Make yourself at home in this completely remodeled one bedroom / one bathroom unit with all new fixtures, appliances, lighting and flooring. The views from the living room and large deck of Lake Dillon Marina, Buffalo Mountain and the Ten Mile Range are breathtaking. Other features include a wood burning fireplace (firewood not included), DVD collection, high quality stereo sound system, flat screen TV's in living room and bedroom. Cable TV and internet (provided by Xfinity). The bedroom features a queen size pillow top bed with plenty of drawer and closet space, and separate sink and vanity. This unit truly sleeps 4 comfortably. Just slide the full panel screen across the living room to create a second bedroom with a pull out queen size sleeper couch with the benefits of TV, stereo, fireplace and great views. On the deck you'll find a table with seating for four. There is a large outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, showers and pool table in the clubhouse just steps away from the unit. East Bay also features covered garage parking.

Perfect Location! Perfect Stay!

We love staying in Dillon for our ski trips and we absolutely loved the condo - it's a one bed with a pull out couch which worked perfectly for 2 adults and 1 tween. There is a second sink in the bedroom which works great on those early mornings before driving to the slopes. The unit comes equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. There is no shortage of DVDs and board games and the wood burning fireplace is always a plus. We want to the thank Paul for a wonderful stay. We also ran into the cleaning service on the way out and they were extremely sweet. We will definitely be back next year!

Excellent Lake Dillon Condo!

My wife and I spent a 3 day weekend for her birthday at this condo with a beautiful view of Lake Dillon. The condo was very clean and comfy with a nice deck with a grill, wood burning fireplace, and amazing views. Will definitely return and highly recommend staying here!

Great lakefront condo!!

Great lakefront condo!! Easy to get kayak from the parking garage just a 100 feet to launch on the lake. 3 miles from epic golf course. Gorgeous lake and Mountain View! Great communication with host. Would for sure stay here again!!

Quiet stay on the lake!

Wow you guys this place was WONDERFUL! My mom and I took a girls trip and picked this place as our home base. We were NOT disappointed! The lake was absolutely beautiful and this area was just so quiet! So so peaceful! We spent our down time reading, enjoying the balcony and the views. Everything inside was so nice and clean. Exactly like the listing showed! The location of this condo was great too. We were so close to everything. Silverthorne was just a short drive and we were really close to Frisco and Breckenridge. I would 1000% stay here again! The only little snafu that we had, our last morning there we woke up without any electricity and it had been out for a while. I contacted the host, and told him what was going on and the only response I got was that he hadn't heard from the power company or the resort manager. There was no further communication after I sent a couple other messages. It turned out to be a city wide outage because the traffic light in Dillon wasn't working when we went through. But the lack of communication was a little frustrating. We decided not to push the issue because we were checking out that morning so it wasn't going to be a major inconvenience for us. But with all that said, I would still book this place in a heartbeat if we ever come back to the area! The views are seriously gorgeous. Don't pass this one up!

A quick mountain getaway

We needed some time in the mountains for some R&R. Fortunately for us this condo was available. It’s tastefully appointed, has great views, on the lake, and is close to town. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if afforded the opportunity.

True Gem of the East Bay

This Condo was perfect for our recent ski vacation. Nicely furnished, clean, and great location. The check in/out process was very easy thanks to great communication by the owner. This was one of the nicest properties that we have stayed in and would definitely book this property again.

Wonderful base camp for front side ski trips

We needed an affordable place close to Keystone and within reasonable distance of Vail. This was perfect. My son (20) found the couch a very comfy place to sleep, I enjoyed the bedroom, we had separate TVs, everything worked, was clean, well-stocked. Ten minute drive to slopes and exactly as described.

Great getaway

The condo location is wonderful, the photos don't do it justice. The kitchen had a few items like spices, etc and filtered water in fridge so you didn't have to buy at store, greatly appreciated. Wonderful view from kichen, living room and deck overlooking Lake Dillon. Lots of trails nearby

Peaceful Home Away!

Such a beautiful property right by the lake! Gorgeous views. Walking distance to Dillon. Easy access to the walking / bike path. Definitely a ‘Home away from Home’.

Nice place, broken hot tub.

The place was very nice. Appointed well enough, beautiful view of the reservoir. The gripe, the owner told me told two weeks in advance that the hot tub was broken and might be fixed. Got there and a resident of the condo said that it had been broken all year and a special assessment had be issued she was compaining of it's cost, then I realized I had been duped.

Panoramic View

Had a wonderful time, nice size unit for my wife and I. Would be a little tight with another couple. Missed not having a workout room, TV in lounge would have been nice, also hot tub and sauna were not working when we were there in mid January 2023. Unit has very nice finishes older unit with new look 👍. We had a small rental SUV but if we had our suburban the parking under the building would not have worked. Being older and retired not having an elevator was hard on us we were on the second floor. Property was well supplied with towels, spices, utensils, dishes, etc. This is an annual trip for us and if it works out we will be going back there next year.

PERFECTION!!

This was our first trip to Colorado and it was amazing!! The condo had everything we needed plus more! We LOVED the wood burning fire place. The location was so close to everything and easy to access. So glad we found this place. We look forward to next time. Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon!

This was my home for 2 years. Having lived around water all my life and loving the mountains, I was sold the moment I walked into this unit. The views are truly breathtaking. I love to sail and kayak in the warmer months, hike, bike and fly fishing during spring and fall, and ski and board in the winter. The close proximity to Keystone, A-Basin and Copper Mountain Ski Resorts and the towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge also had a huge influence on me. All the conveniences of home close by.
