Such a sweet and charming place and host!! Ready to go back again. Amazing views and adventure around every corner. But also a great place just to kick back and relax.

The lodge accommodations fit our group of 12 perfectly. We enjoyed the beautiful view off the patio and deck of the North Platte River. Rooms were clean and the beds & pillows were comfortable. Our host was easy to work with and even brought us treats! Would choose RBR Lodge again when in the area.

These guests were understanding and respectful even with a large group. Very nice to meet, as they to acknowledge the small business, demands and goals. I wish them well and would look forward to their return.

Stunning view from the deck! Spotless! Comfortable beds and so much space to spread out. Terrific after our family of 6 travelled in one vehicle together! Ruth is such a gracious host. We wish we had had more time to stay and try fly fishing in the river, right out the back door! Close to Walmart and restaurants but secluded feel. We would come back for sure.

We booked our stay here many months ago, and while traveling to Casper I had a medical emergency and could not continue. But my daughter and her family were traveling with us and I wanted them to go on to the wedding that was bringing us to Casper. I was very worried about how the check in process would go without me, but I was able to communicate with Ruth, and she made everything so easy for me. She was so kind and gracious! My daughter said Ruth was very kind to them, brought them goodies from the bakery, and the home was lovely, with everything they needed. They had a wonderful stay. Thanks, Ruth!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Red Butte Ranch!

Our family had a great stay here. Communication & check-in process with the property manager was easy and very personalized. The lodge was very spacious, and everything was very easy! My wife & I even floated down the North Platte River - very refreshing!

Everything about the property was perfect! Clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful experience. Location is like none other! Ruth was the best host we have ever experienced. Attentive to our every need. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience the area regardless of what brings you to the Casper area!

The view is incredible

The house was just what we needed for the holiday. It was close to town yet had a country feel, not to mention right next to the river! The host was amazing and we can’t wait to stay again.

River Trip

We booked this house for one night as a place to stay for a group on a fishing trip. The location and place were great for our group. We enjoyed our short stay.

Ruthie does a great job of hosting at this property. She is always ready to assist, if needed, but does not bother you otherwise. The property is very spacious and the lodge is very nice. Full amenities and a fully stocked kitchen are great for an extended stay. The scenery cannot be beat, with views of the mountains and Platte River all around. It is within close driving distance to Casper, but is off of the main road enough to be secluded.

Relaxing and welcoming!!!

Absolutely LOVED staying at Red Butte Ranch! Ruth was fantastic and so welcoming!!! Enjoyed our time exploring the local area, sitting on the deck overlooking the river, and spectacular view of Red Butte!

Family Get Together

Ruth made sure our family was ready for an extremely relaxing trip. The home is prepared to give you access to everything you’d expect at your own home. The location is just a few minutes away from the town and offers a very quiet and peaceful getaway.Can’t wait to plan our next visit!

Cozy Lodge on the Platte River

We enjoyed our week stay at the Red Butte Ranch very much. It was spacious, clean, had a fully stocked kitchen and the host (Ruth) was amazing. The location was great, located just a few miles out of Casper yet quiet and serene. We plan to return next summer and if available would book the RBR again.
