Casa señorial sevillana de gran calidad y tamaño excepcional. Con 600 m2 distribuidos en 6 dormitorios (5 habitaciones dobles + 1 habitación cuádruple), 5 baños, zonas de estar y un patio de verano. Situado en el centro histórico de Sevilla, cerca del Museo de Bellas Artes, a tan sólo 5 minutos a pie de las principales calles comerciales: Sierpes, Tetuán y Velázquez. Capacidad para alojar hasta 14 personas.

La casa fue totalmente restaurada con materiales artesanales. Vigas de madera vista, entarimados recuperados de un convento, puertas hechas a mano, cerámicas pintadas, fuente de agua, suelos de barro, cancela de forja, puerta principal del siglo XVIII, en caoba.

Los interiores están decorados con antigüedades, obras de arte originales y esculturas, en combinación con detalles de diseño moderno - creando un espacio elegante y confortable.

La entrada de la casa es por un zaguán que abre a un patio tradicional sevillano que mantiene la planta baja fresca durante el pico de calor del verano. El patio tiene una cómoda zona de estar y una fuente con plantas.

En la primera planta hay un gran salón. Smart tv e internet wifi de alta velocidad por fibra óptica. La cocina es muy amplia y está perfectamente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Con horno, lavavajillas y lavadora-secadora. Gran mesa comedor y sillas.

Los seis dormitorios están distribuidos en las tres plantas de la casa y constan de cinco habitaciones dobles y una habitación cuádruple. Capacidad total: 14 huéspedes máximo

La casa ofrece dos espacios al aire libre - un patio en la planta baja y una terracita en la segunda planta.

OBSERVACIONES
- La habitación cuádruple es un espacio único, amplio y de planta abierta que cuenta con dos camas dobles. Tenga en cuenta que no hay una pared divisoria ni una puerta entre las zonas de descanso.
- El uso de la chimenea y cocina de gas no está permitido por seguridad. La cocina tiene una placa de vitrocerámica eléctrica adicional para cocinar.

I didn’t meet the host my flight arrived later he met with my sister, lovely large house with many quirky features but slightly cold so we had the heating on quite a bit but a wonderful place for our large family would highly recommend

This property is the best Seville has to offer on so many fronts. The location is perfect. The apartment itself is beyond expectations. All eight of us absolutely loved this apartment.

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. Generally speaking we had all we needed to cook for our group. We loved our bed (firmish). All the administrative details were handled professionally, promptly, and conveniently. The location was great; sometimes we walked to the Cathedral area (dinner), others we took an Uber (Alcazar, because “museum feet” haha). Easy walk to Triana. Stores and restaurants convenient. As noted by others, a fuse can flip in the area of the kitchen and one guest room but we knew to ask about it and were able to easily reset it. It’s an old building— the charm of it is why you’re there! We experienced one minor plumbing problem (#oldbuilding) but it was immediately addressed in a completely satisfactory manner. Would gladly do business with them again.

Authentic Seville mansion in an old neighbourhood

We booked this mansion for a big family gathering. It was an amazing experience to stay in an authentic Seville town house that felt like a family home. The bedrooms were all spacious with their own bathrooms. And the living room was perfect for gathering everyone together. The house also has a lovely shady terrace on one floor and a roof terrace with a big table for dining under the stars. We also appreciated the location in an old quarter that is outside the very busy tourist area. It’s close to the Fine Art Museum, a very good ice cream shop and El Corte Ingles where you can pick up food.

Casa Monsalves was a beautiful home in a great location. The bedrooms, kitchen, common areas were large. The management responded promptly to our questions and needs. We were able to walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc from our “home”. Having a washer and dryer was a plus, especially since they worked more efficiently than others we have used on past travels. One thing that would be helpful is to explain how the washing machine and dryer work. Otherwise, a great experience.

MAGNIFIQUE DEMEURE ANDALOUSE AU COEUR DE SEVILLE

Magnifique demeure Andalouse, très bien située dans un quartier calme du centre de Séville, à deux pas des commerces Mini Market et Spupermarché, du Parking et de la voie circulaire de Séville (200m) ce qui facilite la sortie de la ville en voiture. Pour visiter les sites historiques de la ville, tout se fait à pieds. Boutiques , restaurants, bars à tapas, petites places ombragées sont à proximité. La maison est très bien équipée, les pièces sont spacieuses et meublés dans un joli style espagnol. Vous devenez rapidement un vrai Sévillan. Manuel, le propriétaire est fort sympathique et très disponible lors de la réception de la maison. Vivre Séville une semaine dans cette maison a été un atout majeur dans notre voyage andalou. mille mercis, les 6 Marseillais.

Get place, very spacious and conveniently located!

We had a few families traveling together with kids and this place was perfect! 3 floors please multiple outdoor terraces gave enough room for everyone to have their own space and at the same time provided areas where we could all hang out together. The location is great! majority of the places we wanted to go were a short 10-15 min walk which was a great way to see the city as well. Highly recommend it and would love to stay here again when we revisit in the future!

Unique Seville experience

We had an amazing time in Seville, in large part because this gorgeous, gracious house let us pretend that we were staying in the family home of some distant, cultured relative. The ground floor is open with a beautiful patio area at the back, and so not really use-able in winter - the ground floor bedroom heated up nicely, but our guests decided to stay in another room to avoid moving through the cold to the shared areas. Any other time of year, though, it would be lush.

Superb Stay in Seville

This is a truly lovely home in the heart of old town Seville. It is just as described in the photos and the location is close to everything. The management company is wonderful and accommodated an early check-in for tired American travelers. They responded promptly to all requests to ensure our stay was great. The house is well stocked with most things you need. It is a little light on some essentials like garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap, etc., but all of those things are easy to pick up at the amazing supermarket just down street. All of us loved the house and hope to return some day...ideally not in the August heat so we can enjoy the beautiful rooftop.

Great home close to everything in Sevilla

We had 7 people in the home and we all loved it. Plenty of room and the patio on the top was amazing. AC was great to come back to after a warm day. The host gave us several tips on where to go for dinner and adventures. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cool Town Oasis

We found this property to be very spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable base from which to explore Seville. We loved this cool retreat from the heat of the streets after a day of exploring all the sights and sounds of the city right on our doorstep. Most of the living areas are efficiently air conditioned but the entry level with its walled garden stretching up to the sky is just a naturally cool, open and quite mesmerising place to be. This is the perfect spot to relax in with friends and family at any time of the day. We were a party of seven adults, with mixed ages, and we found it suited us perfectly for our 5 day stay. The Veoapartment manager Angela was very helpful in explaining the facilities of the property and provided vital support in reuniting my wife with her passport after it got lost in the airport transfer taxi they had arranged for us. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommended!

The perfect place

There were six of us and this flat was the perfect place for us. It was comforting to be able to come back to our own space at the end of each day. Everything we needed was there. It took us awhile to figure out the washer and dryer but we finally did. A couple of us got food poisoning one night and it was wonderful to be able to stay in one comfortable spot to recuperate. The flat was in a great location to be able to walk everywhere. The managers were excellent in customer service. Attentive, gracious, and caring. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to come back to it again.

Excellent house for a large group

We had a great week in Sevilla. The house accommodated our large group of 13 adults. We always had plenty of hot water, and spent a fun times at the kitchen table. It was in easy walking distance of most sights, many restaurants and bars, shopping and a nice grocery store. I'd love to stay again.

Fantastic Sevilla Experience!

The apartment was perfect. Phenomenal location, very nice accommodations, Wi-Fi and appliances. The AC is excellent. Walking distance to everything. The pictures did not exaggerate how impressive the actual home looks in person. If ever in Savilla we will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious house

Our family absolutely loved staying in the Calle Monsalves house during our recent stay in Sevilla. The eight adults enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as spending time on the rooftop and second floor patios. The location is perfect, just a two minute walk to the Art museum and an easy walk to all parts of Sevilla, including the Triana ceramics district. It is a safe and quiet area, but near cafes and shopping. The house is beautiful, the fullsized washer and dryers a plus, plus a spacious kitchen and dining area.

Spacious home in central location

This home is perfect for a large number of people who all want their own bathroom which is very hard to find in Spain. There is plenty of room to stretch out on all three floors. It has a charming rustic Andalusion feel and our party enjoyed staying there very much. However, I don't feel that the management company is doing a good enough job of keeping up with maintenance. Issues. We had several light bulbs out that were supposed to be replaced and they weren't. Some lamp shades were totally missing, we had some toilet issues and worst of all there were no coffee cups in the kitchen. They did bring some by after a couple of days. Just be forewarned and do not expect a spanking clean or pristine home. Also, the bedrooms facing the street are very noisy at night.

Wonderful Apartment

A very agreeable description of the townhousr. 5 minutes to Les Cortes English supermarket and 2 minutes Carrefour express. Restaurants round the corner and these are really good places to eat off the beaten tourist track. Apartment well equipped with rustic feel. It has the andalusian feel to it. Markus was great. Personally greeted us and arranged for departure transport for all 10 of us. Thanks a lot. Didnt hv chance to thank you personally. Will certainly recommend this place Terence
