Villa Fortuna Maris is a fantastic destination to get away and enjoy Croatia. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. There are just a few steps and you are at the water’s edge. Here you’ll find sunbeds and a ladder to get into the water. Alternatively you can simply use the Villa’s outdoor balcony area and pool. The views are spectacular. The rest of the Villa is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. Ana, the host, is very helpful and responsive to questions. Her parents also live nearby so any immediate assistance is on hand, although we didn’t need any. Locally there are several restaurants in the village, we tried three of them and the food was brilliant in each. There is a hilly 15-20 minute walk to the restaurants though so you may want a vehicle. I would definitely recommend this Villa for your holiday getaway.

Great location

The property is amazing with the best views, made even better by having the sea access & bathing deck. The paddle board was used every day. It was our first trip to Croatia and we will definitely be going back. So friendly & beautiful

Very nice and quite place for a vacation.

We are very happy that we could spend holidays at such a beautiful place. Villa was super clean, equipped with all we needed - ever more. Host family is hospitable and friendly. Sea is few steps under the property. In Razanj village is nice restaurant, pizzeria and shop.

Great villa , well worth a visit ! Enjoyed ever changing views over the Adriatic Sea . Superb clean & modern villa , very well equipped. Great size pool heated to 28 degrees. Host Ana & her parents , we’re very helpful , nothing was to much trouble, thank you !

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at the villa. Our hosts were so welcoming and kind to us. The property was extremely clean and very confortable with beautiful views. The direct access to the sea for a quick morning swim was a must. The small town is a good location to visit a few Croatian highlights. Just be aware that the WiFi connection is unstable and make it challenging to work remotely if needed.

Beautiful villa with the most incredible terrace, great for families especially with the games room

Such a wonderful villa! Beautiful location and fantastic terrace. The pool was brilliant fun, the kids played while we relaxed. It's so quiet at night we slept really well in the cool downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is really well equipped and you will be so well looked after by Nedo & Blanca. Thank you so much for all our treats! We can highly recommend paddle boarding at Primesten and rafting at Omis (we used rafting priates who were excellent). Take the scenic walk to the high up pizzeria for dinner for a beautiful sunset and an evening in Trogior is a must. You won't be disappointed with this amazing villa. We will be back!!

Stunning hidden gem

The villa is fabulous and fully equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The views over the bay are spectacular and the sunsets at night were absolutely stunning. We loved swimming off the private jetty which is just across the road from the house. Nedo Ana’s Dad was very kind and brought us freshly picked figs and his lovely wife made us a delicious chocolate marble cake. The village of Razanj is beautiful and we enjoyed the walk into the village where there are lovely restaurants and cafes. There was a mobile bakery van that visited our street every morning and had a great selection of pastries and bread. This was our first visit to Croatia. Such a beautiful country and we’ll definitely be back. The villa was amazing. Thank you Ana and Nedo.

Wonderful villa in a special place

We had a fabulous week in this villa. The design was perfect for our family of 5 and we enjoyed all aspects of the villa and its location - the outside seating and pool area with much appreciated retractable awnings, the games room, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and easy access to the beach & sea. The host family have a weekend house next door and gave us a very warm welcome and friendly send off. When they were not there, they were very easy to contact by phone with questions. We went to the village restaurants most nights - a 15 min (hilly) walk - and enjoyed all our meals, particularly the food at Restaurant Oliveo and the sunset views from the balcony terrace at Prstac. The fish & bakery vans tooted their horns outside the window most mornings and the kids enjoyed running down to buy bread & pastries. The sea was a joy to swim in and we enjoyed using paddle boards and snorkeling. We hope to come back soon!

Super Ausblick von der Terrasse. Großes und geräumiges Haus mit allem was man benötigt. Indoor-Tischtennis und ein Laufband sorgen für eine Abwechslung, falls man mal ein wenig Bewegung möchte. Wir waren in der Nebensaison, daher wenig Menschen, allerdings aufgrund der zahlreichen, nebeneinander liegenden Badeplateaus sieht das in der Hauptsaision sicherlich anders aus. Das Meer ist klasklar und die Liegen, sowie die mehr als genug zur Verfügung stehenden Handtücher sorgen für ein erholsames Badeerlebnis. Man sollte fit auf den Beinen sein, da der Weg vom Haus (welches sich majestätisch bereits über 2 Etagen streckt) zum Meer (Treppen abwärts) nichts für Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten ist.Zusammenassend: Schöner Urlaub, tolle Unterkunft, freundliche Vermieter!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Ana war eine fantastische Gastgeberin und hat jede Nachricht und jede Frage sofort beantwortet. Der Check-in und Check-out wurden von ihren herzlichen Eltern übernommen – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für unsere Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und vier Kindern einfach perfekt. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung standen sogar kaltes Bier und Saft für die Kinder bereit. Auch Shampoo und Duschgel waren in den Badezimmern vorhanden. Dank der Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen war es jederzeit angenehm.Der Pool, die Terrasse und der traumhafte Meerblick sind einfach einzigartig. Die ruhige Lage macht das Haus zum perfekten Ort zum Entspannen.Das Meer liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Vom privaten Plateau mit vier Liegen und Sonnenschirm gelangt man über eine Leiter oder mit einem Sprung ins kristallklare Wasser. Die geschützte Bucht eignet sich perfekt zum Schwimmen und Stand-up-Paddling – ein SUP steht sogar kostenlos zur Verfügung.Nur wenige Autominuten entfernt gibt es mehrere Restaurants und zwei Supermärkte. Außerdem lassen sich viele schöne Küstenorte und historische Altstädte schnell erreichen.Wir können wirklich keinen einzigen negativen Punkt nennen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Ana und ihre Eltern für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen.Sehr nette, bemühte Gastgeber, ein blitzsauberes Haus, gut klimatisiert, großzügiger Pool auf einer riesigen Terrasse direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer, Liegen und Sonnenschirm auf einer kleinen betonierten Liegefläche mit angenehmen Einstieg ins Meer !Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Limo, Mineralwasser und Bier gefüllt, Tabs für Kaffeemaschine waren da. Private Parkplätze vor dem Haus.Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt und es gibt einfach nichts zu bemängeln !Im Ort einige Restaurants und zwei kleine Läden für den Einkauf, jeden Morgen hält ein Bäcker vor dem Haus mit frischem Gebäck, frischer Fisch wird ebenfalls jeden Tag angeboten.Wir können die Villa vorbehaltslos weiterempfehlen !
