We had a great stay here! The home was clean, comfortable and exactly how it was described. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. The host made everything easy from check in to check out. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great property to stay in, everything it said it was!! It had many amenites; beach close.

Perfect Beach Stay!

This property was perfect for our family beach trip! Clean, beautifully decorated, and great location to restaurants and the beach. This house made our first trip to Topsail such a great experience and we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing peaceful stay and vacation. The home was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Super short walk to the beach and all the beach necessities were available for use, which was great. The sunrises on the beach and sunsets in the back bay were amazing. Great views from the porches of the water and pool. Highly recommend this rental!

Love this beach house. You can see both the beach and Intercoastal Waterway off the front porch. There are two options for a short walk to the beach. The house is very clean and the rooms are all very nice. The bed in the MBR was very comfortable. The bed in the “girls” room is a bunk and doesn’t have much space underneath which is fine if you have small kids but our 18 year old teen girl couldn’t sit up underneath it. I would suggest a bunk that’s got more room for the bottom bed. Otherwise this house was absolutely perfect for us! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again. The hosts were very nice to work with and gave perfect instructions for accessing the house.

Wonderful stay!

Just what we needed to relax and get away! Beautiful ocean views, clean and hospitable home full of modern comforts. Just a perfect spot-walk to the beach easily and a short drive into town for any additional needs. We really enjoyed it!!

Beautiful home and fantastic stay

We were very happy with our stay! The home was elegant, spacious and clean. Very close proximity and walkability to the beach. The host was very kind and very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.

What a wonderful stay! Marshall's house is well stocked and in the perfect location. We were minutes away from the beach and their wagon made it a breeze to carry all of our supplies. The house was spacious and clean; perfect for hosting a multi-generation family. Seeing dolphins on the inter-coastal one night definitely made the trip for my daughters! We'll definitely come back!

Great place to stay!

We loved everything about this home. Very clean and owner was great to work with. Great location for beach and fishing off the community pier. First time to Surf City. Very nice family beach. We enjoyed everything about our trip.

Beautiful condo

This house was perfect for our stay. The living room is full of light and you can see the ocean from the windows. Every room is stylish with the ocean theme of decorations. Short walk to the beach.

Beautiful place and great location

This was our first time to Surf City. We loved the house. Very beautiful and well kept. Great views of the ocean and sound. I highly recommend this rental.

Great family vacation

Family Weekend Getaway

Excellent place to stay

I stayed here with my family of 4 (ages 3 & 5), and it was perfect for us! It was a great location with a short walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and has great views from the deck, where you can see and hear the ocean. The house is very well stocked and it was easy to find everything. Marshall was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Confortable home, lovely location

We had a relaxing beach vacation and enjoyed the views and set-up at this home. Our family loved the balconies, kitchen, and welcoming dining area. The dock was a great place to see birds and the sunset. I liked that the location wasn't a crowded area, but was close to stores and activities. The hosts were very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.
