Great vacation

The House is very beautiful and as described. We had enough space for 5 adults and three kids. Only a baby chair was missing and a baby cot is charged separately. The communication was fast and satisfying. Kitchen well equipped. Wonderful stay in Spain

RAFALET REVIEW

The location for the property was perfect for us with less than a 10 minute drive into Javea. Other small towns and villages were also within easy reach. The property itself had too many steps for some of our party and were slippy when wet after a couple of rain showers. The lower level bedroom/bathroom accommodation was not as pleasant as it could have been, presumably it was a room not often used. The grounds were very pleasant with different patio areas and the pool was excellent. Overall we did enjoy our stay there.

Impressive!

When we drove through the electric gates and gazed up at the beautiful turrets and saw the fabulous terraces, we were thrilled. What a beautiful villa-it was early evening and garden lights around the terraces were lit and it looked magical. So before we entered the villa, we were very impressed. The pool was lovely and also lit up and we all enjoyed many a late night swim. The villa inside was immaculate, extremely well presented and comfortable. Air conditioning kept the villa cool along with the electric blinds at the windows. Plenty of wardrobe space for clothes in each bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely veranda to sit on and enjoy the wonderful views and daily sundsets! A great holiday and we will definitely be returning!

Impressive villa

This villa is just superb-spacious, immaculately clean, very well equipped and maintained to a high standard; it is decorated throughout with expensive furniture. The grounds are large and well maintained, with different terraces. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols for protection from the sun. The top terrace was ideal for large BBQs and was well equipped with furniture. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed and we enjoyed the electric blinds and mosquito nets at every window. The pool was beautiful - warm and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed many hours in there. Normally on holiday we go out and explore, but we were happy to stay at the villa as it was so nice. The pool man came twice a week whilst we were there. He was very discreet. We booked through a management agency and we very impressed with them. Efficient, easy to talk to and we felt confident in booking with them. We cannot recommend this villa enough to other travelers-you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful villa

My husband and I have just enjoyed a very memorable week here with my daughter and husband and her teenage children. We enjoyed every moment and it was wonderful to have the space and privacy so 3 generations could enjoy holidaying together. The management company were very good and met us on our arrival at the villa which made moving in simple. The villa is immaculate and well laid-out with beautiful furniture and we were extremely comfortable. The pool is super and has many sunbeds, there are lots of different eating areas and the views are wonderful. We enjoyed many BBQ's on the top terrace with our grandchildren's friends and their parents and relaxed in a lovely naya when we needed a few quiet moments - plenty of room for everyone! I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to go back soon.

Gorgeous villa near the super town of Javea

Beautiful villa and swimming pool with excellent facilities. Three different terrace areas to choose from when sitting/dining outside. Also, a cosy veranda. Fab views. Everything in the house was to a very high standard. Extremely clean and good condition. Quick drive to the lovely town and beach areas of Javea. Would definitely book to stay again.

Just fabulous-a wonderful villa!

Had an amazing holiday at this villa. The villa itself is immaculate and well presented and has more than everything you could wish for inside. The pool area is beautiful and we particularly liked the safety gate which gave us piece of mind for the safety of our young children. And then there are the terraces....they are amazing! You have such a choice and each one offers splendid views. We were well looked after by the professional management company and arrival and departure was easy. Fabulous restaurant within walking distance-20€ per head for 3 course lunch. We found the most amazing walk through the woods to the Arenal (beach)-the children loved it. We have already booked for next year! Just perfect!! Definitely recommend

2/10 Terrible

shame about the manager

We loved this villa but we were appalled to get a cleaning bill. Bearing in mind we had a small baby with us, and me and my wife cleaned everything before leaving. Only leaving a few preserves in the fridge like un opened things and beers that we thought the cleaners may appreciate. When we complained that they had withheld our deposit to be told that there were tiny fingerprints on the glass table. My wife, being very house proud was so insulted

This villa is a new listing to our agency Solimar Villas. It was added to our portfolio in May 2016. We have no idea if this guest ever stayed at this property. I believe this review to be spam and request it be removed or directed to the appropriate property and property manager. Solimar Villas pride them selves on their exceptionally high standards.
