Luxury villa with all conveniences and a wonderful private swimming pool

Located on an estate of many hectares, in the wonderfully quiet hamlet of Belo Romão south of Moncarapacho, you will find here the privacy, luxury and all the conveniences you could wish for during your vacation.

Villa Aljosul is registered in the rental register of Portugal (Alojamento Local) under registration number 38730 / AL.
Fully air-conditioned, a lovely private swimming pool with outside shower and toilet, a beautiful covered lounge corner, spacious terraces with plenty of outdoor furniture and of course a great outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wicker parasol, you and your family and / or friends can enjoy all this beautiful. There is also a carport for 2 cars.

The villa is on one level and has no fewer than 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There is also a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with television (Dutch channels). The villa is surrounded by a covered terrace, built directly on the house, for the necessary shade during the warm summer months.

For the safety of your children, the swimming pool is only accessible via a lockable fence.

Moncarapacho, Fuseta, and Olhão, are all less than 10 minutes' drive from the villa.

Like many holiday homes here in the area, this villa is also in a traditional Portuguese rural location. You stay with the locals who often keep their pets outside. You should keep in mind that there will be barking dogs.

Wow, a fabulous luxury and well appointed villa and superb garden. We loved the artworks and artifacts inside and outside the property which the owners must have collected throughout their travels. The pool was brilliant and enjoyed by us all especially the grand children. It's an excellent place for a extended family.We were warmly welcomed by Sabine and great bonding with Sebastian who maintain the property.The kitchen and BBQ area was well equipped with quality cooking utensils.

Beautiful property, maintained to the highest standards

We had an amazing stay at Aljosol. The communication from Sebastiaan was superb, right from booking and throughout our stay. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children ages 12-3 years old. The property was well equipped to cater for easily bored children with table tennis, Darts board and football table, as well as numerous pool toys. Most importantly it was safe, with a lockable pool gate to keep our unruly 3yo away from the pool when we were unable to supervise! We all had so much fun. The villa itself is simply beautiful. The owners have invested heavily in furnishings, ornaments and maintenance of the mature gardens. It was a joy to walk around the villa grounds and take it all in, the photos on the site don’t do it justice. The kitchen was so well equipped, better than our own kitchen at home. Anyone staying at Aljosol would need a car for their stay as it is down a track and local shops aren’t walkable. Location wise, we found it great with Fuseta only 10 minutes away. If heading to the incredible Fuseta beach (via boat), be sure to get to the car park early as come 10oclock it’s a battle to find a space in the town. Algarsuper markets in Fuseta and Moncarapacho are very well stocked and we found had all of the food we needed, rather than having to head to Olhão or further. In summary, a fantastic place that exceeded our expectations. We will be returning.

très belle villa

positif : lits confortables et grandes chambres, piscine géniale, grande cuisine et très bien équipée il ne manque rien, moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, climatisation fonctionne très bien, plusieurs jeux, accueil super négatif : eau de la piscine traitée avec un produit qui tâche les maillots de bain blancs, chemin de terre pour accéder à la maison, pas de chaînes télévision en français, il faut un véhicule sur place NOUS Y RETOURNERONS SANS HÉSITER

Tres belle maison avec de très belles prestations et équipements, accueil chaleureux

un entretien de la piscine une fois par semaine serai top lors d'un séjour de 15 jours consécutifs. Sinon nous avons passé un séjour agréable une maison avec de nombreuses équipements extérieur et intérieur

Superschöner Urlaub in Top Haus

Das Haus ist superschön, total modern, hochwertig und mit Geschmack eingerichtet! Toller Pool! Die Sauberkeit perfekt. Es ist sogar eine Dachterrasse und mehrere Sitzecken draussen vorhanden. Sogar Rolläden hat dieses Haus, was besonders genial für Menschen wie wir ist, die gerne dunkel schlafen. Verwalterin war super nett, hat uns immer weitergeholfen, hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Unser Navi hatte uns leider "die schlechte" Strasse entlang geschickt - man sollte sich tatsächlich an die Wegbeschreibung, die mitgeschickt wird, halten. Abends sind in der Tat die Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft zu hören, mal mehr, mal weniger, aber es stört nicht weiter. Einzig und allein die Schnacken an den letzten Urlaubstagen in der Dämmerung/Dunkelheit waren mehr als nervig. Die Lage ist auch gut - in nur 25 Minuten vom Flughafen zu erreichen. 4 km bis zum nächsten Strand. In 10 km Entfernung alle grossen Supermärkte. Ein Bäcker der täglich geöffnet ist, ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen superschönen Urlaub in einem Haus welches uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden kann!

Hervorragende Villa in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus befindet sich etwas außerhalb und es bedarf eines Autos, um zu den Stränden und/oder den Städten zu kommen. Fahrzeit Fuseta beträgt jedoch nur 5 Minuten. Die Einrichtung ist hervorragend und die Außenanlagen mit Pool und den schönen Sitzecken ein Traum. Dazu gibt es einen Kicker, eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Dart Scheibe. So wird auch dem Nachwucjs nie langweilig. Die sehr schnell zu erreichenden Strände der vorgelagerten Inseln Armona und Culatra sind wunderechln Wer die Algarve entdecken und abseits des Massentourismus wohnen will, kommt an dem Haus nicht vorbei. Es ist perfekt und wir würden es direkt wieder buchen.

Great villa

Great villa We had an amazing week, Sebastian was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. The villa was perfect to relax with good conditions and a great outside area. The only small problem we had was with the moskitos, at certain times of the day it becomes problematic to be outside, but other than that everything was perfect. We would defenitly like to return one day.

Geweldig!

Een hele mooie villa, goed onderhouden!! Prachtige tuin en een mooi zwembad. Je hebt alles in de buurt, vele winkels, leuke restaurants en het prachtige strand in fuseta. Heel belangrijk, overal zijn de portugezen heel gastvrij en de toiletten schoon. Mijn moeder van 80 was met de rollattor en overal welkom. Ook was alles goed berijkbaar voor haar. Al met al een top vakantie!!

Highly recommended.

This villa was very pleasing with nice rooms, modern kitchen and a beautiful outdoor area. This villa has all you need for a quiet family holiday. The welcome was friendly and professional and help was available when we needed it. There was only one thing we didn't like in the beginning (we got used to it), the neighbours dogs bark in the morning (when they are fed). The villa is a bit secluded (do not trust google maps), but if you have a car it is close enough (15-60 min driving) to all we needed (shopping, beach, aqua parks, restaurants etc). If we come back to Algarve we will certainly check to see of this villa is available.

Beautiful villa. Would highly recommend.

I've stayed in quite a few villas over the last number of years and found this one to be particurly pleasing. It was a home from home. Every detail has been thought of and the welcome was friendly and professional. It's very close to all we needed for a quiet family holiday though near enough if it was something livelier you were after. I would return to this villa without hesitation.

Fantastische villa voor een relaxte vakantie

Wij hebben 10 dagen genoten van deze fantastische villa. Wij hebben veel tijd door gebracht in en rondom het zwembad. In het huisje bij het zwembad is voor de kinderen vol op speelgoed aanwezig (pingpong tafel, voetbalgoaltjes, luchtbedden) om zich te vermaken. De villa is huiselijk ingericht waardoor je je gelijk thuis voelt. De keuken is van alle praktische gemakken voorzien. In de woning is een goede WIFI verbinding aanwezig en een televisie met een zeer ruim aanbod. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco, wat het prettig maakt om je even terug te trekken in de woning. Er is ook de mogelijk om je was te doen zodat je alles weer schoon mee naar huis kan nemen. In de nabije omgeving heb je diverse mogelijkheden om leuke uitstapjes te maken. Je kan o.a. naar Tavira, Olhoa en een aanrader met kids is het eiland Armona. Deze villa is echt een aanrader om naar toe te gaan. Wij hadden graag langer willen blijven en gaan dan ook snel weer terugkomen.

Top villa met prachtige tuin

In deze prachtige villa, voorzien van alle gemakken, kom je weer helemaal tot jezelf. Je voelt je hier meteen thuis. De tuin is prachtig en er is altijd wel een leuk plekje in de zon of in de schaduw te vinden. De bedden zijn uitstekend, er is ruim voldoende plek om je spullen op te bergen. De keuken is zeer compleet, er zijn diverse (grote) supermarkten in de omgeving en de dagmarkt in Olhão is niet te weerstaan. Ook zijn er veel authentieke restaurantjes op enkele kilometers van de villa. Een auto,is aan te bevelen, maar er staan ook fietsen, dat is fijn. De woning troffen wij zeer schoon aan, het beddegoed is van topkwaliteit, de handdoeken ook. Wij konden geen minpuntje bedenken en hebben genoten van onze vakantie.
