SUMMER SPECIALS! This large, 1200 sqft, 2 BR/2BA, top floor, direct oceanfront condo sleeps 4-6. Newly painted, the condo has large Italian porcelain tiles throughout, upscale Roman tiled bathrooms, updated baths and a gourmet stainless steel kitchen. We try to provide everything you may want for your wonderful stay, including TV with expanded cable package, DVD/CD player, free wireless internet, beautiful master suite with king size pillow top bed, guest bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds, couch with pull-out queen bed, in-unit washer & dryer & wood shutters. All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. Kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher), blender, toaster, coffee maker, as well as tableware, and pots& pans.
There is a shopping center across the street that has Publix grocery store and Bealls Outlet store.

A Nice Stay

Hosts had great communication and were very accommodating. AC unit was not working upon our arrival but hosts quickly responded and had maintenance out the next morning to fix the issue. The condo was clean and ready for our stay. Location is beautiful right on the beach and the view is amazing!

Excellent location and condo

The oceanfront view was amazing. The condo was up to date and had plenty of room for four people. The building was also very quiet. There were not a lot of people on the beach during the day which made it nice to be able to spread out.

You can't beat the view!! Great property!!

The process was super easy!! Communications with the property owners was always quick and the property was wonderful. It had everything it says and then some. You definitely won't be disappointed!! Great neighborhood that's very close to Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach which we also love!!

Spring Break 2021

Came down for Spring Break with my parents and daughter, the condo was just as described, maybe even better. Very clean and I loved the beachy decor! The building was very quiet with very friendly full time occupants. We communicated twice with the owner over simple questions and she was quick to respond and very friendly. Would book this place again in a heartbeat!

More than expected!

We recently stayed at this lovely condo and did not want to leave! The space was large, clean and perfectly laid out. The best part was a large, relaxing balcony overlooking the ocean with a fantastic view. The only time we left the balcony was to run across the street to the very convenient Publix to pick up food to cook in the well furnished kitchen. Check in and check out was well explained and easy. Such a relaxing time with everything we needed at our fingertips. We will definitely be back (hopefully soon)!

Great condo in great location!

This condo was great for our family of 5. It was clean and updated. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was in place to make it a comfortable and convenient stay. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, even beach towels and beach toys. The view was a beautiful look at the ocean and beach. We loved waking up every morning and looking out to the ocean from the master bedroom. The location was great for our family as it wasn't crowded, but we were close to plenty of activities and restaurants. There was even a covered, locked parking garage with the elevator going right up to the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Ormond Beach!! Thank you for sharing!

A great place to stay at Armand Beach. Conveniently located to lots of stores and restaurants. The unit was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for another visit. Perhaps next year.

More plates, cereal bowls and serving bowls would have been nice. The condo was adequate. The owners should stay for a week to determine what needs repair. My son repaired several cabinets. There may be mold around the hallway windows. Shutters were nice. Washer and dryer were nice.

Wonderful Stay - As always!

We love coming to Ormond Beach and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else than this condo! The owners are so nice and accommodating and the condo and the view can't be beat. Can't wait to go back!

Excellent stay as always!

We absolutely love this condo! The location is perfect, and you can’t beat the view. The real gem is the communication with the owners. After the recent hurricane, they worked with us so we were able to keep our reservation and made sure everything was taken care of and there was nothing to worry about. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be returning!

Quiet beach vaca

The unit was very nice as described. We enjoyed the quietness of the community and the beaches were not crowded. Elevators were fast and we never had to wait on it. The view from the balcony was just perfect and the sunrise each morning was gorgeous while enjoying breakfast.

We love staying in this condo, and this past weekend was no exception. We were able to book for a quick getaway almost immediately and the host was helpful and friendly as possible.
