Condo was nice for a quick getaway. Centrally located on a quiet side street. Unit had what we needed and the hot tub was a big plus.

We had a lovely time in this condo. Everything and much more was provided in the kitchen. The grounds were very well kept. Enjoy sitting on the deck and going for walks.

Wonderful, pet friendly property.

Very nice property, with easy parking access. Great location minutes from Mammoth Village, grocery and Main lodge. Excellent for people with dogs. Very well stocked.

Perfect weekend getaway

Condo is great. Great location pretty central to everything in town. Easy parking. It was nice to have access to a hot tub every night.

Roomy condo, Great Location

I enjoyed the large common area. Kitchen is great for cooking while hanging out with friends. The hot tub on site is such an added bonus!

Spacious well stocked condo

We had a great stay. The beds are very comfortable, even the sofa bed. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need. There is plenty of space to hang out and enjoy some time with family or friends. The third bathroom was a great amenity. And of course the jacuzzi was amazing!

Mammoth Getaway

We did a mid week stay. Property was everything and more than states. Centrally located to skiing, shopping, dining. Very comfortable for our dog with easy walking out the front door and short two minute drive to a park. Will rent again.

Everything you need and more.

Very nice and spacious condo unit central to town and slopes. Great private hot tub in an atrium on the second floor. Has a bubbler for the sore knees. Kichen was very well equipped with the fanciest toaster I've ever seen. Looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful mammoth stay!

What a wonderful place to stay, instructions for check in and check out were great and easy, place so clean and beautiful and it’s so greatly located to all the necessary spots, shopping, eateries, breweries, fishing, hiking, all the spots so close for our vacation! We’ve been coming to Mammoth for years for our annual family reunion and we loved this getaway place. The place we had rented in the past was being upgraded so we were so happy to find this rental - I think it may be our new favorite and hope to return again next year! :)

Thanksgiving 2019

We had a magical Thanksgiving at your condo. We hit a blizzard coming up unexpectedly...arrived a little early but Mike let us in to get out of the snow. Everything was supplied that we needed, The snow continued to fall all the time we were there making everything look like a winter post card.....we loved out stay.

Great location

The property had a great location. We were able to enjoy several lakes and hikes nearby. We also took a day trip to Yosemite. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. We were disapointed that the deck was too small for 4 of us to sit on. We were hoping for a nice view but there was construction directly behind the condo. Other than that it was very comfortable and clean.

Amazing spot

We had the ultimate mammoth vacation during this triple storm! When the mountain closed early, we were so comfortable inside the condo hanging out and cooking meals. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub with the giant windows during the storm. So cool. It was also such a great location, we drove a few minutes to eagle lodge, walked to the village gondola to catch an easy ride up the mountain and walked so so so close to the best pizza spot in town. Not to mention the neighbors were incredibly kind and helpful during the crazy storm!! Definitely recommend this spot!

Everything was good! Nice quiet location and pet friendly. Having an electronic key pad to get into the unit would be more convenient than having to keep track of manual keys. Overall our experience was great and I would stay here again.

Simple check in and owner responses quickly.Noticed a little musky smell when arrived. Could have been that the condo was locked up and not used for a few days. It cleared out after opening windows.

July vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. Loved the upstairs layout with the big kitchen island. Just a couple of small comments - the downstairs had a damp/musty smell and we could not figure out how to adjust the sound (too much base) on the sound bar upstairs.

Perfect 4th of July Weekend stay

Communication with the host was perfect. He helped us set up and ensure the BBQ was working so we could have a BBQ for the 4th. He also allowed an early check-in since we arrived to town early. My son had to sleep on the pull-out sofa, but as the listing says, the mattress was very comfortable. Great space for my family, and it was good for our dog with easy access to take him outside. The hot tub took a while to heat up, but once it did, it was an added benefit. Very good location, central to everything you wish to do. Also, the downstairs beds were very comfortable and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

the condo was nice and was just as advertized. close to town. only con is the carpet stains but with animals allowed this is understandable. it was clean and there was no odors

Nice, but hot tub not worki g.

Hot tub not working, we were told day before our stay. Was not fixed, but I asked for a small refund. Otherwise, condo was very nice. Be aware that coffeemaker is a Kuerig.Kitchen up to date.

Hi there...we would like to welcome you to our place in the mountains! Our names are Chris and Maria Hansen. We live in Orange County, CA but have always been in love with Mammoth! We enjoy the outdoors in all of the seasons...skiing in winter, hiking and biking in the spring/summer/fall months. Chris has been coming here since he was a child, having grown up in Orange County. Maria moved to California in 1990 from Texas to pursue her dance career. We come here fairly often and hate to leave! We have a four legged member of a family...a Doberman named Nika, who we rescued from the Orange County shelter in 2010. She loves it in Mammoth! We hope you enjoy our home away from home!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The minute that we walked into this property, we knew it was the place for us! The upgrades were so impressive and beautiful. Maria loves to cook and the openness and upgrades to the kitchen were a big selling point for her. We really weren't interested in being in the Village because we prefer a little more quiet, but we wanted to be close enough that we could walk and take our dog. There is a bike path right behind the condo and the golf course surrounded by the forest just beyond that. It provides a very nice walk with the dog! The condo has a beautiful pine lined solarium with a private jacuzzi with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the woods. There is also a balcony that is perfect for morning coffee watching the bluejays and squirrels! Also, Chris' brother, Jeff, lives in the Forest Creek complex and to be near family was a nice little bonus.
