Thanks Alexander for your review and for your letter that you let me find on the kitchen’s table, where you wrote to have spent a beautiful stay, and thanking me for everything, it’s been really nice find your message. I’m happy that you found apartment well equipped and confortable, it’s a priority to me that there is all the necessary to make my guests’s stay as pleasant as possible. Yes, TV is only with italian channel because we haven’t satellite as you can understand from ad. I’m sorry to discover from review that you would have need of schuko adaptor, I don’t know why you needed it but you should have told me, i would have been more that glad to get you what you needed, on the other hand at check-in before to go away I invited you to contact me for anything you could have had needed, and I made it also at half stay after I asked you how it was going, pratically what I do with all my guests, and you told me that everything was going well, also I’m thinking that you didn’t notice schuko adaptor on the phon. I’m happy that you find chairs confortable but those weren’t to be got on the beach, those are apartment’s furniture, luckily near beach there are different stores where buy those. Unfortunately trees are also birds house, and sometime happens what you said, of course trees there weren’t, car wouldn’t has been sheltered by the sun, and you wouldn’t have found it fresh especially in warmer moments of the day, and it’s not allowed build a cover, but fortunately there are precisely trees; also this time I’m sorry to discover one more time from review that you probabily would have needed a bit of water and a sponge to clean from some excrement, and I would have been also this time more than glad to help you, I really understand why you didn’t tell me. You get to every place from you mentioned also in a bit less time but I understand that it depend from walk’s pace that is not the same for everyone, for sure the most of my guests spend less time, but the thing is that you doesn’t absolutely need car to stay in Cefalù, only to get some excursion outside the city. Near house there is railway where pass train that go and come to and from Cefalù, right for this they go slow, but the most important thing is that they don’t pass all night long, and when they pass that is only for 5 seconds; locals use to use horn to invite those are not so sure to drive again when they stop due the street not so large, locals use horn also tio say hello each other, surely you would have noticed that all the city is more noisy than area where apartment is, that instead is really calm area, and those few times you stay at home, from fresc and spacious balcony you enjoy the fantastic view over all Cefalù. You say right, apartment’s price could be more expansive, and you are not the only to say that, a lot of my guests thought to pay more, and they would have thought a higher price right; I’ll take this opportunity to evaluate whether a price increase is worth or not.
