Lovely break

Our group of 6 adults and 5 young children thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Communication throughout was superb, the house and pool were lovely and well kept, location central for getting to any part of the island. Recommend!

Very comfortable, beautiful, well appointed, all mod cons, host very attentive and helpful. Gardens fabulous, pool amazing. Very spacious. Just perfect for the 10 of us.

Cycling mecca

Wonderful property for our extended family of 12. 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms were perfect. Great location for cycling and walking distance to the train station. The first night a neighbor had a noisy party until 3 am but no issues after that. The pool was fantastic. Be sure to read and follow the house rules.

A beautiful finca in the wine region of Mallorca

Absolutely beautiful, clean, well being looked after property. The house itself is very big and offers enough space for a big group. Kitchen and bedrooms were very clean and had all the possible equipment you might need for your stay. The pool and the garden were in a perfect condition, clean and very well looked after. You can see that everythig was done with alot of care and love for the guests. We had a very nice stay at the finca, Agnes was a perfect host and we can really recommend this house to all who want to have a great vacation on the island!

Perfect Villa for a Workation

This villa was base for a workation for 5 of my employees. They enjoyed it very much and were full of overwhelming feedback. Only con is that the internet connection is not suitable for 5 people working with Zoom and Co. But the villa is even better than the images suggest

Thanks a lot for your kind words about the house. However about internet I have to say that we recently changed the connexion to the most powerful possible in that area of countryside. Usually is ok but if there is some problem we had to say to the enterprise and during your stay you never told me that you had problems otherwise I could have called and maybe it had been better, And finally the internet in the countryside is never as better as in the city as the optic fibre does not arrive and it goes through Satellite which is not as good as the other. But it should work ok to do this and if it does not you need to tell the owner in order he can do something to help otherwise we can not do it. And in 14 days no one told me you had any problem so it’s quite unfair to say this now. Anyway I am sorry for this, If I had known I could have helped to solve it.

such a joy!

We had such a great time! We rented the house for a work team event, it was perfect! The garden is beautiful and the house specious. All is really well taken care of. The communication with the host was outstanding! Agnès answered all our questions really fast and helped us out when there where unplanned issues. We really appreciated it! We can't thank her enough and all 10 of us would like to return some time to this great place!

Excellent

The moment we walked through the door, we knew the house was exactly what we were hoping for. We were a group of 5 dads and 9 daughters away for a long weekend. The finca has many interesting features, history and art and a few cats as well! Perfect setup for a group of people with great social spaces, inside and out. Good ratio of bathrooms to guests and great to have the train station in walking distance. This place is relaxed and unpretentious and a true reflection of rural Mallorcan life. Highly recommended.

Tolles Haus, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Der Pool ist groß und sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet, der Außenbereich sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besser geht es nicht !

Ein wunderbares Haus mit Seele und Charakter, in dem es an nichts fehlt ! Lage und Ausstattung perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit Freunden und alle haben es gleichermaßen genossen. Wonderful house in Consell

This is a very beautiful house and garden in Consell, Mallorca. Only five minutes from the train station where the train to Palma or Alcudia goes. The garden has many lemon, orange and almond trees. There is also a large swimmingpool and a grill. Very comfortable house perfect for up to twelve people, tastefully decorated and really makes you feel at home. The owner and his daughter were most helpful in giving us the most perfect stay.

Son Jordi Nou Navidades 2015

Hola LLorenç i Agnès, Pasados unos días queríamos haceros llegar nuestro agradecimiento por la estancia tan estupenda y vuestra bienvenida. Las explicaciones de Llorenç hicieron que nos dieramos cuenta de como quereis esa casa y supieramos valorarla. Toda la familia se sintió muy a gusto ya que la casa tiene espacio suficiente para todos, tanto fuera como dentro. Tuvimos la suerte de que hiciera un tiempo espectacular que nos permitio incluso comer fuera en el jardin y disfrutar del exterior aunque fuera Diciembre!! Y por las noches la chimenea del salon tambien nos acompaño en nuestras veladas. De nuevo agradeceros vuestra amabilidad y no dudeis que recordaremos estas navidades como algo muy especial. A Perfect Vacation Home

The twelve of us (8 adults and 4 children) loved Son Jordi Nou. The house is very comfortable, with ample space, seating and furniture—both indoors and out—and a large, well-stocked kitchen. The two working barbecues and the plentiful supply of almond wood added to the fun. The large pool, on a manicured lawn surrounded by trees, which offered some shade at all times of the day, was wonderful, and used for hours at a time by the children. Llorenc Bibiloni is a welcoming and generous host who greets and orients guests to the property. The finca is full of wonderful (edible) garden surprises, beautiful plants and flowers. The children loved roaming the grounds. The house is also fully set up for A/C although, given the pleasant dry temperatures we enjoyed in early July, we never used it. The train into Palma is a ten-minute walk from the house which meant that going into the city for whatever reason-- visiting the cathedral or a museum, attending a yoga class-- was an easy and quick trip for an individual or a small group; this public transportation option also enhanced our mobility and reduced complications in terms of sharing cars for excursions with others. Mallorca itself was a wonderful surprise--an island rich in history and art as well as possessing spectacular, picturesque beaches and mountains. There was more than enough to keep us all busy for two weeks! We highly recommend Son Jordi Nou for a holiday in Mallorca and will always remember our time there with great affection. R.S. Matthews

Ein Paradies! Wir habe...

Ein Paradies! Wir haben 12 wunderbare Tage mit der Großfamilie auf diesem traumhaften Anwesen verbracht und alle - ob jung oder alt - waren begeistert. Hier ist für alle etwas dabei: Wem nach einem Stadtbummel ist, der kann mit dem Zug auf einen Sprung nach Palma entschwinden. Wem nach Wandern ist, hat die Tramuntana gleich vor der Haustür. Wer das Dorfleben genießen will, fährt ins malerische Dörfchen Alaro (5 min. entfernt) zum Wochenmarkt. Und auch die Strände sind in 20 Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Das Beste aber ist das wunderbare Landhaus selbst. Es hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme, ist bei aller Größe gemütlich und komfortabel, der gepflegte Garten und der angenehme Pool laden zum Faulenzen ein. Und der freundliche Eigentümer kümmert sich rührend um die Bedürfnisse seiner Gäste. Kamin und Grill sind mit Holz und Anzünder ausgestattet und warten nur darauf, benutzt zu werden. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, Bettwäsche, Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden, Waschmaschine mit Waschpulver stehen zur Verfügung, außerdem auch Alltagsdinge wie Klopapier, Servietten, Kerzen, Duschgel usw. Alles perfekt! Immer wieder!!

Perfekt!

Das Objekt ist tatsächlich viel schöner als auf den Bildern - sehr geräumig und es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist klasse gewesen: offene Kommunikation und kurze Antwortzeiten. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, sind leider die Betten (vielleicht haben wir aber auch einfach einen anderen Standart). Also rundum perfekter Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Anwesen!

Amazing house, location and great host

Spent time with a number of friends in this lovely house. A truly authentic house, equipped with all comforts, lovingly renovated and maintained by the owner. In the morning a few oranges from the tree and squeeze for breakfast, it can't get any better. The owner is extremely hospitable and does everything to ensure you have a relaxing and carefree vacation.

Familienurlaub auf dem Land

Mit unserer Familie, 11 Personen zwischen 13 und 76 Jahren, konnten wir nach langer Planung, durch Corona bedingt mehrfach verschoben, unsere Reise antreten. Agnes hat uns sehr gut bei der mehrfachen Terminverschiebung begleitet. Dafür herzlichen Dank. Die Finca liegt in verkehrsgünstig guter Lage, absolut ruhig und mit wundervollen Ausblicken. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Der Außenbereich mit dem schön angelegten Garten, Pool und Grill runden das Ganze ab. Heizung oder Klimaanlage wurden wegen des schönen Wetters nicht genutzt. Die ganze Familie hat die Tage auf der Finca als wiederholenswert eingestuft.

Wonderful - couldn't be better!

We were a party of ten, being four generations of the same family, and from the moment we booked the property the communication with Lorenzo and his daughter Agnès could not be faulted. The help and information provided were fist class. The property was ideal for our needs and was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen, with plenty of room to enable everyone to have their own space if needed. The pool was a big draw and very well used. The grounds were a credit to Lorenzo and his team. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. We hope to be back.

Schön gelegene Finca mit viel Platz

Wir hatten die Finca im Herbst für 9 Nächte gebucht. Lorenzo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vorteil der Finca ist, dass fast jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat. Die Feuerstellen im Freien haben wir abends wegen der Kälte Anfang November nicht genutzt. Das ist aber kein Problem: in der Küche gibt es eine offene Feuerstelle. Das Grillen mit dem Mandelholz liefert sensationelle Ergebnisse (Lomos). Auch die Zubereitung der Paella auf dem großen Gasherd war kein Problem. Die Finca kann bei Bedarf geheizt werden, was aber nur im Winter notwendig ist. Wir möchten Lorenzo für seine Gastfreundschaft und schnelle Hilfe danken. Wir sind uns sicher, dass wir nicht zum letzten Mal diese schöne Finca gemietet haben! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Grosses Haus mit allem was man als Gruppe braucht

Wir waren als Radgruppe im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viele Bäder, ein tolles Grundstück und ein herzlicher Vermieter. Er wollte zur Bergüßung Wein mit uns trinken was wir als Radsportler leider ablehnen musten. Wir wollen in zwei Jahren wieder kommen.

Fantastic villa, with an amazing pool and stunning views

We were a party of ten people-4 adults and 6 children and we were very impressed with this villa. It is nice and spacious with clean and modern bathrooms. The outside area was large and self contained, with an amazing swimming pool. The area was peaceful but you are only a short drive away from Consell and Inca where you can find supermarkets for your provisions. Also you are not too far away from the main motorway that runs from Palma to Alcudia on the east coast, so it felt like an ideal base to explore all areas of the island.
