case. The sunset from the balcony was pretty to watch. The day I arrived, I went to Publix. Right next to the elevators were shopping carts so I was able to carry my case of water and groceries in one trip. Shuckers restaurant next door had really good food and not expensive! Pool area was very clean. Everyone in the building was super friendly. I will definitely be back to stay in Mary Ann's condo!

Wonderful stay

The property was perfect for a week at the beach with a 2 year-old. Very clean and great communication to make sure everything was ok through out our stay.

Wonderful

The condo was very nicely updated. Was exactly as described. We loved watching the sunsets over Nettles Island on the balcony. The pool was nice and the beach was beautiful and clean. One bonus was having shuckers restaurant right on the property. The food was good and the people who work there were very friendly. Mary Ann kept in touch with us to make sure everything was good. Great Condo

This was a very comfortable condo with good room size. The unit was very clean. It was updated and good security in the building . I would stay here again.

Great location

Convenient to all restaurants, stores and right on the beach. Very clean. The key is difficult to keep up with everything should have codes so you don’t get locked out on accident

Great clean place

We love our stay at the resort. Our person of contact kept us updated at all times keeping in touch with us letting us know about different things about the resort. The resort was very clean the food downstairs at shuckers restaurant was wonderful.

Island Breeze Resort

The condo was very cute and comfortable. The beach chairs and ice packs for our cooler were a plus! Although we didn’t have an ocean view from the lanai, we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets over Nettle’s Island. We truly love the beaches on Hutchinson Island!

Beautiful sunsets!

Loved the unit which was decorated nicely and so clean. Everything was in working order and I had all I needed for a month’s stay. Fantastic location with beautiful sunsets 🌅. I will return!

Two months in Paradise

Condo was beachside and beautiful. The unit was squeaky clean and owners provided everything needed for a two month stay, from the pod coffee machine to a great blender and everything in between. Unit 314 was beautifully decorated and the sunset terrace a beautiful place to enjoy your cocktails and coffee. The heated pool was a real plus, but the star of the stay was the amazing ocean and beach. All the other guests were friendly and the tiki bar and restaurant next door was a godsend when you’ve stayed on the beach too late to want to cook dinner. It was a happy, safe and terrific vacation, with so many things to do in the area. Owner MaryAnn was an excellent communicator and made the check in/check out process painless. We were lucky to have found this gem and if the stars align we would love to return.

A must stay!

Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and bright. Bed and bedding were comfortable with the bathroom part of it. Two balconies with chairs, all the beach and pool needs (little cooler, sand chairs, boogie boards, umbrella). Clean towels. Nice working kitchen. Fantastic host! Very easy to communicate with. I will be to 314!

Loved the Island

Loved the location and not being a tourist trap. Very convenient and had everything my daughter and I needed. There were a few cleaning concerns, but had supplies in the condo so I could do myself. Mary Anne communicated very well. Lovely stay! Thank you!

Very relaxing

The condo is very well kept, clean and comfortable. Loved the location next to the restaurant and even that it is and old building is well maintained and clean we enjoy our stay . The only set back is that is not facing the water, but we knew that before we reserved and the balconies doors are in need of repair or replacement. A light over the dining table will be good. Mary Ann was wonderful, will come back.
