Plus extra detatched cottage with queen bedroom and bath. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, just off 7 South, it's easy to find by boat or car. You'll be impressed with the beautiful interior... comfy furnishings, luxury bedding and stylish art. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining a small group or watching a football game on the big screen. The larger bedroom suite includes a sunroom that functions like a separate private living area for early coffee, reading or quiet time. The detached cottage is just a few steps away. Every room is equipped with wireless internet and a flat screen TV. Located just a mile off 7 South, we are close to shopping, Harp's grocery, mall, marinas and Oaklawn racetrack. Be downtown in ten minutes! It's the perfect getaway spot!

Our family has stayed at this lovely property every summer for the last six years. It’s conveniently located on Lake Hamilton near local marinas, restaurants, and activities. The view is gorgeous and the home is well-maintained with plenty of room.

Peaceful Stay

Was very pleased with everything. It was a very enjoyable stay. Very clean and loved the view of the lake. Even had a deer in the back yard. The scenery was awesome

Great find! Quiet neighborhood. Ubers were quick, but a little pricey from this location in my opinion. Home was beautiful and view outstanding. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and view at this lovely lake front property! The property was very clean, well appointed and had all of the kitchen utensils, pots & pans, etc. that you would ever need if you choose to cook. The outdoor BBQ grill was wonderful to have as well! The lake water was very clean and fun to float in our tubes. It also had a nice dock to get on to our friends boat. The house is very close to the grocery store, restaurants and downtown Hot Springs. You can't beat the sunsets! Vanessa and Tom were very responsive and the check-in process was very easy. Highly recommend to stay here!

Excellent property

The home was clean, well maintained, and cozy with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The owners were very helpful and readily available for any questions we had. It was a perfect choice for our small family trip!

PERFECT LOCATION

We had such a great time. The weather was amazing and my daughter in law loved sitting on the dock. i was confused a little thinking the hot water in shower wasn;t working but we figured out the facet was backwards! i will tell you the light was out in the shower in detatched bathroom. We'll definitely stay there again. Thank you

Thanksgiving celebration

My brother and his wife and my husband rented this house last year and decided it was perfect for our needs to rent it again this year. We grew up in Hot Springs and gather every Thanksgiving with family members who live nearby. We do not hold the large family dinner at the house, but find it very convenient for our needs while visiting the area.

Visit family in the area for Thanksgiving

Wonderful stay in Hot Springs

The house is as described. It is very clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you would want. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and it was an easy 20 minute drive to the historic Hot Springs. We would love to stay there again!

Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was nice and clean with a great view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. We would definitely recommend staying here and will do so again.

Lovely home on the lake

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. Everything you need is provided. The views from the patio are amazing. There are even fireflies to watch in the evening! The home is in a nice area close to downtown as well asmany stores and restaurants. Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect spot to view the eclipse

Comfy accommodations for a family with adult children. Clean and well-appointed. Perfect hub for a trip to Hot Springs National Park and then to spend the day staring at the sky from the lakefront patio. House had everything we needed. Should we ever return to the Hot Springs area we would stay here again!

Lovely Stay

We were in Hot Springs in February to attend our grand-daughter's wedding. Our plan was to rent the house for ourselves and our son's family. Unfortunately, due to illness, they were not able to attend. We had the whole beautiful house to ourselves. So,of course, we had lots of room. We found the bed comfortable, the kitchen spacious, the shower...lots of hot water. We weren't able to experience the lake due to the winter season, but the home is in a location where it is easy to look out and enjoy the view. No complaints. If we were ever to find ourselves in the area again, we would not hesitate to book again.

Our favorite lakeside getaway

After spending previous weekends here with friends, we brought the whole family for the week and loved it! The kids enjoyed swimming in the cove, and the dock made renting a boat for the day convenient. It’s a beautiful home, and the kids loved having their own guest house. Everything is well-stocked, and the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back again!

Family Wedding Weekend

Really had two master bedrooms on each end of the house which worked out great. Also nice guest cottage for another family member. Enjoyed the view being on the water and also enjoyed the water. Correctly listed. Very nice getaway!

Perfect house on the lake

This house is beautifully decorated and sits right on the water. It has such gorgeous views from the back of the house and is such a short drive to town. The hosts were extremely accommodating and allowed us to get into the house over 3 hours earlier than check-in time. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

Relaxing Getaway

We stayed for a week: my husband, me, our 2 kids, and my mother-in-law and really enjoyed our time in the house and in Hot Springs. We particularly enjoyed the location right on the lake, the use of the two kayaks, and the outdoor grill. The house was well tended and well furnished with everything we needed. The third bedroom in the guest house was perfect for my mother-in-law. We would definitely come again!

Weekend Get-away

We were in town for a dance competition at the Hot Springs Convention Center. This location was only 15 minutes from the convention center. We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday while we were here. She loved fishing from the dock and actually caught a pretty decent bass! The house was clean and well-stocked. We will definitely be staying here again!
