I was so happy with the entire stay at this location, the host was very gracious and helpful, he left a lot of helpful hints of places to visit, the place was immaculate, and the location couldn’t have been any better. I highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay in the heart of Valencia! The location in Ciutat Vella was perfect—wonderful restaurants, markets, cafés, and shopping were all just steps from our flat. It was the perfect spot for exploring the city on foot.Our host was incredibly helpful, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we had a question, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This apartment is in a great location within walking distance to everything you could possibly want. It was very clean and although very compact it had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to questions. He gave us a list of restaurants that he recommended which were great. We would definitely recommend staying here.

An excellent stay! The host was very kind and charming, and left us a lovely welcome touch with cold drinks and chocolates.The apartment is very well-equipped, extremely clean, and ideal for two people. It has everything you need for a longer stay. Plus, the location is perfect—right in the heart of the historic center and next to the cathedral, so you can walk everywhere.Highly recommended!

Very clean and accessible room.Shower room was very nice.Met host on arrival and was given a list of things to do.Air conditioner not to be used at night , unfortunately the outside temperature on arrival was about 38' so very hard to sleep without air conditioning. Very close to cathedral and main square, can be noisy of a night time.

Hola Steven! Alucino con tu evaluación. El apartamento está en la parte más céntrica de la ciudad, es normal que haya actividad, pero se puede dormir tranquilamente, la catedral no funciona de noche. Qué quieres estar en el punto más céntrico de la ciudad, pero sin actividad? En cuanto a lo del aire acondicionado, el apartamento tiene 35 metros, si apagas el aire y no abres las puertas, el ambiente se puede mantener frío por más de 24 horas. No importa qué temperatura haga fuera. Es importante si haces una evaluación, escribir lo real, no tu percepción que puede confundir a las personas. Porque no cuentas a las personas que os he permitido dejar las maletas horas antes del check in. Porque no cuentas que os he dejado una pequeña invitación de cerveza, Coca Cola, agua, café, mermelada, te, etc. Toallas de baño, de cara, shampoo, gel de ducha, papel higiénico, toallas desmaquilladoras, etc. Que el apartamento está al lado de todos los puntos de interés turístico en la mejor ubicación de Valencia. Que el apartamento es tal cual las fotos e incluso más bonito. Que la limpieza es excelente. Es frustrante esforzarse tanto en los detalles (Gratis) y la limpieza y decoración y que alguien como tú, escriba una evaluación con tan poco criterio.

We had an excellent break at Emiliano’s studio flat. The position of the property was perfect with everything on your doorstep and with Emiliano offering that he could be contacted if we needed any guidance with anything.Although the studio is small, it had everything we required for our stay. Again, although small, we made good use of the balcony to sit and watch the world go by. There was outside noise in the mornings and evenings but this is to be expected when staying in the centre of a city.We will definitely be returning to Valencia and would be very happy to stay at this accommodation again.

A great, CLEAN, newly renovated apartment in the heart of an old city. It was a great location, perfect for a couple or single trip. We had the most fun stay here and the host was amazing!

The apartment's location is incredible. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back!! Emiliano was super helpful and communicative with us. The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures. If you like old buildings that are beautifully renovated, this is your place. The apartment is a studio but it is incredibly comfortable. Just a few blocks to the Mercado Central where you can get breakfast, lunch and amazing Spanish goodies. Restaurants all over, one better than the other. Public transportation just a couple of blocks away. I used the bus to go to the Patacona beach and it was wonderful. Thank you very much! I definitely recommend Emiliano's apartment!!!

Addition to prior review.I came to town for La Tomatina which required early meeting point. No problem from here. The Mercado and major squares are only blocks away.Beach is a bike ride or uber. Same for Science museum.O ly downside is streets are narrow and conversations echo on stone walls. Stays busy most of the night.

The host was friendly and welcoming. The studio was like new, very comfortable and had all the utensils, linen and towels I required for a week-long stay. The location is perfect for exploring and enjoying the heart of old Valencia. Delighted I found it.

What a charming little studio right by Plaza de la Reina in Old Valencia. It has all the amenities needed and a cute balcony. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. Emiliano was a fantastic host that took the time to explain everything and even give some recommendations! It was a perfect spot to land for a few days in Valencia.

Perfect little studio apartment practically next door to the Cathedral and square. Well equipped with all essentials for a short city break. Host was communicative and very helpful. Would recommend for solo traveller or a couple as only one pull-down double bed available in flat.

You cannot beat this location. It is in the center of the historic district and there are wonderful restaurants all around and the Mercado Central which is a food lovers dream. There is a coffee shop with all kinds of lattes and teas right outside. The place was impeccably clean. It does have a Murphy bed but I found it comfortable. The place was perfect for me, it had everything I needed including a hairdryer and even a little balcony. The host was so nice, responsive and helpful! I will come back to Valencia and I hope to stay here again. I highly recommend.

A well-equipped compact apartment close to the old centre of Valencia

We stayed in the apartment for a week in March 2018. The apartment itself, in an old building, has all modern facilities and is kept in excellent condition by the owner, Emiliano. We enjoyed staying in the lively area close to the cathedral and the old centre. It was very easy to walk out and find many of the places of interest in the old city within a few minutes walk. There are several small shops nearby where basics are available. There are buses close by and the nearest metro station is about 15 minutes walk. Emiliano was helpful throughout and advised us about nearby restaurants and cafes.

Wonderful experience

Emilianos place was extremely well kept. We had everything to have a comfortable stay. Bed was cozy and great for a close couple. All appliances worked very well and everything was sparkling clean. Appartment was beautifully finished mixing original style with modern facilties. Really loved the place! Location was ideal to explore the bautiful old city and sample the many Restaurants around us. Bycicle rental was right across from our appartment. We rented for a day and explored the parktrail leading to the beaches. I would highly reccomend this. We would definitely come back here and also suggest this rental to or friends. Ramona

Nice small apartment ruined by the host

The apartment is small, one room (approx 10' by 20') with a bed that folds down from the wall and a very small side bathroom. The place seems well taken care of and has nice furnishings. If it wasn't for the demeanor of the host at arrival, this review would be a good one. After entering the apartment and spending approximately 45 seconds inside we were harshly made aware of the following mistakes that we had already made: backpack was laid down in the wrong spot on the floor (where the hidden bed folds out from), we shouldn't have rolled our carry on sized 4 wheeled hand luggage across the laminate floors, and we should not have worn our shoes inside the house. We were then presented a two page list of rules that must be followed which included NOT USING THE A/C UNIT WHILE TRYING TO SLEEP ON THE FOLD OUT BED. (keep in mind it was July, it was over 90 degrees in the afternoon, at this is a 3rd floor apartment where heat rises) and that we were responsible for buying new sheets if any makeup was left on them. My family travels extensively and always treat rental properties as if it were our own. We felt he was particularly rude when he informed us that it wasn't his responsibility to be hospitable and if that was what we wanted, we should "go find a hotel". I don't want to be pampered when I travel, I just don't want to feel like I am inconveniencing the person we are renting from. I have honestly never written a poor review like this one but at the same time, I have never been treated at check in like this host treated me and my family. There are plenty of other nice rentals in Valencia with equal or better locations and with hosts that actually want you to enjoy your stay.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Trotz zu zeitiger Ankunft konnten wir schon das Gepack abstellen. Er gab gute Tips für Gastronomie in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber, mitten in der Altstadt.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Danke Emiliano
