Prior to arrival, we email and text all of our guests detailed property access instructions and property info, including a keycode for contact-free check-in (you can go straight to the unit) and a link to a digital guidebook, which has WiFi passwords, maps, and all sorts of useful information about the area and the property, and our guests have found this digital guidebook enormously helpful, so we just want our future guests to know that we do provide all of this information in advance. We also have staff available to assist with questions like “what is the WiFi password” if you are having any trouble finding the info in the guidebook, so I wish you had reached out to us and allowed us to help. I see no record that you called, emailed, texted, or sent VRBO messages to our staff about this, and I wish you had let us help. As you noticed, we have a dedicated maintenance team that can quickly stop by to address issues when they arise, such as TVs that are set to the wrong input or otherwise misconfigured. Our housekeeping team does check that TVs are functioning when they inspect properties, but sometimes something unusual happens, so I'm sorry for the brief delay in getting the TV to work. We don’t have any record of you reaching out to our staff to ask for the WiFi password (which is provided to all guests in a convenient format via text and email), and I wish you had reached out to us, or to the maintenance team member who dropped by, so that we could have provided this information to you.
