Very nice property! Kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. Beds were very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely put this property on our list to use again next time we're in Ft. Collins.

This is in a great location. We had a group of 9 and all fit relatively comfortably. The listing is a bit outdated- pictures show additional furniture that’s no longer there and there are 4 rooms upstairs (king, 2 queen and twin bunks) - bunks are in what should be the main bedroom walk in closet accessed through the main bathroom. The basement has 2 beds- a double in the basement (no separate room) and a king in a separate room. The hot tub is shared with another house/unit where you have assigned timeslots for use. The house would be outstanding with a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean.

Excellent place to stay!

The house is amazing! The use of the hot tub was really nice. The location is excellent if you’re wanting to visit downtown, and feel the vibes with all the sights.

Great place but the hot tub is communal so you have time slots for it.

The rooftop patio is shared with 1 other unit but we have it set up so that you have four two-hour time slots to use the rooftop patio and hot tub privately throughout the day, without anybody else up there.

This was a great location for a family wedding weekend in Old Town Fort Collins! Our 3 generations had the right amount of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Loved the convenience, the walkability, the vibe.

Another great time

This was our fourth time staying here. Really nice roomie place, clean, and everything you would need for a nice vacation. Location is great. Would highly recommend.

A nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed to cook when we wanted, to hang out when we wanted and was still close enough to downtown to be a quick car ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We only had two cars, so street parking was okay.

Great time!

We had a great time here. It was our second stay here and it was just as good as our first stay. Place is clean and spacious and has all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Property and Great Location

From start to finish, Erik was a tremendous host and represented the property perfectly. We rented this location to attend a family wedding. Great location to quickly get to the Old Town!

We loved our stay here. Easy walk to town along Poudre River. Great views from roof. House was very clean. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
