Across The Street From Ski School, and Riva Bahn Lift At Golden Peak

Contact us for monthly rental rates!

This two bedroom suite features 900 square feet of living space; one queen bed; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer & an environmentally friendly electric fireplace. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning. Four (4) person maximum occupancy.

All Seasons Condos are located just across from the Golden Peak base area and the Riva Bahn chairlift. Just a short 4 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One. Two bedroom condo allows extra living space; free WIFI; free uncovered parking. For stays of 2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.

Nice option close to Riva Bahn

We really had a nice stay and enjoyed the gas fireplace. It's a little dated, but had everything we needed for our vacation at the right price.

Good location in Vail

This property is close to everything in the Vail Village and not far from lionshead. Everything about this property was as advertised and we would highly recommend it.

Great location to lifts

Property is aging and needs some refurbishment, but generally was well equipped and as advertised.

The location of this condo was amazing. We were right across the street from Golden Peak Lodge where my son was racing for the week. The washer/dryer combination was not the best for drying clothes. We had to hang dry them. We had an issue with the smoke detector in the primary bedroom, but the realty company was quick to respond. The furniture has seen better days. But the location was excellent.

Location is the Key

We often stay in this complex. It was our first time in this unit. It is somewhat confusing which unit you are booking as there are several in the complex that look similar. I liked the single story layout of this unit. The biggest drawback was the condensing washer/dryer. Takes forever to dry clothes. The biggest plus of this unit is the location by far. Easy walk to the lifts. Beds were pretty good, and the baths were remodeled. Good stay overall.

Great location

Condo is in a great location, short walk to Golden Peak. Could use some new items such as small fry/saute pans for the kitchen and a new queen mattress in the main bedroom. My wife and I ended up sleeping on the two twins beds in the other room because the queen bed was so bad. The dryer portion of the combo washer/dryer didnt work well at all. We ended up not using the dryer at all and instead hung our washed clothes up to dry overnight in the utility room that was quite warm from the heating pipes.

Great Location

We booked this condo at the last minute. The location was outstanding. You walk from the parking lot across the street to the Golden Peak Base village. You can walk about three blocks to the middle of Vail village. The condo needs a little updating,, but is was very functional.. i would stay here again. Thank you, Darrell

Small rooms.

No place for suitcases. Kitchen is nice but everything else is dated. Nice real fireplace with plenty of wood supplied. It's still a little hike in your ski boots to get to lifts. Have to deal with several steps.

There is a full closet in the entry way hall for storage of all the items. Also, in the bedrooms. If I remodeled the entire place, it would be substantially higher priced. It is a clean and comfortable unit, with great access to lifts and Vail Village.. The steps are not that many.....half a flight from condo to lot area, and a half flight to the street access.......Less than a 3 minute walk to Riva Bahn high speed lift.
