4 Culross Court is a beautiful 3 bedroom house located in a quiet courtyard off Market Street in the historic centre of St. Andrews. The property benefits from one private car parking space (with access to visitors' spaces too) and a south facing garden.

The house is perfect for golfers and families, or groups of friends, looking for a central location to sample the many benefits of the town and wider 'East Neuk of Fife'.

The house comprises the following:

- Adjacent dining area which can accommodate up to 8 people

Great location right in the middle of St Andrew’s. 5 min from first tee. Very comfortable living area, clean. Martyn was very responsive and prompt to our needs and questions. Made us feel for welcomed. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was an added bonus.

Great location. Convenient access to St. Andrews Golf Courses as well as local restaurants and pubs. Description of space is accurate. Our group of four golfers were more than comfortable in the space.

What a fabulous home! This house is beautifully updated , and the decor is lovely. Everything we needed was right there at our fingertips. Martin was a great host, communicating quickly and clearly. The conveniently located, quiet circle just off Maret Street plus a parking spot, made our stay even more special. St. Andrews is our favorite place to visit, and we hope to return to this wonderful home.

Great location. Clean, bright, and quiet. Exactly as described. Would have been great to have a bin in the upstairs main bath, but an amazing stay. Would definitely stay there with a group again.

This home is perfect for a stay in St Andrews, whether you're there for a memorable golf vacation (like our group of four) or anything else. Lots of space inside, a wonderful location that's close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. Each morning, we made a 10-minute walk to the St Andrews Links golf complex. Fantastic! And the communication with Martyn - even allowing us early home access - was superb. We'd recommend this home, and definitely stay here again.

2nd time staying in this lovely house. So comfortable and in such a perfect location - tucked away in the centre of town but still quiet surroundings. Immediate access to shops, restaurants and bars and makes for a perfect stay. Thanks again Martyn.

We three golfers spent a wonderful week in Martyn's home. Three nicely appointed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a washroom on the main floor. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, coffee machine etc (and of course a large fridge, stove and dishwasher). Lots of room to hang out in the main floor living/dining room. The home was very clean, parking is included The location is fantastic, steps from Market Street in St. Andrews with all the shops, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc within a 20 second to 3 minute walk. And just a 9 minute walk carrying clubs to the first tee of the Old Course. We most certainly rate this home a 10 out of 10.

Absolutely darling place! Perfect location in the heart of St. Andrew’s. Decorated tastefully. Fully equipped with anything you need. Will definitely stay here again. Loved it!
