This is a very nice 1br unit in a building with great amenities. Although it’s 1 block back from Playa de los Muertos beach, the generous balcony has an unobstructed view over a low building right down to the surf with the pleasant sound of waves coming through all the time. The refrigerator and washer/dryer are pretty new and quite nice, and the kitchen overall is well equipped if cooking is planned. Roof has a small but nice infinity pool/hot tub overlooking the beach, small but nice gym and lots of chairs to catch the sun. Walkability to the core of Zona Romantica is excellent. Small downside to that, occasional street noise when the balcony door is open, but just fine when closed, and the bedroom is interior and completely quiet. Building staff is friendly and helpful. A very nice place to stay.

PV Paradise

This place is perfect for a couple. Comfortable bed and bathroom with a nice kitchen and gorgeous view. The balcony is spacious and has a relaxing day bed. Everything was very clean and the property management company was quick yo respond to us. We will definitely stay here again!

we stayed here Sept 13 - 21. The condo building is located literally steps from beachfront restaurants and beach clubs. The rooftop pool and view are phenomenal at night. The condo and building are clean and well maintained. The host Andrea was extremely helpful.

Loved it!

Stayed end of Oct. It was hot, so we spent more time in condo than we usually would. Nightly sunset rooftop pool was great! Fabulous clean condo, beautiful ocean view, every thing we needed for our first trip to PV!

Beautiful location and lovely condo!

We appreciated the easy check-in. The sunset views from the balcony were amazing and we had a great time visiting the local shops and restaurants. Lots of spots along the beach to choose from for afternoons in the sun.

Ideal location for us

This was our second stay in this condo. The building (V-177) is ideally situated for everything we like to do in Puerto Vallarta; the building staff are always friendly and helpful. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, with wonderful sunset bay views everyday. We hope to stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed at the Romantic Zone on several occasions and this lovely condo was certainly our favorite place to stay … excellent in every respect… Great King Bed… Wonderful view of bay.. One block to La Palapa (quality beach front dining) .. lovely infinity pool on roof with ample chairs… very easy check in and friendly front desk .. well managed indeed…Already looking forward to our next stay here.

Lovely property.

My wife and I spent three weeks at Roeland's beautiful condo on Amapas. It was as described and within easy walking distance of the Zona Romantica. Gabriel, our concierge, was great and very responsive, as was the owner. We hope to return!

Easy short stay

Easy to operate everything. Everything worked. Only issue was that it was mid- block snd steep going up yo entrance.

Great location and beautiful condo!

My husband and I can not say enough about the location and condo! You have a beautiful balcony and can walk to everything your heart desires! Some of the areas best restaurants are a couple blocks away along with the amazing beaches. The condo is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need including a washer/dryer which was extremely helpful. Overall, a great stay!

Gorgeous suite

I want to save this listing all for myself! It is better than the photos. The outdoor rooftop terrace and living space is communal but feels private and is so stunning. The apartment is everything we wanted, we adored it.

Perfect Stay.

This stay exceeded my expectations . It was close to everything, very secure, quiete, clean, and incredible air conditioning. Coming back to this room and sleeping was incredible as they have air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. If I came back I would definitely stay here again. Beach is 100 steps away. Groceries, pharmacies, restaurants are just steps away.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Puerto Vallarta has through out the year lovely temperatures. We chose to buy this apartment because it is in the heart of the old town, close to the beach and has all restaurants, clubs and bars at walking distance but still has quiet surroundings. Add up to this the roof terrace with the free use of the pool, jacuzzi, gym, lounge area and barbecue area and you understand why it was an easy choice.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

First of all the view from the balcony and the sunset you can enjoy while chilling on the lounge bed. We own this place now since some years and regularly we renew, replace and update furniture, bed, TV's so it feels like home when we open the door. And we love to share that feeling with the people that rent our place and consider to be our guests.
