Come to Lake Tahoe and enjoy great skiing and snowboarding, a wonderful family environment and the beauty of the mountains and the Lake. This beautiful six bedroom, four bathroom house, with forest views, located in Kingsbury Grade, is the perfect venue for your winter vacation. It is perfectly situated - a short drive to both Heavenly and the casinos.

Bedrooms:
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.

Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Tahoe Getaway

This home housed my family for 3 nights and it was amazing! so convenient to be close to everything . Only part I thought was odd that their was a garage door missing haha but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you again for sharing your property with us. Won’t be last time

Fun stay and convenient to skiing

House was big and had the ability to host many people. Close to heavenly and other resorts and a few minutes from downtown.

Tahoe Family Trip

Great Location and good size house but outdated appliances/BBQ. Cleanness of sheets / pillow covers was a big concern to my family. Listing shown Queen size beds in 2 bedrooms but they were Full Size to us not Queen

Nice house in a beautiful place

The listing very accurately describes a lovely house in the hills less than 10 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. It fit our extended family of nine with room to spare. It was clean and the kitchen was better equipped than most VRBOs. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I would highly recommend it.The only thing I would do differently is the vehicle I rented - a 12 passenger van to fit all of us - which was terrible (really terrible) in the snow. This place is in the hills above the lake, and if you're going in the winter, have an SUV or chains to navigate snowy days. (This, of course, is not a criticism of the house at all.)

Great location!

The house is very spacious and worked well for our three generation family trip. Kitchen is well equipped. I think with just a few improvements this house could go from 4 stars to 5. There were no floor mats in the bathrooms! Wet slippery tile when you step out of shower. Only one hair dryer for four bathrooms. Needed extra towels wash cloths and dish towels. There was no bath soap. At least a couple of duraflame logs should be there to get you started. Found a pincher bug in my sheets and had to squish two spiders. Chimney needs to be cleaned out. Got very Smokey in the house. Not enough large garbage bags.

Overall good stay

The house was conveniently located and maintained very well. Large living room and kitchen was well equipped. There are little things which were a little inconvenient like there were exactly 10 towels in the house and it was a bit hard to manage with little kids. Also they don’t provide soap and shampoo or laundry detergent which you need to prepared for.

Great time!

My friends and I had an amazing stay here. The property had everything we needed for all of our guests. The house was super close to everything we needed like stores, casinos and beaches. We will def be back at some point in the future!

Great family home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home for multigenerational family get together in Tahoe. Bedrooms/bathrooms are well distributed for multi-family use. House is well equipped. We were blessed with cool summer weather and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to sleep with the windows open. Front door access never worked for us but using the garage for entry/exit worked fine.

Phenomenal Home on Stateline

We had a group come together for a summer trip and this house did not disappoint. Spacious, large, plenty of amenities, nice neighbors, and SUPER CLOSE to all of the action by the casinos. We had other activities as well, and this was the perfect location to keep the drives to our activities at 30 minutes or less. You will not regret staying here.

Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the house was great for our family. The bedding, mattresses etc need to be replaced. The house was inundated with carpenter ants and the service did ther best to accomodate their removal but was not successful. The owner provided a one night discount. We did our best to overcome the circumstance and believe if these items were addressed the property woul be fine to rent.

A lot of problems,

First, we experienced carpenter ants and red ants all over the first floor. The property manager was in denial, no help. Next, the double bed box spring wood frame cracked while I was sleeping, I looked under the bed and it was being supported with books, this issue was never addressed. The second double had a broken wheel, therefore uneven sleeping, and no help from anyone. Carpenter ants are large and eat wood-like termites. And a big problem plus broken beds....no one cares. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. We were 7 adults, and none of the guests will ever use world-class again. And I hope VRBO does something, unacceptable.

Our Annual Winter Tahoe Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an annual vacation that we've taken with a group of friends for over 40 years. We have over the years stayed in the Lake Tahoe area and enjoyed it's close proximity to gambling, shopping and dining. This is our second year of staying with this home. We all have enjoyed the large family room which allows us the opportunity to sit together and watch tv; as well as the time to relax and enjoy each other's company. We have also enjoyed the large kitchen table whick allows us to play games and enjoy dinner with everyone seated together. We enjoyed that alot! Sleeping quarters were good. The only downside was one of the bedrooms only offered bunk beds which aren't the most enjoyable for two "senior citizens". But it worked out OK. Parking was plentiful...even with all the snow. Plows did a good job keeping the roads clear. Overall this is a very nice home to rent. We hope to stay there again next year.

Golf trip with the boys
