Located in highly desired area of Punta Sur and only steps away from Garrafón de Castilla Beach Club, this custom luxurious home is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of all the different shades of turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Ocean, breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop and views of the Cancun skyline. Whether enjoying your morning coffee, an afternoon margarita or an evening glass of wine, the views are spectacular and best on the island.

Isla Mujeres is only 4 miles long and is easily accessible by renting a golf cart.There is a small beach club, Garrafon de Castilla, steps out your front door and a local path to snorkel in the gorgeous water any time you would like.

With bars and restaurants on the south end, there really isn't much reason to need to go to town other than the hustle and bustle of night life, shopping and mingling with other tourists and locals.

Our home has recently been renovated and just finished construction of rooftop entertaining areas including a sky bar with refrigerator, sink, etc. Home has been remodeled with beautiful custom furniture and offers daily housekeeping (except for Sundays & Holidays) and concierge services available to you.

Great location

We loved most everything about our stay! Being right across from the joint was awesome! We didn't have one bad meal/experience at the joint for meals, drinks or entertainment. The only thing that would have been helpful to plan for is it is advertised as having a washer and dryer but you a actually can't use it. The housekeeper Monica has to do it for you. She did a lovely job, it just wasn't what I was expecting. But I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Property

We had the pleasure of spending 9 days at this property, and we truly loved every moment of our stay. The house is stunning—immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained. The amenities were exactly as described, with a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and convenient maid and laundry services. We even submitted a grocery list before our arrival, and it was waiting for us when we got there, which was a nice touch. Although The Joint is located just across the road, the live music didn't bother us at all, and they wrapped up each night early. We had an amazing time here and would definitely love to return!

50th Birthday Family Celebration

The property was beautiful. The home had everything we needed for everyone to be comfortable for five days. The view was spectacular just as described. The water pressure was amazing, which can sometimes be very hard to find on the island.The only issue we truly had was a precious little kitty that we all fell in love with, but sat at the back door, crying nonstop for food. Don’t get me wrong, he was a sweet little guy and we absolutely adored him, but he was a little messy and very hungry. Besides that, the stay was perfect, and we would definitely revisit again.

Lovely Stay!

The home is in an ideal location, housekeeper made us guacamole and chips on our arrival and manager gave us a thorough tour. Sunset views are incredible! The home is laid out very well and we enjoyed the space and roof top deck so very much! Also, the owner is extremely responsive and supportive through all of our 7 night stay. Cant wait to return!

Beautiful place

This was our first time to Isla and we absolutely loved it! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6! Gorgeous views of the water, especially from the pool and had fun watching the iguanas. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart since it is on the south side, but we loved the location as it was away from all the hustle! Thank you for sharing your perfect house and appreciate Stacy, the property manager for always being available when needed!

Relaxation and Celebration

Absolutely Amazing!! Everything about the house was perfect with amble space for groups to spread out. It was a quiet area even when bands were playing across the street at The Joint. Staying poolside and looking out over the beautiful blue water was perfect!! The housekeeper Monica made the stay even better and we appreciated all the small touches she did during our stay!

Great Stay

Beautiful home. Loved the pool overlooking the bay. Golf cart rental a must to get around this part of the island. Enjoyed the water at Kin Ha and breakfast at Ranchero de Capricho.

Perfect for our girls trip

The views are breathtaking. The house is on the quiet end of the island. It is, however, across the street from a bar/restaurant that plays music until 9:00. It was never too loud and ended early. The kitchen was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Stacy answered our emails immediately and handled all of our questions and/or requests immediately. The only thing I would caution is if you have any issues with stairs, this house is not for you. We had an amazing week and would stay here again!

Great Place!

Our children planned a trip for our anniversary for the entire family. I was in charge of finding a house comfortable for all 10 of us. This place was great! The little ones enjoyed the small pool and we had plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated it was in a more quiet area of the island, too.

Great property!

This beautiful, spacious property was great for us 4 adults and 3 kids. It is clean and well kept. The housekeeper is super. The ocean views are absolutely stunning from many vantage points including the rooftop. We had a blast here!

Great family property in a good locstion

This is a beautiful and well kept home in a great location on the south end of the island. Close to a few restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed the fact that it is away from the hustle of the north end. 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom and another half bath off the living area. Love the large opening of the living area to the outside deck and pool area. Very cozy and inviting. Kitchen is very usable. It was needing some more supplies, (cooking ware, etc) but minor inconvenience. Our family loved this home and would absolutely want to stay here again.

PERFECT

We loved the Sun Kissed home! It was clean, beautiful & a great location for us. It was our first time to Isla and we were so happy we chose to stay there. Anyone who likes a quieter, laid back vacation, this is the place to stay. It’s much quieter & slower than the north end of the island, which was PERFECT for us. We ended up eating at The Joint several times with it right across the street. And, in the afternoon, you can hear The Joint’s live music from the pool.

Another great stay

We had another great stay. We have stayed multiple times and it never disappoints. Easy to communicate, helps arrange transportation and golf cart rental. Property is clean and was stocked with everything we requested. Location is nice on the quieter side of the island but close to The Joint and east hop on for the island bus or short cab ride to downtown. Another perfect vacation!

Family Vacation

We stayed for a family vacation with our 3 children (2.5 years, 7 years and 10 years). The house was perfect for us. The pool was the perfect size for my kiddos to enjoy and the view was immaculate. We loved being right next to our favorite bar, the joint and on the south end of the island. We were a short golf cart ride to most of our dinners and about 15 minute golf cart ride to the north end. We spent some days at north beach and ate some dinners on Hidalgo and the drive home was super easy. We much prefer the location of the south end for our family vacations. We were greeted upon arrival with delicious guacamole and all our groceries! Stacy was wonderful and always responsive when we needed assistance. There are lots of stairs incase that could be a problem but for our family it was fine. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at this home!
