"'L'Olivera" (Catalan Tourism Registry Number HUTT-006201), is a beautiful villa located in a quiet area at the entrance of the town and its more than 10 km of beaches. The house is tastefully decorated and has all the details. It is the ideal house for family tourism. It has a large garden, a large swimming pool with child safety, a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area and free WIFI. Its good location facilitates access to all services (supermarkets, beaches, bars, restaurants, train station,...). Car parking is free throughout the town and beaches.
Plot of 750 square meters (250 square meters of house plus 500 square meters of garden).

It is a house intended for family tourism or groups of adults. We do not accept reservations from groups of young people under 28 years of age.
The house has a lot of privacy and beautiful views since most of the garden has no neighbors. We have a garage and free parking right at the main entrance.
The house has all the comforts included in the price: bed sheets, towels, free Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, appliances, .... and the final cleaning of the house.
The town is located in a privileged place on the Costa Dorada, with extensive and beautiful beaches and surrounded by mountains. This allows you to practice different water and mountain sports: kayaking, windsurfing, mountain biking, paddle surfing, hiking, fishing...

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful house. The house has a warm character. The hosts, David and his wife did everything to ensure that we had a wonderfull week. The garden with the monumental tree is a joy to relax in. The swimming pool has a nice size and David made sure that the water was in optimal conditions. You are at a 20 minutes walking distance of the beach or a 2 minutes drive, the parkings at the beach are sufficient and free. 10 minutes by bike and you are in the mountains. We loved our stay in this house and the area. The only bad thing I can say is that after 1 week we had to say goodby.

Perfect villa for a relaxed family vacation

The villa was excellent, even better than the pictures. The kids absolutely loved the 900 year old tree with swings on and all the children's toys that are available for them to play with. The house is tastefully decorated and has lots of different areas you can relax in. David is also a great host, very accommodating and helpful. Location wise. The town is very quiet, which isn't neccesarily a bad thing because if you do want something a bit more upbeat cambrilles and salou are only a 15 min drive away. It was exactly what we were looking for in a family holiday.

Couldn’t have been better!

The house and its owners more than lived up to our high expectations and their fantastic reviews. The surroundings are quiet, it is a twenty minute walk to the beach, but there is a bus free to use for all. We had been looking for some time for a place where we didn’t have to have a car, and this was perfect. We, an extended family of 8 people, 3 generations, ranging from 2,5 to 67, had the time of our life in the spacious house! On top of this the owners are more than helpful and generous, always only a text message away!

David and his wife are the perfect hosts, providing helpful details such as taxi numbers and recommending restaurants. They told us about the Sunday market which was excellent - a 25 minute walk near the beach or less than 10 minutes by car/taxi. The house is ideal for a family holiday with 4 bedrooms - 2 upstairs (one of which is a family room with double bed as well as bunk beds) and 2 downstairs (all with fans) and 3 bathrooms. It is well equipped and very child-friendly. There is a fence around the pool and lots of toys. The pool is fantastic and the garden is beautiful. The property is fully secure as the gates are key-lockable. With 2 fridge-freezers, a washing machine, dishwasher and many kitchen items it has everything you need. There are 2 large dining areas, one inside and one outside as well as a lovely covered patio area, providing a seating area by day or night for socialising or sheltering from the sun. The 900 year old olive tree is beautiful and provides garden swings for the children and some shade.Our party consisted of two couples with a child and a baby plus grandma & grandad and we had a wonderful holiday. There is a highchair and a travel cot provided. The train station is just over 15 minutes on foot, passing between the Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets. We travelled to Reus and Tarragona on air-conditioned trains with fares that were very reasonable. Communication was excellent, David is very responsive. We would definitely recommend.

Lovely Villa

The Villa was perfect for us. David and his wife made us welcome the gated pool was great much needed in the hot sun. The 2 supermarkets were a 10 minute walk away and very good. There is also a store there that sells everything. The train station is about 20 minute walk One of my daughter's, her husband and 12 year old granddaughter walked to the beach a couple of times took them about 25 minutes. But the rest of us took taxis. Paco taxis were brilliant picked us up at the airport and we used them a few times to go down to the beach or restaurant. I wouldn't say the area is very touristy seems to be more for the Spanish holiday maker. Very clean and modern. If your looking for a nice quiet holiday you can't beat it.

La casa está súper bien y tiene de todo! Los dueños muy amables han estado pendientes de que no nos faltara de nada, gracias! La piscina, la terraza chill-out y la barbacoa lo mejor! Muy recomendable!

Wonderful family friendly property!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely villa. Everything was really well looked after, there was a great pool and outdoor kitchen where we spent all of our time! The beach and shops were all close by so we didn’t need to rent a car and a free bus to the beach made things even easier! The hosting by David was great, so attentive and helpful we felt we could ask him anything and he would do his best to help us. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who needs a nice relaxing getaway with the family!

Una casa muy acogedora

Fuimos tres parejas con dos niños cada pareja (12 en total). Son cuatro habitaciones, tres amplías y una de matrimonio con terraza muy bonita. La casa es preciosa. La piscina espectacular, vallada para los niños. El jardín es amplio y tiene zona de juegos para mayores y niños. La zona de barbacoa es increíble, con una barra para tomar algo mientras preparas las brasas y una mesa muy amplia en la que hemos comido sin apreturas, y con sombra, lo cual se agradece. La cocina totalmente equipada y el salón es amplio con mesa dentro por si se prefiere comer dentro, aunque nosotros hemos estado en la calle todo el día. Pero lo mejor de la casa son los anfitriones. David se ha preocupado en todo momento de plantearnos planes para hacer en el pueblo, donde comer, etc. Os recomiendo ir para comprobarlo vosotros mismos.

superb villa and amenities in a great location

The villa exceeded our expectations, it was a home from home, we all felt very comfortable. There were lots of areas to relax both in the shade and the sun, the outside facilities are great, especially the BBQ area and covered porch/lounge. We were able to swim properly in the large pool which is one of the best we have ever rented. Location was quiet and peaceful, the lovely town was easily accessible by foot and car, as was the railway station, where we travelled to Tarragona and Barcelona. There are 2 supermarkets very close by, with ample shops and cafes in the town. The Beaches are fantastic. David and Damaris were great hosts....thank you.

The best vacation!!!

It was awesome! Very authentic & cozy place. We spent unbelievable 2 weeks. Lot of space for children, beautiful rooms with antique furniture, big swimming pool with children area, place for parking. Villa placed in silence part of Hospitalet de Infant. Few meters to the supermarket...Nice beach and free parking there. I would like to recommend this villa for all, as the best at this part of Spain. I also want to express my gratitude to the owner of the villa - David and his wife. He really helped me in search of a doctor when my son was ill. Thank you David sincerely, we appreciate what you did for us. We will definitely return to you next year! See you!

Excellent holiday week in Villa Olivera!

Wonderful stay in the nice and spacious villa with lovely garden and swimming pool. Both the villa and outdoor spaces are in the very best condition. The surrounding is peaceful, walking distance from two good supermarkets. Short drive to fine beach and to many excellent restaurants. The owners, David and his wife are kind and very helpful in helping the visitors and giving all kind of information requested to make the stay easy and enjoyable. We can sincerely recommend Villa Olivera to everyone. For seven senior citizens Renny S. Vietimme ihanan viikon Välimeren rannalla Villa Oliverassa. Huvila on tilava , hyvin varusteltu ja kaikin puolin erinomaisessa kunnossa laajaa puutarhanmaista pihaa ja uima-allasta myöden. Ympäristö on erittäin rauhallista. Isäntäväki, David ja hänen vaimonsa, ovat ystävällisiä ja erittäin avuliaita. Heiltä saa myös paljon apua ja tietoa ympäristöön tehtäviä retkiä ja aktiviteetteja varten. Kävelymatkan päässä on kaksi erinomaista supermarkettia. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä ovat hieno uimaranta ja lukuisat ravintolat. Lähellä on monia mielenkiintoisia retkikohteita, kaupunkeja, luontoretkiä ja viininmaisteluretkiä. Voimme vilpittömästi suositella kaikille tätä kohdetta.

Casa preciosa y acogedora, entorno tranquilísimo.

Estuvimos mi marido y yo con nuesta hija de nueve meses, durante una semana, el pasado mes de junio y la experiencia fue muy recomendable y para repetir. La zona es tranquilísima pero no está aislada, la playa está a escasos minutos en coche y siempre hay huevo para aparcar, sorprendentemente, gratis. La casa es muy confortable y resulta muy acogedora porque está decorada con gusto y sin sensación de "casa de alquiler". Nos prestaron una cuna y al tener dos habitaciones en la planta baja pudimos evitar el engorro que suponen las escaleras con un bebé. El jardín y la piscina cuidados y limpios, pasamos muchas horas en el porche, que siempre está fresquito, mientras la peque jugaba en el cesped (la piscina está cuidadosamente vallada). Llovió un par de días pero incluso en esos, como la casa es grande y bien pensada, estuvimos a gusto. La zona de barbacoa resulta muy cómoda, a medio camino entre la piscina y cocina, aprovechable a cualquier hora del día, bien provista de leña. Respecto a los propietarios, todo fueron facilidades, pese a que nuesta llegada fue un poco complicada por un imprevisto. Repetiremos.

Muy recomendada

Fuimos un grupo de amigos con 3 niños. La casa esta fenomenal, incluso mejor que las fotografías. Perfectamente cuidada y con todo lujo de detalles. Los propietarios son majisimos y están muy pendientes de todo. A nosotros nos hizo muy mal tiempo, todo el día lloviendo y aun así disfrutamos un montón. Muy recomendada

Villa accueillante à l'image des propriétaires

Villa dans une résidence pavillonnaire très calme… Cette maison et son cadre collent parfaitement aux propriétaires qui sont des gens charmants, accueillants et disponibles. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains au RDC permettent d’accueillir 2 couples et 2 enfants en bas âge. A l’étage une chambre avec un lit double et 2 lit superposés accueille sans problème une petite famille. Une petite salle de bain est attenante à cette chambre/. Sur ce même étage se trouve une belle terrasse intimiste où l’on peu dormir à la belle étoile. Le séjour, au RDC est contigu à une terrasse extérieure couverte avec une petite balancelle autorisant la flânerie à n’importe qu’elle heure de la journée. Les repas en extérieurs peuvent être pris coté ouest où une grande table des 15 personnes et un barbecue en briques sont présents pour les longs repas de vacances. Le jardin est apaisant avec un superbe olivier qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. La piscine est sécurisée et convient aussi bien aux adultes qu’aux plus petits. Bref, résidence de vacances bien équipée ; à recommander.

Très belle maison et propriétaire très acceuillant

Très belle maison avec la surprise qu'elle est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Piscine sécurisée très pratique pour les enfants. La situation de la maison est très bien car très au calme mais avec les commodités très proches (supermarché à 1 minute en voiture) et un accès à la mer en 5 minutes en voiture. Les propriétaires sont très acueillants et agréables. Sweet & cosy home better than on pictures. Very good localisation (calm and close to supermarket). Beach by 5 minutes car. Very pleasant owner.
