Incredible Penthouse at Reserva Conchal with Beautiful Ocean Views!

The condo sits on the same property as the Westin Resort and the W, in a 5-star gated community which is located on 2300 acres of tropical paradise along about 2 miles of white sandy pristine beach!

The condo itself, is a spacious remodeled penthouse unit with a covered balcony that looks out over the ocean. The sunsets from there are incredible! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and many other things to make your stay enjoyable!

The property and resort are unbelievable! With your stay, you have complete access to the Private Beach Club. This means that you can enjoy the spa, workout facility, locker rooms, gourmet restaurants, bars, entertainment, beautiful pools, and more! You have access to The Westin pools (based on availability) and the W pools are available with the purchase of a day pass and include food as well. The Beach Club also has paddleboards, sea kayaks and bikes available for use for free. There is a 24- hour shuttle to take you to the beach or anywhere else on the property. If you're traveling as a family, you can take advantage of babysitting through the resort. A concierge will be happy to help you plan any special outings.

Guests can also access the 18-hole Championship Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones II. You can take part in recreational activities (extra fee may apply). Because the property is so large, you can also enjoy much of Costa Rica's wildlife including monkeys, iguanas, pizotes, tropical birds, and diverse ocean life. So much to enjoy!

For those who want to experience a more local version of Costa Rica, there is the small charming town on Brasilito only about 1 km away - amazing sunsets there as well as some great restaurants and grocery shopping. Portero, Playa Flamingo and Tamarindo are within a few miles.
