Jimmy and Ronda are the best people! I love their passion for elk. The cabin and view is gorgeous. Best experience I have had so far! Highly recommend.

This property was everything and more will definitely be back. So relaxing next to the river listening and seeing the river from the front porch was great. HIGHLY recommend this property

Great location. No a/c, just a fan. Normally you don’t need it, but Colorado was having unusually hot weather. The cabin got a little warm in the afternoon, but not too bad.The porch facing the river is great!

Amazing get away so beautiful and quite

So nice cute cabin nice for a couple or small family river was gorgeous and saw alot of wild life bear ,fox,fish, birds and the elk where so neat to see so close

Wonderful location

This cabin has a wonderful location fronting on the Conejos River with lovely, developed outdoor space. We will be back.

Riverside cabin

Great hosts. Wonderful, scenic and quiet site that is riverside.This is a cabin, not a hotel room but as such it is a very pleasant place to rest and relax. Would we stay here again? Definitely!

Excellent location!

We stayed here for our fall hunt and it was perfect. The Duran's were very helpful even when one of us got a flat they helped air it up to get to town. Definitely coming back.

Above the stove was a lot of dust dirt/ grease, the rest of the place was rather nice/ clean, It was a little dark, lighting should have been better, and more electrical outlets. A dresser or 2 for your clothes would have been nice.

Perfect for what we needed.

We used the cabin as our rally/reset point after traveling from various locations for an elk hunt. We only stayed one day, but all was perfect for us before we moved to our spike camp. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.
