This house was renovated from floor to ceiling in August 2014 and newly furnished. It is a pet friendly home and across from Ruth Hardy Park. Just minutes from downtown Palm Springs and close to golf courses, casinos, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.

Bella Brent is a secluded quiet retreat and a home to relax or have fun in. Whether with a group or a friend , Bella Brent is truly a beautiful place to enjoy the comforts of the Desert and Palm Springs.

This gated home showcases private front and back yards with multiple areas to relax and enjoy.
....Take a dip in the saltwater pool
... Have a rest in the entrance patio and enjoy the sunset mountain views
... Enjoy a meal, drink or conversation outside under the covered patio, or
... Relax around the fire pit in the Evening with a drink in hand or pet by your side.

This home sits on 11,000 square foot lot and is very spacious with over 2100 square feet of living space. It's a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, private retreat that sleeps 6 comfortably, showcasing a grand room for entertaining, indoor or outdoor dining options, remodeled kitchen, large screen smart TVS, wifi and other modern amenities.
Each bedroom is uniquely styled with a sense of fun and quirkiness. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third has two twin beds. All bedrooms have Westin Heavenly mattresses and hotel colletion sheets with 100% goose down comforters and pillows.

The house is super cute and just perfect for our girls trip. Ash, the host, was also AMAZING! I wanted to get in early to set up some gifts in the bedroom for my friends and he was more than accommodating letting me get in at noon. He also had great recommendations on restaurants. The only slight negative is it was a bit further than we thought from Palm canyon-drive the main strip. Even with that I would highly recommend!

This home is the best I have ever stayed at. Beautifully decorated, spacious and love all the sliding doors that lead to the extension of living space in the backyard. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels for pool. Ash (the owner) was super proactive and very responsive. He reached out to me first and made himself available when we had an issue with the wifi and pool heater. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know and plan on visiting again or maybe check out his other home in Palm Springs.

Bach in Paradise!

This house is absolutely amazing! It’s fully stocked with everything you could need. The one downside is that you cannot play any music by the pool due to the Palm Springs ordinance, but that’s almost every house down here. Also the umbrella in the pool was extremely hard to open. The beds are fantastic, and the layout of the house is perfect for a larger group. Plenty of space to park multiple cars. Host was very responsive, detailed and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Relax & Unwind

My friends and I made our way to Palm Springs to vacation in the desert at Coachella. Our home away from home was perfect in everyway. The house was so comforting and relaxing at every moment. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. The pool was inviting and ready cool you off, trust me, you want to just jump in! Thank you so much to our Host who was available when we needed him. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! We are already planning our next trip back!

Lots of room in a nice residential neighborhood

We enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing one-week stay while visiting Mayo Clinic (about an 8 minute drive to the clinic's parking garage). The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, right down to aluminum foil, plastic storage bags, and spices. The back yard is fenced, so it's ideal if you bring your dog along. A heavy snowfall was quickly cleared from sidewalks and driveway. In short, the house was perfect for our needs.

Look no further!

Palm Springs has become our family’s vaca spot when we need a quick getaway. This house had everything and then some! This house is something special. The layout of the home was perfect for two families with kiddos. Plenty of safe, secluded space for the kiddos to roam while not in the pool. The pool! Amazing! We would most certainly stay here again and again. The owner was extremely attentive, helpful and pleasant to speak with. Wonderful Father’s Day trip!

Unexpected And Very Satisfied

We have stayed in several homes over the years throughout Palms Springs. This property ranks in our top choices list. Everything was clean, easy and comfortable. Photos are very accurate. Both the property manager and the owner were engaged and always responsive and helpful. I can’t say enough good things and we will definitely be back. Oh, the waterfall into the pool added tremendous ambiance to the whole backyard and pool experience. Loved it all!
