Location, location, location. Top floor unit located at the south end of the building near the marina. The view is spectacular and the condo is loaded with upgrades including custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, plantation shutters, flat screen HDTV's wet bar w/ ice maker etc. Phoenix on the Bay has luxurious amenities including a lazy river, water slide, marina, putting green, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, saunas, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, fish cleaning station, and the list goes on. The building and condo unit are sure to meet or exceed even the most discerning of tastes. Fun for the family yet a relaxing paradise for the couple looking to get away.

We love this condo!

The beach without the sand

The front beach roads were packed with people summer vacationing so Canal Rd was perfect for me and my two young kids. We enjoyed the pools, the surrounding restaurants, and easy access to the express routes.

Great view

Condo is very nice. The view is priceless! Furniture and appliances are outdated and master bed not comfortable at all. Two huge wood roaches dead behind the bathroom door. No comfortable patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy the view. One chaise lounge that’s broken and dilapidated patio set with bad chairs.

Good facilities, but not as family-friendly as.I would have liked

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit, great lazy river and slide for the kids. The facilities were overrun by large parties who gathered all of the chairs by the pool, blared loud music, and cursed loudly. When this was brought to the facility's management, they took no apparent action. If you want your kids to be surrounded by drinking and bad language, this might be the place for you.

We loved the view from our unit. Kitchen was well equipped. Unit is kind of worn and could use new furniture in living room and bedspreads for each bedroom.. Master needs new pillows.

Spring Break trip

LAZY RIVER

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1504 is the CLEANEST property we have been in. I credit the no pet policy. Prefect location to watch the LAZY RIVER and the boats in the bay. You are NOT on the beach. But condo is centrally located and easy to hop into car and get to the beach and your favorite restaurants. Loved the plantation shutters to manage that intense sun. Grateful for the ceiling fans. Nice stocked kitchen. Need heavy duty hooks in bathrooms or hallway for wet beach towels. No hangers provided or air dryer. Other than that, Nice, relaxing place.

Could use some TLC

We loved the property and all amenities, but overall the condo itself could use some TLC. Had to reach out twice to property management for balcony door that was almost impossible to open and close, along with broken microwave door handle, torn patio furniture and multiple lights/outlets that did not work. Will definitely stay at Phoenix on the Bay again, but will try another condo next time.
