The view is spectacular! Furnishings very comfortable and clean! Coffee machines, toaster, microwave good! Huge 2 bedroom!My favorite was the wrap around balcony! Love the seating accommodations! Full sun! Bright place! My new favorite place to stay in Rocky Point! Thank you so much and can’t wait to come back!

Good with good price

I had easy instructions from the owner, always nice in communication. The condo was clean and ready for us. I would definitely book again. The only draw back is multiple light bulbs were out so it felt dark after the sun went down or if you needed the curtains closed so to block out heat. I would recommend this property if you don't mind an older condo.

Amazing Balcony

We really enjoyed ourselves, loved the large balcony. Condo was well stocked with the essentials. Manager was easy to work with, great communication. Emiliano's Restaurant on the property was very good. Walking distance to Diego's Tikki Bar. Sonoran Sun seems to be a lot more relaxed on their pool rules then Las Palomas, we really liked that.

Everything was perfect. We only recommend that they change the fan in the second room because it makes a lot of noise and it bothers you to sleep. Also, the door to the terrace does not close and a lot of noise from the air comes in. Everything else is perfect, location, room, property and the host was excellent. I would stay with them again Thanks

Great Condo

It's a lovely condo, with a great view of the ocean and pool area. It is open and comfortable, and the beds are very nice. Everything worked well, and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to staying there again.

Great location

The location was great for us. The condo is a little dated and some repairs need to be made but overall it's a nice place. We unfortunately had some heavy winds this trip and the sliding glass doors kept us up most of the night vibrating off each other. Just need to upgrade the sliders and it would surely make a difference for noise

Getaway with friends..

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We really like the balcony and all the space in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, etc.. We bring our food in a cooler and mostly stay at the resort and enjoy the beach and pool. It is nice and relaxing. :) This was our friends first time to Rocky Point, and they really enjoyed it.

Cold showers

First night we had no water….Boan was an amazing host and responded quickly. Let us know water to whole complex was off due to city water line failure. We had Warm water in guest bath the next 2 nights but we never got warm water in master bath….very quick showers! Condo was lovely and I would rent from Boan again but maybe not this property, unless he let us know warm water problem was fixed.

No Baby Crib,which is essential for kids under 1 hear old.

The place was good and the view is amazing, we enjoyed our time there the only down thing is there was no baby crib, booked this place because it was specified that they had a traveler baby crib. I have a 9 month old baby that i had to keep in beed with me (co Speel, never done it before due to safety) because i didn't have where to put him to sleep safely. Tried to contact the owner and im not sure how come i never received a reply back.

Not so Luxurious

A few things to mention about this condo, the patio is AMAZING! However this place really needs an update! The guest bathroom towel holder is attached by medical tape, it takes OVER 20 minutes for the water to get warm in that bathroom. When contacting the owner he said its a long way to those oipes, however the master bath shower gets warm right Way. Furniture was worn and uncomfortable in the living room. Just not what we thought for a luxurous penthouse!
