After waking up to the joyful sounds of the birds, take a morning walk on the beach for miles.

We’re located in an affordable, safe and quiet Location!

(1) The new air conditioners will cool down the entire apartment. (once you close all the windows the apartment will be cold in 20 minutes)

(2) At check-in you will receive 4 keys to the back gate which will give you direct access to the Beach.

(3) You will receive 4 front gate remote for your car to access the property as we are completely gated/ fenced in property.

(4) We provide free Wifi connection via Liberty. (We feel Liberty offers the most reliable service and fastest speed in PR) Our current speed is 500 MBPS.

(5) The family room area has a futon sofa, television with Roku so you can watch Sling, Netflix, YouTube and Roku Live Streaming.
We have four new 50” Smart TVs with Roku included in the primary bedrooms.

Each apartment is equipped with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
The primary bedrooms have one Queen bed.
The second bedroom upstairs has a full bunk bed and the other second bedrooms all have individual twin beds.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for great meal preparations with all stainless steel appliances.

Every apartment has newer linens and towels.

Laundry is available for long term stays.

New Air conditioning units in the bedrooms as well as several ceiling fans throughout.

Kids favorite time is roasting marshmallows at the fire-pit.
Included at the property is also volleyball, badminton, three kayaks and 2 barbecue grills.

Take long walks on the beach and enjoy the following activities & Beach Toys:
fishing, swimming, kayaking, several boogie boards, noodles and beach chairs at no extra charge.
Start collecting sea-shells or just lay on one of the many hammocks, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

"Al Fresco" dining is available under the Seaside Gazebo for catered dinners for 16+ guests at a very affordable price provided by a professional catering service.
