Ski week at Vail

Comfortable, clean, affordable and well equipped for a week of skiing at Vail. Being on the first floor was nice. Plenty of room for 3 adults, could easily accommodate 3 couples.

Good choice

Comfortable and clean property. We stayed for a ski holiday. You have to take the free bus to get to the skiing, but we knew that. Reasonable value for Vail!!

We made it work

The living space and beds were comfortable, and the fireplace was great. The view is terrific. The unit needs some TLC with a lot of things in need of fixing or replacement. Also, the leftover pantry and refrigerator items from others were a little weird but we just ignored them. If you have pet allergies then this place may not be for you. Overall, it was fine and we made it work.

Very outdated condo in a nice area

This condo is located in a beautiful area in East Vail, there’s an outdoor pool in the complex, a nice park nearby and plenty of hiking. As for the condo itself, it has good layout with 3 beds and 3 bathrooms, a newer comfortable couch in the living room and a big dining table. But besides that it’s very outdated and desperately needs a deep clean and a carpet cleaning. The pantry is full with items that expired in 2019, 2021; there are plenty of utensils and pots but it mixed in with some that are broken and need to be removed, same goes about glasses and plates. The dishwasher doesn’t work properly. The fridge is on the newer side but also filled with expired stuff. The washer and dryer are very old. The bathrooms are super outdated, fans are scary loud, the water temperature in the showers can not be regulated properly. The screen door in one of bedrooms doesn’t lock and it was very hot to sleep in. The owners also stored the old stained mattress on the balcony between two bedrooms that we had to look at for the whole week. Two out of three bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper in them, the owner did answer where to find more. There were towels and shampoo products. The beds/ mattresses were comfortable though we did re-wash the sheets as they didn’t seem fresh. We were happy to find a place as this trip was not planned well in advance but I would not stay here again.

nice and spacious

Lots of space and ample condiments and supplies. I even was able to make my daughter a birthday cake using my imagination and found some birthday candles. Really nice neighborhood for walking. My daughter loved the off-leash park nearby.

Nice and Simple

It was a nice and simple place. Had everything we needed. Not the newest place but everything worked. Nice to be able to do laundry. If there are neighbors upstairs it can be a little loud. That was the only issue. The owner communicated well with us. Would reserve it again.

Ski Vacation at Vail and Beaver Creek

This is a very good property in a great location. The free bus to Vail is a short walk from the unit. We carried our ski equipment with us, and it was no problem. The Hot Tub is just across the parking lot, which is convenient in the Winter. Keith is a great host and responsive to questions or issues that arise.

comfortable condo steps from Gore Creek

Keith was a great host and the condo is exactly as pictured. There's a pool just steps away and a great little park across Gore Creek which our dog enjoyed a lot. This is a beautiful little neighborhood in East Vail.

Great east vail stay

The property was just as represented. It was clean and suited our family perfectly. Keith, the property owner communicated effectively and made sure we were updated with everything related to our stay. There is an off leash dog park nearby that our tennis ball chasing retriever really enjoyed!

Beautiful Setting

This property was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We had a couple of glitches with the grill and stove, contacted the owner to make him aware of the issue and he got right back to me. The place is large, nice front porch and very airy. It is well stocked with dishes, utensils, condiments, etc! All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. Very close by is a beaver pond, off leash dog park, playground, hiking trails, river. It is peaceful and serene! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Comfortable, pet friendly East Vail location.

Clean, comfortable 1st floor condo. Wood burning fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and fairly well equipped kitchen. Dog park very close, 10-15 minutes to Vail ski locations.

Perfect location for Skiing at Vail

This condo is just as described. 3 bedrooms each with there own bathroom. Beds are very comfortable after a long day of skiing. The unit is very close to the Bighorn bus route a 3-4 minute walk. I would recommend pulling down the Vail app so you can access the transit schedule. Keith will email you check in instructions before you arrive and they are very detailed. He will also check with you during your stay and answer any questions you might have. The kitchen is very well stocked it has just about everything you need. I can’t say enough good things about Keith and his condo. You won’t be disappointed with this unit.

Great spot for family of four

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were great features for our family. Everything worked well and the owner was fantastic to work with.

Great ski location !

Lovely condo in quiet neighborhood! This condo is well equipped and Keith is very helpful with any questions. Close to park and walk to bus were nice features too! Would definitely recommend !

Great Stay In East Vail

Great property. Keith is incredibly responsive and hospitable. New furniture in family room complete with a new TV was very welcome. Comfortable beds, plenty of cookware for the kitchen and plenty of hot water and water pressure for long hot showers after a grueling day of skiing. We had a wonderful stay. Looking forward to next year!

Keith Hurley is a gracious host and his ground floor condo was amazing. Fast internet, good kitchen, super cozy couch and beds. Our group of 6 enjoyed our time in his condo. Condo is a short walk to the shuttle so getting to Vail mountain was great (didn't need to drive). The hot tub time was precious (popular place and it was often occupied). Thank you!

Great stay

Very clean and well maintained property. We totally felt at home. Keith responds to questions promptly. Almost fully stocked kitchen and very close to a lot of trails. The only thing we wished we had was a fan as it got very stuffy and there was no AC(understandably as it’s CO and not TX). We had to crack open the windows and doors to get some air flowing but that’s just us wanting air flow.

Great Place

We loved everything about this place, and hope to stay there again. The owner was very helpful and responsive to the few questions that we had. The proximity to the park and lake were unexpected bonuses. I highly recommend this place.
