3 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and end tables. tv in living room. Bedrooms are furnished with beds, dressers. Both bathrooms are full baths. Washer and dryer. Garage with door opener. Newly remodeled everything inside all new furniture through out the house. Located in Russellville close to Mt. Nebo, Lake Dardanelle, ANO. Wifi is provided. Paper (towels & toilet paper) products are supplied. NO SMOKING inside AT ALL!!!

The Host was Great!

Needed a place while visiting our family. It was spacious enough all 6 of us (3 bedrooms) with plenty of common living space and just what we needed.

Great Stay

We were in town for a bass tournament and this property was perfect. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of fishing and chill. Definitely better than a hotel and cheaper.

Great home base for exploring the beauty of the area

Amanda’s place was perfect for our long weekend away. We used it as a home base with our dogs to go hiking at the many state parks and other trails nearby. The house had everything we needed.

Good Stay

It was a good stay and it was nice to have the extra room since we had an ice storm one day and had to stay in. I wish there had been some instruction for how to use the TV, Trash Collection and how to use the digital door lock.

College fishing tournament

Perfect location for the marina and close to restaurants and stores! Plenty of boat parking too! We were well rested and comfortable!

Nice little house

This is a nice quiet little place to stay in Russellville. They do not charge an excessive cleaning fee like most properties.

Great location for visiting state parks

This is a clean, well stocked home in Russellville. Our visit was planned to visit nearby state parks. Visited Mt Nebo (20 minutes), My Magazine (approx 1hr), and Petit Jean (30-40minutes). This place is a great as a fairly central point for all.

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, well equipped, and comfortable for our group of 6. The use of the garage was a great bonus! We had a small issue but Amanda addressed it. We plan to stay with Amanda the next time we are in town visiting family..

A soft place to land

I was in Russellville to clean up my mothers property, and it was not a great time. I was amazing to get back to Amanda’s place and be able to take a great shower have some dinner and get a good nights sleep. The neighborhood is quiet, even over the 4th of July. If I go out with a group again, we’d stay there. Thank you Amanda for your hospitality.

A quick trip for a Memorial

This property worked out great for my aunt's memorial. Close to all the things we needed and centrally located between family living in different towns. Amanda was a great host!! We are already planning a happier trip in the up coming spring. We will definitely look to stay here again. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable home, with all the things you need. Close to grocery stores. So nice to have room to spread out and relax. Thanks again to our great host Amanda.

6th year here!

My daughter and grandkids and I so look forward to our trip to Arkansas and this house has a lot to do with it. We always know what it’s going to be like and it never disappoints. The house is close to my sister and her family so it makes it very easy to see them. Thank you for keeping it so nice. We are already looking at next year.

Thanksgiving in Russellville

Stayed here while visiting family in Russellville over the Thanksgiving holiday. Home was very easy to get to. Very nice and clean. It was close to where we were meeting our family, so that made our trip even better.
