Great host my group had an amazing time this is an awesome house if you are into games good for both young and old. Lots of entertaining things to do. The one minor issue was the tv in the main room likely needs replaced it has a very blue tint to it which made watching the football games tricky. Tried messing with the color settings and it didn’t resolve the issue. Great area fun times.

House was very dated. Tile falling apart in bathrooms, doors stained from years of handling, doors didn't shut properly, very old appliances, pool had a large algae buildup around the entire edge, hot tub was full of debris and algae as well. Most mattress were just cheap thin mattresses sat directly on wood slats and were extremely uncomfortable. Stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this has potential to be awesome, we just didn't get that experience. Lots of entertaining area and we did enjoy the outdoor patio and basketball court.

Great Spot for Golf Trip

We had an amazing stay! The house easily accommodated our large group and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Overall, a super fun experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay for a bachelor party! 8 guys and if we didn't have so much scheduled we could've just spent the whole trip at the house. The volleyball and basket ball court was very fun for our group! Would stay again for sure!

Great home to host event style party. We just got back from a golfing bachelor party and we couldn’t stop talking about how great the property was. So much to do in the backyard we didn’t even get around to trying everything. Our only regret was folding too much and not being at the home for longer to hang out and enjoy the outdoor space. The interior has several different areas you can relax in. Plenty of space to sleep a large number of people. We will absolutely book this again if we come back to the Scottsdale area. John the host was very responsive with our limited communication as we didn’t really need to ask him for anything. Highly recommend!
