This Craftsman-style home is perfect for family vacations and celebrations.

The open floor plan is designed for entertaining without leaving anyone out. The large kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and dining, gas cook top, stove, microwave, cookware, dishes, silverware, drinking glasses, small appliances, and more. The kitchen features beautiful granite, tile and hardwood finishes, overhead and under-cabinet lighting, and seating for up to twelve.

Relax in the spacious living room with seating for 8-10. Watch tv programming through Sling streaming or antenna service, or enjoy the extensive movie collection on the 46' TV and PS3/DVD. Feeling musical? Tickle the ivories of the electric piano from the comfort of its padded bench. A variety of board and card games will keep your party entertained for hours. Laundry room, mud room, and central heating and air conditioning will help ensure your stay is comfortable. WiFi available. Upstairs loft includes futon, toys, and children's books.

Features one queen bed, three full beds, and one futon that unfolds to a full bed if needed. All beds have new linens. The main floor master bedroom boasts en suite bath with two sinks, private toilet, and large, dual-head, walk-in shower. The upstairs bath includes jack-and-jill vanities with sinks, and private shower/toilet room. Main floor powder bath features designer sink and toilet. New towels provided.

Located in upscale southeast Fort Collins, this home is city living with a country feel. The kids will enjoy playing in the large fenced yard, and socializing with our resident chickens - collect fresh eggs daily to use in your meals (the chickens are enclosed in a locked coop/run). Relax on the wooden swing and wrought iron seating for seven.

Near dining, shopping, and entertainment - including Target, Wal-Mart, Costco, grocery stores, a movie theater, parks, library, restaurants, and much more. Easy access to I-25. Less than 15 minutes from historic Old Town Fort Collins and Colorado State University; minutes from University of Colorado Health Cancer Center and Banner Fort Collins Medical Center, as well as the new Fort Collins Church of Latter-Day Saints Temple.

Gorgeous home and wonderful hosts

This home is unbelievably gorgeous! It is located in a nice and peaceful part of Fort Collins, with access to walking and hiking trails nearby. Seth and Melissa were fantastic hosts, easy to communicate with and very kind. Our group was large, but the house had more than enough space to accommodate us all very comfortably. Would highly recommend this place for a large group getaway!

Nice, spacious, and comfortable house

We loved this house! Nicely decorated, well-stocked kitchen, very clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the chickens, ping-pong and foosball tables. There were some negatives - Master Bedroom didn't have a closet or dresser, and the water heater was too small for our large group. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house! Perfect for small party of people.

What a great experience! The house was clean, well kept, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a small party. We had a little difficulty at first with the cable, but luckily we didn't come there to watch TV and eventually figured out how to stream the internet. There were plenty of towels and blankets to go around, and the kids enjoyed having a basement of fun to themselves. Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Warm, Welcoming & Spacious

Aloha from Hawaii! This fresh, clean and well maintained home welcomed our Ohana with a big hug! We had (4) Couples from Hawaii along with our children stay here and everyone had plenty of space to relax, play and rest. We also had a graduation party for our son and all of our guest commented on its layout being perfect for entertaining with lots of parking. Having the master bedroom on the main floor was great! The fresh eggs were delicious and we loved being close to Costco and Walmart. Hopping on the freeway was easy peasy and made it a 5 minute drive to CSU. Melissa and Seth were very easy to work with when booking this house and were quick in responding to our questions/concerns. We definitely would book and stay here again! Mahalo Melissa and Seth!

Wonderful time, wonderful place

Our stay in Fort Collins was WONDERFUL. My son and his lovely bride took top billing on the trip, as the wedding was absolutely beautiful. To add to the wonderful trip, our stay at Melissa and Seth's was amazing. It really felt like home away from home. Melissa met us on Friday and walked us through, making us feel very welcomed in their home. She was great!! Everyone had their own bed because of all the room, which was an added plus and so comfortable. My niece has down syndrome and finding an egg in the chicken coop brightened her day as well. The location was great, as you just got on I-25 and you were downtown with many accommodations close by for groceries, etc. Thank you, Melissa and Seth - Cherri

Great house, perfect Fort Collins stay!

There were 8 of us staying at the house in May for CSU's commencement. There couldn't have been a better set-up for us! The owners did a great job of providing information about area attractions. We had 5 adults and 3 kids under the age of 5 and the yard was a great place to run around. The kitchen provided a ton of space to cook, eat, and be together, and at night, we were each able to have enough room to be together. I would book the house again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic home for our family get-together!

We stayed at Seth and Melissa's home when we were in town for our son's wedding. We really appreciated that they were able to be flexible when our travel schedule kept changing. Their home had perfect accommodations for our large family (4 adult children, their spouses, and 4 grandkids). The grandkids enjoyed the chickens and the egg-picking experience and had plenty of room to run off extra energy and the adults had wonderful spaces to hang out together in between wedding festivities. The home is well-equipped and very comfortable, with high quality linens and lots of extra touches to make us feel at home. Our only disappointment was that they have a smoker (which we didn't know how to use) instead of a grill. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased and would highly recommend this home.

In town for softball

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. It put us squarely between the two complexes we were playing at and also gave us a great place to kick back and enjoy some quality family time. Could not have asked for a better setting to enjoy our stay in Colorado.

Graduation Celebration with Family

We had a wonderful time. The house was very nice, clean and nicely equipped. It was close to everything. Any store or restaurant you could want was close by. Downtown only took about 10 - 15 minutes. We came for my sons graduation at CSU and we had three month old twins, a 20 month old and adults from 31 to 88. We all loved the house and location. In fact my daughter-in-law is wanting to rent again during football season. We also requested to get in early and the homeowner was very helpful with this.

Above and Beyond!

What a beautiful, comfortable, perfect home this was for our family! We enjoyed every aspect, from the gourmet kitchen to the comfortable furnishings, the great porch and backyard for watching the kids play, to the perfect location...everything we hoped it would be. It was also extremely clean with all new towels and linens, which is a very high priority for me. It had everything we needed and so much more! Thank you so much for providing our family with a wonderful experience-we hope to return someday!

Large Thanksgiving family gathering!

Renting this home was really a gift from God! We had been looking for a place for a while and thought we were going to have to end up in Estes Park for our Thanksgiving gathering. We were worried what the weather might be like. Then because of issues, we had a delay in our search. When we got back to it again, here was this new listing, close enough to Loveland to bring my 94yr old father for the day and easy access for the kids from Missouri, Denver & Ft. Collins. And there was plenty of room for the 6 or 7 who stayed there each night. Thanksgiving Day went so smooth, with a lot of pre-planning! Everything was so under control that I was able to leave the dinner in the hands of our kids and go to pick up my Dad. We had 4 generations there for dinner, between the ages of 7 & 94, 19 total. We had plenty of room and the owner was very kind to have provided extra tables and chairs and to put out serving pieces, tablecloths and things we might need. The kitchen was very well stocked, so that if we hadn't thought of something, it was there. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone, our daughter's family had the upstairs and us "old folks" got the beautiful mainfloor master. Kids had fun collecting 2 eggs from the chickens or playing in the backyard. It really felt like our own home for a while and that all the family had come home for the holiday. The one little problem we had in connecting to WiFi, was quickly corrected and the neighbor was very friendly. We will definitely be keeping this home in mind for future visits! Several stores and many restaurants were close by and we even took the owner up on her suggestion for a good place for breakfast (early Sunday morning after all had headed on their way home!). Snooze was delicious and not even slightly crowded at 7:30am! Thanks again for letting us use your home for the Holiday, it was worth every penny!
