The Gem Of East Bay! Completely Remodeled 2nd Floor Unit With Breathtaking Views

Make yourself at home in this completely remodeled one bedroom / one bathroom unit with all new fixtures, appliances, lighting and flooring. The views from the living room and large deck of Lake Dillon Marina, Buffalo Mountain and the Ten Mile Range are breathtaking. Other features include a wood burning fireplace (firewood not included), DVD collection, high quality stereo sound system, flat screen TV's in living room and bedroom. Cable TV and internet (provided by Xfinity). The bedroom features a queen size pillow top bed with plenty of drawer and closet space, and separate sink and vanity. This unit truly sleeps 4 comfortably. Just slide the full panel screen across the living room to create a second bedroom with a pull out queen size sleeper couch with the benefits of TV, stereo, fireplace and great views. On the deck you'll find a table with seating for four. There is a large outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, showers and pool table in the clubhouse just steps away from the unit. East Bay also features covered garage parking.

The view of the mountains was amazing. We couldn’t believe we were right on Lake Dillion. A beautiful walking path to town. We would definitely stay there again super clean and accommodating.

Dillon East Bay Condo

Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nice to have underground parking and not have to clean snow off the car in the morning. Excellent location for skiing Keystone and Breckinridge.

Excellent Lake Dillon Condo!

My wife and I spent a 3 day weekend for her birthday at this condo with a beautiful view of Lake Dillon. The condo was very clean and comfy with a nice deck with a grill, wood burning fireplace, and amazing views. Will definitely return and highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous condo on Lake Dillon; very comfortable with everything we needed. Recently renovated with excellent finishes. Great location in Summit County. Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. We hope to be back!

perfect central location for keystone, breck, Vail, Beaver Creek!

The place was perfect for our ski vacation to various resorts in the area. It was clean and as advertised and had plenty of cookware as we cooked most nights. highly recommend!!!

Great lakefront condo!!

Great lakefront condo!! Easy to get kayak from the parking garage just a 100 feet to launch on the lake. 3 miles from epic golf course. Gorgeous lake and Mountain View! Great communication with host. Would for sure stay here again!!

A quick mountain getaway

We needed some time in the mountains for some R&R. Fortunately for us this condo was available. It’s tastefully appointed, has great views, on the lake, and is close to town. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if afforded the opportunity.

Perfect Location! Perfect Stay!

We love staying in Dillon for our ski trips and we absolutely loved the condo - it's a one bed with a pull out couch which worked perfectly for 2 adults and 1 tween. There is a second sink in the bedroom which works great on those early mornings before driving to the slopes. The unit comes equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. There is no shortage of DVDs and board games and the wood burning fireplace is always a plus. We want to the thank Paul for a wonderful stay. We also ran into the cleaning service on the way out and they were extremely sweet. We will definitely be back next year!

Great location on Lake Dillon

Great location on Lake Dillon....older condo complex, but this unit has been updated nicely and is very comfortable. Owner is very gracious and accommodating. Affordably priced, convenient location with great views of mountains and lake.

Relaxing Area

We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck and the ability to walk the beach or nearby paved trail. We used the well equipped kitchen for most our meals. We would stay again.

Peaceful Home Away!

Such a beautiful property right by the lake! Gorgeous views. Walking distance to Dillon. Easy access to the walking / bike path. Definitely a ‘Home away from Home’.

Excellent Condo/Beautiful View

This condo was perfect for our weeks stay in Dillon. It is very well appointed and has an amazing view from the deck. The building and area around it also were very quiet. Location is very convenient to walking to restaurants or the Dillon park. My wife and I are already talking about coming back to the area and hope to stay in this condo again.

Beautiful

Loved the scenery from the balcony. The condo was as listed and was well maintained. The location was easy to find and close to Keystone. If it’s this pretty in the winter, I can only imagine how pretty it is in the summer.

Great getaway

The condo location is wonderful, the photos don't do it justice. The kitchen had a few items like spices, etc and filtered water in fridge so you didn't have to buy at store, greatly appreciated. Wonderful view from kichen, living room and deck overlooking Lake Dillon. Lots of trails nearby

Well kept, charming, great view, peaceful, close to city

We had an amazing time at your home. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The entertainment and amenities (Netflix, games, PS) were perfect for our relaxing evenings inside. The view was incredible. This was a great value and I'd definitely do it again. Thanks!

Wonderful base camp for front side ski trips

We needed an affordable place close to Keystone and within reasonable distance of Vail. This was perfect. My son (20) found the couch a very comfy place to sleep, I enjoyed the bedroom, we had separate TVs, everything worked, was clean, well-stocked. Ten minute drive to slopes and exactly as described.

PERFECTION!!

This was our first trip to Colorado and it was amazing!! The condo had everything we needed plus more! We LOVED the wood burning fire place. The location was so close to everything and easy to access. So glad we found this place. We look forward to next time. Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon!

This was my home for 2 years. Having lived around water all my life and loving the mountains, I was sold the moment I walked into this unit. The views are truly breathtaking. I love to sail and kayak in the warmer months, hike, bike and fly fishing during spring and fall, and ski and board in the winter. The close proximity to Keystone, A-Basin and Copper Mountain Ski Resorts and the towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge also had a huge influence on me. All the conveniences of home close by.
