Enjoy one of the best spots on the lake! Perfect location with tranquil views from every room. The lake pier is just 20 yards from the back door on a flat lot. Stylishly updated home, handicap accessible, with 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths. Plus extra detatched cottage with queen bedroom and bath. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, just off 7 South, it's easy to find by boat or car. You'll be impressed with the beautiful interior... comfy furnishings, luxury bedding and stylish art. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining a small group or watching a football game on the big screen. The larger bedroom suite includes a sunroom that functions like a separate private living area for early coffee, reading or quiet time. The detached cottage is just a few steps away. Every room is equipped with wireless internet and a flat screen TV. Located just a mile off 7 South, we are close to shopping, Harp's grocery, mall, marinas and Oaklawn racetrack. Be downtown in ten minutes! It's the perfect getaway spot!

We had the best weekend staying at this beautiful lake home! Highly recommend, it was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. Very convenient location, close to town. The host were great and very easy to communicate with. Plan to make this one of our favorite places to stay!

We were surprised to find a twin mattress under the daybed. That really helped with sleeping arrangements. Beautiful house! We had the best time!!

Tom and Vanessa’s place was a wonderful spot for our family, it was well equipped to feel like home and make travel easy with two small children. The in-law suite was perfect for bringing along Nana, while leaving her some space to herself! Beautiful sunrises and fireflies in the yard while looking over the lake in the evenings on the porch were a treat.

Perfect place! The house was exactly as described and more. The view was great and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Easy to get to, great location, the hot water for the showers did not disappoint! We had everything we needed.

My family enjoyed this house so much! It was so relaxing, great lake view, and very clean. It’s located close to shopping and quick access to main roads to get where you need to go and still get that lake home feel your wanting! We ate at places close to the house. Simple Simon’s and Fisherman’s Wharf was good eats. We also ate at Cafe 1217 in town that was good.

The property is very well kept. The hosts responded to our question within a reasonable timeframe. They provided a list of local activities, grocery stores, and restaurants. This is one of my favorite rentals in Hot Springs.

Our family has stayed at this lovely property every summer for the last six years. It’s conveniently located on Lake Hamilton near local marinas, restaurants, and activities. The view is gorgeous and the home is well-maintained with plenty of room.

Was very pleased with everything. It was a very enjoyable stay. Very clean and loved the view of the lake. Even had a deer in the back yard. The scenery was awesome

Excellent property

The home was clean, well maintained, and cozy with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The owners were very helpful and readily available for any questions we had. It was a perfect choice for our small family trip!

Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was nice and clean with a great view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. We would definitely recommend staying here and will do so again.
