Our home is located on the Arnold Palmer course and the 17th green. It has a very private setting with only one common wall. You enter through a courtyard complete with a Bistro Set to enjoy your coffee or a glass of Wine. You will find all new appliances in this highly equipped Kitchen open to the Dining Room. Beautiful open beam ceilings, a wet bar in the Living Room and a gas Fireplace that opens into a Romantic Master Bedroom complete with a Duxiana Cal King Bed, dual vanities, bathtub and shower. The Guest Bedroom offers a Cal King Bed and it's own Bathroom. The unit is equipped with a Washer/Dryer, air conditioning and internet.
There are two beautifully landscaped outdoor patios complete with a dining table and chairs and lounge chairs so you can enjoy the breathtaking views and relax. The pools and heated Hot Tubs are just steps from the back patio. Includes a two car garage with opener.
In addition to the amazing weather, Rancho Mirage boasts some of the area's best dining and shopping. 'The River' is only 7 minutes away. Downtown Palm Springs 15 minutes, El Paseo Avenue 10 minutes and Cabazon Outlet shopping 30 minutes away.

Hi! I am Jenifer! I have 3 kids and live in Carlsbad, Ca. My parents bought this condo over 30 years ago and it is filled with many special memories❤️ They fell in love with the Desert and enjoyed all of the beauty, great restaurants as well as the relaxing and quiet setting. My kids grew up coming here every Easter and still love catching fish in the lake! Maybe you will see the turtle! I hope you enjoy your stay in our wonderful property!!

It is such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Enjoyable to sit outside in the morning watching the golfers or the birds by the lake after walk over to the pool and have a morning swim! Incredible sun setting behind the Mountains. Great Location for all ages!!!
