Great stay

Great views. Well laid out for all our family. Great access to lovely beach days and also local shopping. The local roads and route to the property were a bit challenging until we became more familiar but being up high and nearer the woodland meant our dog had lovely walks too. A wonderful last minute booking!

Very nice house

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The pool was a true highlight, providing the perfect oasis to relax and unwind. The spaciousness of the house was impressive, offering ample room for my group. Outdoor grilling was a joy, and the hosts' warm and friendly hospitality made the experience even more delightful. I can't wait to return!

Paradise.

A beautiful and well equipped villa which quickly felt like home, a breathtaking view, a lovely resort, and the most relaxing of holidays. We had high expectations of this holiday and it didn't disappoint. The villa was located in a very peaceful location, high up in the forested hills above Lloret de Mar, which is in itself a lovely, and lively, resort. We particularly enjoyed Fenals beach, and the nearby city of Girona, but there was so much more that was wonderful about this area. We would be mad not to go back again and again. Fantastic!

Tranquility

If you want tranquility this is the place. The postives are just 25 mins from the airport. All main supermarkets are under 10 mins away. Two seperate apartments so if groups its ideal.The serenity of the place is wonderful. Niko is extremely reponsive when we needed help. And the property was very clean.The Negatives would be a few more cooking bowls needed. The bedrooms downstairs are dark. And to reach the second floor you access by outside stairs. We did have a few issues with the sewage system,which leaked thru the outside drain.When we flushed the tiolets or showered a bad smell would come up thru the drains. Niko had septic tank emptied as soon as we told him, within the hour. Which was extremely fast in response. The place was like photos but just abit smaller. But in all i would recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you niko for your help.

Première impression … déçus. Les photos vendent vraiment une très jolie propriété de qualité. Ce qui donne une fausse impression C’est beaucoup plus petit en réalité et la maison est vétuste a bcp de points de vue. Les : vue, piscine, tranquillité mais on a du dépenser 2x aux voisins de faire moins de bruit après 22h, la cuisine du Rez, on vit sur la terrasse, La vue est exceptionnelle. Le BBQ, différe pour manger à l’ombre le matin, et puis le midi sous les pins. Les -: qualité de la literie catastrophique au Rez. (Les jeunes en haut ont moins souffert. ) matelas de mauvaise qualité qui forment des creux et qui ne soutiennent pas le dos. Les oreillers ne sont pas tellement mieux. Au moindre mouvement d’un bras/ d’une jambe, du corps, le sommier (un premier prix genre IKEA) grince. C’est insupportable. Une latte en métal du sommier était cassée et par terre sous le lit. Pour la literie je donne un 3/10- Certaines fenêtres sans moustiquaire: vraiment dommage car c’est nécessaire avec cette chaleur sans air conditionné.- La chambre à coucher en bas était sale par terre, il y avait du sable et des poils d’animal. Mobilier de terrasse différent P/R photos je donnerais un 7/10 suite au manque de confort des lits. Nous avons passé de très mauvaises nuits. Pour le reste j’espère que de petites rénovations seront faites pour améliorer la qualité du séjour. On espérait un peu mieux en qualité pour le prix- ne montez pas avec la voiture sous peine de l’accrocher

Hébergement au calme avec une vue magnifique. La maison mériterai un petit coup de rafraîchissement dans son ensemble mais l essentiel est là. Dommage que l on ne puisse pas rentrer les véhicules dans la cour car la montée est très pentue . La piscine et le canapé extérieur sont superbes. Merci pour ce séjour en Espagne.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le calme, la magnifique vue, ainsi que la piscine et le canapé extérieur. 😊 Nous prenons note de votre remarque concernant le rafraîchissement de la maison. Pour le stationnement, il est tout à fait possible de garer les véhicules dans le jardin, mais la plupart de nos voyageurs préfèrent garer devant la maison, plus pratique et facile et évitant la montée. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau en Espagne ! 🌞

Wir haben das Anwesen am Samstag bezogen.Folgende Sachen sollte besser beschrieben werden:Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist nur mit einem SUV möglich.Jedes andere Auto setzt vorher am Asphalt auf.Das Haus sollte aus unserer Sicht dringend einer Sanierung unterliegen.Es sollte überall Fliegengitter angebracht werden da viele schon beschädigt sind.Was auch nicht gut ist das die Heizung in betrieb geht um das Wasser zu erwärmen der Gestank ins Schlafzimmer oben gezogen wird.Die Messer sind alle stumpf und zu nichts zu gebrauchen.Der Herd war verschmutzt sowie die Schubladen und das Geschirr.Ameisenplage im Haus und vor dem Haus.In den Bädern ist an den Ecken Schimmelbildung im Gange.Was ich gut fand das die Dame sich umgehend der Sache annahm.Wie beschrieben sollte hier mal dringend saniert werden.Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Regarding access to the property, we'd like to clarify that while the driveway into the garden is quite steep, most guests choose to park on the street directly in front of the house, where there is plenty of parking space. This is usually the easiest and most convenient option, as you do not need to open the door, keeps all space free and guests can then access the house via the stairs. Villa avec vue panoramique

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans la villa de Laura. L'emplacement est idéal : situé sur les hauteurs, au bout d'une impasse avec une vue à couper le souffle depuis la piscine. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et toute equipée. Merci à Laura.

Vacances entre amis dans un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances entre amis. Nous étions avec 3 bébé, la maison est vraiment adaptée. Piscine sécurisé et il y a de la place pour les laisser jouer. La cadre est juste magnifique. La piscine vu mer avec sa banquette est parfaite. Un extérieur au top. Le seul petit bémol est l'équipement intérieur un peu rudimentaire. Il.manque des équipements pour la cuisine et au vu de la canicule actuelle la clim serai apreciable car il fait quand meme tres chaud dans les chambres et Si on pinaille les Lits ne sont pas hyper confort.

Calme avec une vue exceptionnelle

Villa calme entouré d'une forêt de pinèdes avec seulement un voisin mais aucun vis a vis. Une piscine avec une vue superbe. A l'intérieur, c'est un style particulier et un peux vieillot. Il manque la climatisation les chambres sont étouffantes . Nous avons passé quand même un agréable séjour.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Super Haus für 6 Personen und zwei Kindern. Sehr schöner Pool mit toller Außenanlage. Leider ist die Stadt sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Hunde super, da neben dem Haus der Wald anfängt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Außergewöhnliches Haus

Wir waren ( leider ) nur 1 Woche in Lauras Haus ...aber es war vom 1. bis letzten Tag absolut fantastisch. Wo soll ich anfangen? Der spektakuläre Blick vom Haus und Pool auf Loret runter auf das blaue Meer, die himmlische Ruhe um uns herum, der Sternenhimmel, das tolle offene Haus, der nette Empfang und Betreuung von Nico vor Ort, die megaschönen Buchten in der Nähe....wir kommen wieder, es war alles einfach nur super!

Fijne vakantie adres voor gezin en huisdier in prachtige natuur

Pasamos unas vacaciones muy agradables. La casa ofrece todas las comodidades para relajarse y es ideal para una familia con niños y una mascota. El jardín es botánico y tiene muchas mariposas. La casa está ubicada en un hermoso bosque y los visitantes pueden disfrutar de la paz y las vistas al mar. Laura da muy buenos consejos sobre las vacaciones y Niko resuelve todos los problemas prácticos. Playas y vida nocturna cercanas. Los taxis no son caros. Desde NL no está lejos conducir hasta Lloret de Mar. En resumen, el destino de vacaciones ideal para puristas.

Excellent séjour août 2019

Un séjour dans la tranquillité d'une location très accueillante avec des extérieurs de rêve : piscine, paysage, jardin... Laura a été très réactive et soucieuse de notre bien-être tout au long de nos vacances, Niko était présent et discret. La situation géographique de la maison nous a permis de nous reposer dans le calme et de sillonner la région pour découvrir les alentours. Un très bon souvenir donc qui nois donne déjà l'envie de revenir...

June 27-July 4 stay

The highlight of this property is definitely the beautiful view overlooking Lloret de Mar and a very nice pool. Laura and Niko were very accessible and easy to work with. Here are some take-aways: This property is perfect for a relaxed and quiet vacation. My husband enjoyed running on the dirt road that began beside the property. Our family sleeps in a/c at home, so it was a bit of an adjustment to sleep without it and we ended up buying a fan on our second night. Not a huge deal, however, something to consider if you are uncomfortable in heat. We loved the openness of the common areas to the outside. We would open all the large sliding doors and enjoy the view and breeze. Because this is a wooded area and does open to enjoy the outside, do expect the occasional insect. We dealt with some flies, bees, ants and mosquitos, but it wasn’t bad enough to be a major problem and you can mitigate this by not keeping the sliding doors open. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs shower is nice, but very small. If you need more room to shower, just use the upstairs. The kitchen was well supplied. The clothes washer came in handy and we used the drying rack to dry clothes. We wished we would have used Esclat (grocery) early in our stay. It was much better than Aldi, which we didn’t love. They have fresh bread and a much much better selection. The botanical gardens and beaches were a highlight of our stay. Beautiful! We especially enjoyed our day trip to Girona. If you go, be sure to try La Fabrica for breakfast or lunch. Our girls (13 and 16) enjoyed shopping in Lloret de Mar. Fun shops with reasonable prices. Don’t let anything visible in your car when you park. We learned the hard way and had our window broken and an empty beach bag stolen. Nothing of value taken, however, it was a huge hassle to exchange the car back in Barcelona. We always felt safe on our vacation, but just a reminder to have everything out of sight! Lastly, I would say this property is perfect for two families because the upstairs is completely separate from downstairs and it gives you space and privacy. Our teenage girls loved being upstairs and away from their parents. ;-) My husband and I also liked our bit of privacy.
