We were expecting, from the listing, that this was a small stand alone cottage not a hotel situation - with no elevator.There was some confusion upon check-in as the front desk thought someone else was in 121. Space was clean and very nice. Bed was super comfy! Would be great to have at least 2 dish towels or a small dish drainer. And a small keurig coffee maker (we travel with pods! ) Otherwise, great for the minimal cooking we did. We'd stay with you again!!

Nice room with a pleasant view. Small but efficient kitchen area. Small table for 2 next to the bed overlooking public parking and the mountains from the 2nd floor room. Easy walking to the Main Street and many good restaurants. Nice outdoor sitting area along the stream and there was also a walking path straight to the free gondola. Needed an elevator or some sort of ramp for luggage to be brought to the second floor.

Perfectly located for exploring Telluride. Short walk from dining and shopping as well as the gondola.

Fantastic location

We were within easy walking distance of the gondola and all of the restaurants and shops of Telluride. It’s a great location for any activities.

A convenient place to stay

A no frills option in Telluride, but you have what you need (except for some kitchen items, such as a paring knife.) would stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed staying here a couple of nights in July to beat the heat. A very pretty walking trail and stream are adjacent to the property and run the full length of town. Easy walk to the free mountain village tram too

Ski Telluride

Great location near lift 7. Easy walk to town or the gondola along the creek. Property had everything we needed - little kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Parking was very close and easy. Really had a nice stay. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great location

Perfect location, just across the parking lot from the Coonskin chair but still walkable to downtown. Basic kitchenette (we ended up not really using it, because there are so many great restaurants in Telluride!) and large bathroom with separate water closet were nice features. Great value!

Just what we needed

The best part was it was as promised, no surprises. Enjoyed the mini-kitchen and especially the 2 large hot tubs.

We enjoyed this condo! I didn’t realize it had a kitchenette with stove included which was cool. Very clean. Quiet. Close to everything!

Great Spot

Great spot in downtown. Great amenities in the room including kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. Heat lamp was a comforting option in the shower/bathroom. No A/C, but a fan and open window does just fine!! Highly recommended.

Good location for access to downtown Telluride and ski lifts. The buildings are old, outdated, and there is minimal service provided---no room service for the price, have to seek out extra supplies for the rooms if needed, both rooms had faint odor of cigarette smoke. I would think for the price charged there would be more amenities. I believe the individual units that are rented are probably owned by a bunch of private investors who have told the property management firm to skimp on any upgrades and maximize rental fees.

Good location, but some comprimises

Telluride has gotten so expensive so we decided to give this place a try. It's older and small as we expected but we loved the convenient location to the river and gondola. It was relatively quiet and comfortable inside. What we did not love was the lack of a/c - not that we needed it if we could have kept the windows open, but we could not. The smell of pot being smoked outside our window was so overwhelming we had to keep the windows closed and rely on a cheap fan to sleep. I slept ok but my wife was too hot to sleep at night. The other negative is parking - be aware they do not have enough spaces for their units, so if you move your car during the day, you may have to then park in an overflow offsite parking lot.

Very clean

The property was very clean. Parking are was cramped if you wanted to stay on Asphalt wide open if dirt parking ok. Exterior areas of the building were under construction.
