SUMMER SPECIALS! This large, 1200 sqft, 2 BR/2BA, top floor, direct oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 guests.
Welcome to Your Beachfront Getaway. This beachfront condo beautifully renovated, completely furnished, top floor (10th) condo offers a luxurious and pampered stay, yet provides all the comforts of home. It features tile floors, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with separate dining space, comfortable bedrooms, large living room, and updated baths.
There is an in-unit laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. Condo comes with Wi-Fi, central A/C, cable TV in each room, all linens & towels. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, bowls, glass ware, silverware, pots & pans, everything you would need to quip up a meal.
There are plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops close by. Publix grocery store is a block away. We are located on a no-drive section of Ormond Beach, making this a safe and quiet vacation stay.

I fell in love with Ormond Beach watching pelicans fly inches from me on the balcony of this lovely condo! Wonderful location, parking is super convenient, and fully stocked for a comfortable stay.

Great place exactly as described. Wonderful view, heated pool in winter, very convenient shopping, and a wonderful quiet beachside. Everything we needed to have a great visit. Highly recomend and hope to visit again!

Amazing view! Visited with my family. The condo is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the beach from the condo.

Great communication with the hosts! Texts answered w/I minutes. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, skillets, plates, glasses, etc. Both types of coffee pots; drip and K-Cup.

It’s a nice area for older couples. It’s close enough to Daytona to be able to have things to do. It’s not very crowded.

It’s a little difficult getting into your room, because the little black box on the door frame it’s hard to open. My friend and I truly enjoyed our bedrooms with bath. Being a little elderly, it would’ve been nice to have a grab bar in the shower. We expected a blow dryer, but one was not provided. We truly enjoyed the view of the ocean front and center. I would truly recommend it to my friends.

Wonderful Stay - As always!

We love coming to Ormond Beach and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else than this condo! The owners are so nice and accommodating and the condo and the view can't be beat. Can't wait to go back!

A great place to stay at Armand Beach. Conveniently located to lots of stores and restaurants. The unit was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for another visit. Perhaps next year.
