Build sandcastles, clam, wade or sim in the ocean on your private stretch of beach. Gather around a beach bonfire* at night, cook s ’mores and dig your toes into the sand. Play tag, fly kites or ride bikes along the massive oceanfront yard and dunes. The restaurants, galleries and shops of Long Beach are 8 miles to the South and there’s plenty to see and do in downtown Ocean Park. Leadbetter State Park and Oysterville are a few miles to the north.

Wonderful Family Time!

We had a fantastic vacation week in this house. Excellent location, quiet, dark skies at night, fun sand volleyball court and game garage. Overall, everything was very enjoyable. Managers were very accessible via text. We appreciated the spaciousness of the place, toy area for the kids, the large porch, and the two large tables that could handle all of us for meals and also for our games/puzzles/crafts. There was even an extra refrigerator for all our fizzy drinks and a sweet old piano (although she could use a tuning). One less star for the housekeepers since the previous vacationers left a dirty diaper behind, but that wasn't too big of a deal. Thank you for letting us enjoy your special place!

Holiday gathering of family

This property worked out great for our Christmas season gathering of our spread-out family. Members came from St. Paul, Minn., Montreal, Quebec, Vancouver, BC, Kelowna, BC, Salt Lake City, UT, Bothell, WA, and Vancouver, WA. Accommodations and location were excellent. Our younger members enjoyed swimming in the ocean, followed by warmup in the heated spa. Also, many members enjoyed walks on the beach,All and all we totally enjoyed this property and the friendly cooperation of the property managers.

Extended family fishing trip

The house was clean, welcoming and comfortable for our group of 12. The easy walk to the beach was such a nice benefit. The kitchen was well stocked and worked well for group cooking. Highly recommend this home!

Great Multi Family Vacation Spot

Wife’s 40th

Beautiful clean house with tons of room. Short walk over the dunes to beach or drive on a block or two in each direction. Best part was we could bring our dog and ten of our closest friends as well.

A home for all seasons and ages

Great location, upscale finishings, plenty of room for 10, all the beach toys necessary provided, very complete kitchen and most of all it was obvious that it was professionally cared for by a focused group.

Lovely Home

lovely house, super large, well equipped kitchen with a beautifully set up coffee bar area. We this home and the one next door and had a blast. The beach is way closer than it even appears and the sandy back yard was a hit with the kids and adults!

Beautiful home for gatherings

The house was absolutely beautiful . It was great having 4 full bathrooms with 12 people. The game room was a lot of fun. We had several Foose ball and ping pong tournaments. There were 2 refrigerators and plenty of room in the pantry. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was a great location with a great view from the upstairs.

August 2017 Stay

Our stay with 12 people was great. The house is in perfect condition and we all comfortably settled in. The property manager Calli was wonderful ... very responsive. Will definitely use this company again.

A peaceful retreat.

We were hoping for a coast getaway where my husband could work while listening to the ocean. The house felt like something from a movie, and it was idyllic. The walk to the sand was always lovely, the house was immaculate, and the kitchen had all of the utensils I needed.

Great for families

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed plus the bonus of the sand/volleyball court in the back, easy walk (.15 miles) to the beach, hot tub, and fun games in the garage and toy/play area upstairs. We were blessed with great weather during our stay, but I know we would have still had fun had we been stuck inside. If we had questions, we received quick responses. The location was great too-It's a short drive to town (about 10 minutes), where there are several great restaurant and food cart options. Grocery stores are even closer about 5-minutes north. I highly recommend this place for a big family with kids or a group of friends with kids.

The Setup is Perfect for Families

We stayed here with 8 adults and 4 children. The setup was perfect for the kids (age 3-8) with a separate area for each family. The kids played for hours in the sand, on the beach, and flying kites. The kitchen had every utensil we needed for family breakfasts and dinners. Evenings were spent on the large back porch and with a family game of volleyball.

On the beach, but a hike to the ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a fine place to stay. Only problem was everyone found the beds uncomfortable. Particularly the twin beds in the room designed for children.

Great house for the whole family

Great house for large family get together. Ideal location with short walk to the beach. Well organized and modern kitchen. Vacation rental company is very responsive. House has direct neighbors, and that was not well represented in photos of the outdoor of the home and the neighborhood has three active houses being built so we had to deal with construction noises during our visit which was not ideal. Some areas of the home are used harder than others and could use a deep clean. The hot tub was nice but needed cleaning attention. Overall a good visit and a home we would rent again.

Great space for families with young children!

We enjoyed our short stay here (2 nights in July). We are two families with 3 children under 3 and the kids especially liked the upstairs playroom with toys. I do wish there was an outside dining table and possibly clearing some of the prickly growth directly outside the house in the back (our children become scared to walk around themselves outside after getting prickles in their shoes and it hurting them)!
