We were right in the heart of Saint-Malo. It was an extremely roomy apartment and well kept. It felt like our home while we were there.

We loved this bright and beautiful corner apartment accessible by stairs and elevator. The living areas are spacious, and location of the two bedrooms provides maximum privacy. The kitchen is supplied with everything we needed. The location in the heart of the old walled city is perfect. We were thrilled to have a view of the cathedral's rose window and to hear the hourly bells (from 8am-10pm). One aspect of Saint-Malo that we appreciate is the ease with which one can travel by bus, train, or ferry making a car completely unnecessary. Many thanks to Laurence for the easy check in and check out, and for the excellent restaurant recommendations. It was lovely of Fabienne to give us a welcome basket of Breton specialties.

Even better than the photos

This flat is gorgeous - incredible light, and more spacious than the photos suggest. It was very clean, with high quality bed linens. Communication was smooth and timely. We’d happily stay here again!

Best property in St Malo

This property was perfect in every way. The apartment is beautiful and the situation in the Intra Muros could not be better. Everything we wanted to do was immediately on hand. Now that we know more about St Malo we can't imagine that any other property would be so well positioned. We are sure to return.

Perfect Location

Light and elegant apartment just next to the cathedral. Had everything we needed and the lift was a great help for relative in their 70s. Food shop, cafe, bakery, restaurants all less than 5 mins walk and only 10 mins walk to beach. We left car parked in car park outside walls and it cost about 80 euros for the week.

Saint-Malo & Brittany

This was our first time to Saint-Malo and Brittany. This apartment is airy, nicely furnished, super clean and in an excellent location in the heart of the city, near the Cathedral. The unit has a great set of blinds (on the exterior) which keep the light and much of the noise out at night. Everything in the old town is within easy walking distance and it was also a great place to tour the region, in particular Mont St Michel, Dinan and Cancale.

Intra Muros St Malo

This apartment just couldn’t have been located better for prowling around St Malo old city. Everything right on your doorstep, literally, with a large number of eateries and shops within a few minutes in all directions. Very nicely furnished and very comfortable for two couples and a small baby. There was even a lift. Luxury! Both Fabienne and Servane were very helpful and we felt welcome. Thanks very much!

Lovely modern apartment inside the ramparts

We were looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Saint-Malo and Fabienne’s apartment suited us perfectly. Being inside the walls meant that restaurants and shops (including a Carrefour City market) were in easy walking distance. The apartment is on an upper floor of a modern building, but there is an elevator. The space inside is open and well-lit, with comfortable furniture, a nice kitchen and ample closet space (and hangers!). It is adjacent to the Cathedral, but the bells cease tolling at 10pm.Fabienne contracts with a concierge service that made checking in/out very easy. Mme. Laurence communicated very well and helped us with recommendations for local services (hair salon, ferry to Dinard).We had a car and booked a space in the nearby underground Q-park, a modern parking facility with large (for France) parking spaces just outside the walls. We were able to drive right up to the apartment building door and park briefly for luggage handling.All in all: highly recommended and we would happily stay here again.

Lovely apartment and great location, close to restaurants, shops, beach, ramparts walk. Communications very helpful and clear. I suggest parking at one of the recommended lots that are close and hand carrying bags to apartment. This is in a restricted access area and can be busy with pedestrians (depending on arrival time). Saint-Malo is a wonderful city - wonderful history, beautiful beach, ramparts walk amazing.

très bel emplacement avec vue sur la cathédrale mais il faut aimer la sonnerie des cloches et l'animation et pour nous c'était parfait ! très lumineux et confortable et à 2 pas des plages et de toutes les commodités ! nous reviendrons surement !

Great space in St Malo

We have stayed in many apartments in France and this one is by far the best! We loved St Malo and the location of was perfect. Just know that you cannot park within the intra muros. The closest parking is Qpark St Vincent. You can reserve online and I highly suggest you do. Otherwise there is a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. I hope to stay here again someday. I fell in love with all of it!

Absolutely perfect!

Five friends enjoyed this LOVELY apartment for five days. The view of the cathedral's rose window directly facing you is stunning. The bells are magical. The location in intra-muros gives easy access to everything.

Très bel appartement, ensoleillé avec beaucoup du charme. Parfaitement équipé avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine et l’électroménager pour une semaine de vacances sans tracas. Cela correspondait exactement à la description et nous avons été très bien accueillis.

A great place to stay in lovely St Malo

Would happily stay here again. Smart well appointed apartment. Perfectly located in the centre of the old town, just five minutes walk to the underground car park in one direction and five minutes walk to the beach in the other. Only downside is some noise late in the evening and early in the morning, but that is the price you pay for being at the centre of things.

Great location!

The apartment was great. Clean, a lot of light, and very comfortable. In the center of the old town, and located on a corner across from the cathedral, this gorgeous unit is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, there were also cultural parades at night we fully enjoyed!
