The residence was very clean and well organized. There are shops, restaurants and laundry nearby. The apartment id near the Eiffel Tower. The host and hostess were helpful upon entering the property.

The host is a true gentleman and was very responsive to our questions. He even phoned on the morning of our departure to wish us a safe journey and to ensure that we didnt have to clean, empty garbage etc. We had already stripped the beds and taken out the garbage.The apartment was very small but manageable and came with kitchen staples, plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner etc. Laundry place 3 doors away. 5 minutes to the metro and a great twice weekly market. Great area, walking distance to the Eiffel.Tower.

Madame and Monsieur Marie were wonderful hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was, and even picked out local treats and wine for us. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and very clean and comfortable. The location is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, lots of good restaurants, and three different easy to get to metro stops. There is a patisserie and a lovely little produce shop just steps away. This was our first time visiting Paris and we could not have been happier with our stay.

Staying at Didier and Marie’s property was the best traveling experience we’ve had. From the beginning they were very communicative, welcomed us as family and the property was perfect for our needs. The location of the property is incredible, really close to the metro and shops, and within close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Incredible experience!

We had a really great stay here in Paris in this cute little apartment. My son and I really loved the place. We were greeted when we arrived by the Marie family and they were so kind. We loved the complimentary beverages and the hospitality was so great. The location was perfect for us. Just a 15 min. walk to the Eiffel Tower, and very close to the subway and laundry mat. The apartment was very clean and safe. When we visit Paris, this will be our go to rental. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anybody in search of a place in Paris.

Words can’t fully express what a blessing and privilege it was to stay in this beautiful apartment which is strategically located in the very popular 15th district of Paris in the Grenelle neighborhood, within a short walking distance to the Dupleix Metro, and only a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is surrounded by a host of excellent restaurants, one of which I highly recommend, La Gauloise, and ate at 3 nights because their food is so excellent, as is the gracious and attentive service provided by their Matre’d and Head Waiter.The apartment was wonderfully furnished with everything a guest would need, and was pristine clean. But the biggest treat of all was meeting the hosts. They communicated regularly with me before my visit, helped me with directions from the airport, and met me at their apartment when I arrived to give me a detailed orientation.You will not find a kinder or more dedicated host on all of VRBO, than this loving couple. They even checked in with me during my stay to make sure everything was ok and to help me if needed.All in all, I’d rate this apartment a 100 on VRBO’s 5-point scale if I could, and the same for the hosts.

Great time in Paris

We had a wonderful time in Paris and enjoyed the apartment. It was exactly as advertised. Close to the train station, lots of shops, and just minutes from the Eiffel Tower.

Wonderful Time in Paris

This property is a perfect little place to stay in Paris with restaurants and bakeries within short walks. Also a Monoprix down the street a few blocks. M. Didier is very welcoming and provides wonderful snacks and drinks upon arrival which is important when you are coming from a long flight. Easy to navigate to the metro which has a station very close.

This was a wonderful stay. This property is perfectly located near two easy train stations, plenty of food options and a quaint little neighborhood feel.There is a laundromat right up the street. The owners were responsive and both were there to greet us upon our arrival with instructions! We will be back on our next trip to Paris!!!! (Plus the shower was big enough for our American size :) - both my husband and I are 6 ft )

Loved the apartment, location and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. Even a special Lilly of the valley for for Labor Day! Very touching!Hope to return to Paris again soon and this apartment would be my pick of places!

Very cozy place

I really enjoyed this place close everything ( metro stations, shops, market etc) the owners are really kind and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. And I just have good comments about this place.

The photos truly don’t do this apartment justice. It’s much nicer and comfortable in person. M. Marie and his wife welcomed us warmly and took the time to walk us through everything. The apartment itself as well was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and situated in a fantastic location. A great stay.

Great couples apartment near Eiffel Tower

The owners were very kind and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. It is within a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and has restaurants and metro stations on the adjacent streets. So overall was situated in a perfect location. My partner and I were very pleased with the property and stay as a whole

Wonderful holiday

Beautiful area, quaint typique Parisian flat, everything we needed was there. Host always available as needed, he was very responsive. Great restos & easy access to trains/metro. This was perfect for us! Merci M Marie!

Great Location! Great Time!

Our host was very helpful throughout our stay. The open air market twice a week was a real treat. It is a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants. It is close to so many sites yet not overrun by tourists. We wish the kitchen had an oven and more space.

Great location, easy access to the Metro, the owners are very helpful and easy to contact. Located on the ground floor which was great for us because we had a lot of luggage, that being said there’s not much of a view if that’s important to you. Very comfortable for my husband and I and our teenage daughter, highly recommend

Clean. Well situated. The flat has everything you need for your stay. The owners had little treats and coffee available which was a great touch and very appreciated. Close to two metro stations. Eiffel Tower a stones throw away. Markets, cheese shops, butcher, fish monger, bakeries and restaurants all down the street.

Lovely Hosts

Great little apartment very close to all amenities and metro. Gym and laundromat next door. Plenty of linen. Short walk to Eiffel Tower. Quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of clothes storage. Great hosts (drove 3 hours to greet us), very informative. We were 2 adults and one child with tonnes of luggage, and although it is a tight apartment, we managed to make it work with the cupboard space and the endless amounts of hangers!

Eiffel Tower Apartment

Marie and Didier were wonderful host. Very considerate and helpful with checkin. Apartment perfect for 2 people and fully equipped if you want to cook some meals. Apartment is perfectly located to visit Paris. About 5 minutes to Dupliex metro station. Very close to Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores short walk away. Nice laundry about 1 minute away down the Rue Juge. Lively area with plenty of bars and restaurants including an Asian restaurant just across the street. Would happily stay again in the future. Recommend not having a car - parking is on street, hard to find and very expensive. Public transportation is relatively inexpensive and extensive.

Lovely host, claustrophobic place

Lovely host, communicative, kind and very responsive to my needs. Although the apartment was intially quite musty-smelling, I aired out the place and Lysoled the carpet which helped a bit. Well-eqipped for a small place, and although I appreciated being on the ground floor, I became quite claustrophobic because the bottom of the living-room window only shows the top of people's heads. This was my 19th time visiting Paris, but perhaps after a year and a half of a pandemic, it was also the fact that I had just come from the south of France that made me want to leave prematurely.
