Nice, clean, quiet one bedroom apartment near shopping, groceries and buses. If walking you will have steep roads and stairs to go up and down in the area.

Stay was amazing. Antonio went over and above to make us feel comfortable and greeted us at the property and gave us some travel tips. He was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend!

Cute apartment in great location

Host and property were lovely. Location provided easy access to Old Dubrovnik and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was perfect! The apartment was exactly as described and could not have been in a better location. Tons of shops, bars and restaurants within a two minute walk. Antonio was top-notch! He responded quickly throughout our planning stage and during our stay. He helped us plan some outings and booked one of our excursions for us. He’s very friendly, thoughtful and easy to deal with. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation!

We loved our stay and wish we'd had longer. Antonio was excellent at communicating with us from start to finish, and his in-laws - our neighbours - were friendly.The flat was compact but had everything we needed, so it was perfect for us. We made particularly good use of the patio area which was a quiet, relaxing space any time of day.We also enjoyed Lapad. An easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops/supermarket and a beach, plus the bus stop was only five minutes away so it was easy to reach the Old Town. It was also really quiet so, although there were plenty of other tourists, it never felt uncomfortably busy.We would definitely recommend Antonio and his apartment.

Lovely place

Great find, close to everything, lovely to have an outside area to sit and have breakfast, everything worked fine including great worldwide TV coverage

Exceptional Host and Great Location

Antonio was a super host - gave an excellent orientation to all surrounding amenities, gave excellent recommendations, and was super attentive to detail. Very genuine hospitality! Thanks again, we loved our stay.

What a great stay. Antonio was a wonderful host and very accommodating. The place was clean and tidy and the view was fabulous. The beautiful beach was close. Its was just a 15 minute bus ride to old town by. Very nice restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time. Will definitely return

Great location

Antonio the owner is very friendly, the location is perfect for the beach in Lapad and Dubrovnik old town is only 10 min away by bus. We had a great boat trip with Antonio who took us to some amazing beaches.

Clean, quiet and close to everything

Property owner was very nice, available at all times. Place was close to beach, bus and amenities. Nice restaurants nearby. Beach was close and many opportunities for sightseeing, boating.

Antonio was a wonderful host! He gave us a walking tour of the area and of the promenade to show us around.The property was clean and ready for us. The check in and out process was smooth.It was an easy walk down to the town and to the beach and to the bus stop.We would definitely stay here again!

The location was very Quiet . We loved the patio. Hanging out the laundry on the line brought back memories. The garden had many flowers even though it wasearly in the seasons. Our host Antonio was amazing he took us on a walking tour to point out all the highlights. Where to get groceries, what sites to see. We took all his advice and saw everything he mentioned. Museums all first class. Lokrum island was very interesting a lovely outing! My husband hiked up and down to fort imperial I took the gondola we both enjoyed the day! Thanks Antonio you made our stay extra special!

We loved it

Great location, very clean and fresh. The host was excellent and helpful, very trustworthy. Find the private beaches and use the excellent bus service to the old town.

Comfy cozy getaway

The apartment was larger than I expected it to be and very comfortable. The garden outside was absolutely gorgeous! The host was very accommodating and even lent us an iron for our wedding guest attire. My only suggestion would be to get softer bath towels, the ones provided were a bit scratchy.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay! Antonio was a wonderful host. He was patient with us despite an extended flight delay, still picked us up from the airport, and gave us a great tour of the town/area. We really enjoyed the beach, walking on the promenade, sunset, walking/taking the bus to old town, everything. The property had it all and was a perfect fit for us! Thank you!

Lapad is a gem. Antonio is a fantastic host.

The apartment is clean, tidy and well stocked. The terrace is situated in a lovely garden & reasonably quiet. Lapad is away form the tourists & noise of the old town of Dubrovnik, but an easy 10 min bus ride to get to. There are lovely beaches, great restaurants & a fabulous sea side walk in Lapad. Antonio was very helpful & accommodating. He gave us a quick tour of Lapad & had great recommendations for activities & dining out and groceries. A fantastic place to stay!

Our week in Dubrovnik

Lovely little place, easy to get everywhere and a great host who showed us around. Parking tight but you dont really need a car, host helped on first day. Ciuld add a microwave and pegs for washing line but these are just ideas not complaints as we really had a great time. Dubrovnik, make some t shirts that say ive been to Dubrovnik and havent seen game of thrones.

Everything was perfect!

It was a great holiday. Antonio , the host, was very very friendly. He offered an relaxed transfer from and to the airport. The flat was very clean, the surrounding was beautiful and his family very friendly. Beach, bus, supermarket, everything like in the discribtion. Spring Vacation

We were very pleased with our stay at Antonio's property. It was spotless, neat and had all the amenities that made us feel comfortable and at ease. We found its location to be very convenient and very peaceful. A pedestrian street was nearby that had various restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and lead to the beach and a lovely promenade along the shore. Grocery stores were also close by. The bus stop was only 150m from the property and the bus took less than 15 minutes to travel to the old city. Antonio is an excellent host. He is very pleasant and accommodating and has a fine sense of humour. He provided transport from and to the airport for a very modest fee. Upon arriving at the property he provided a walking orientation of the nearby area. He also provided suggestions and details for activities. He took particular care to ensure that we were enjoying our stay and made himself available to answer all questions and provide advice. It was a pleasure to have made his acquaintance and we have no hesitation in recommending him as a model host. We thank him for helping to make our trip to Dubrovnik truly enjoyable.
