Beautiful Watch Hill 4BR/3BA with Backyard Deck & Pool Just Steps From Beach

Our home is situated in a serene location just steps from East Beach and a short walk from downtown Watch Hill and Bay St. shops. It is a very private location with a secluded pool, front courtyard with outdoor shower to rinse off on your way back from the beach, deck, backyard and screen porch.

Most of the walls in our home feature full length windows that allow for an abundance of natural light in the house. They can all be opened to just a screen to allow for warm breezes to flow through the home and give the sense that you're always outside. Better yet - leave the windows open and listen to the waves crashing onto the beach.

The open floor plan features plenty of living area with spacious bedrooms.

Bedrooms Two and Three: Large rooms each with their own private outdoor terraces that feature private fireplaces, personal gardens and patios. The two bedrooms have sizable closets and share a brand new bathroom with an overhead dual-head shower.

Bedroom Four: Full sized bed and second wall concealing private vanity and dressing area - connects to third bathroom. Bedroom Four has a new Peloton bike to get your workout in before heading to the beach for the day.

As a family of restaurateurs and chefs, we installed a chef's kitchen that is perfect for big family dinners with all stainless steel appliances, a six burner gas stove, two ovens and a large griddle. There is a refrigerator/freezer and two sinks. We have a coffee machine, blender, toaster and every other tool or appliance you would possibly need, as well as pots of every size (including a giant one for steaming lobster - it's huge so we keep it in the basement so please let us know if you'd like us to get it out for you!). We also have a grill and outdoor cooler outside on the deck and more plates, cups and silverware than you could ever need.

In the living room we have a leather sectional couch with another leather armchair. There is a 70” flatscreen HD TV as well as high speed wifi throughout the house.

We also have a desk facing out over the private courtyard for anyone looking to do a bit of work during their stay.

In terms of proximity, the house is just a two minute walk to Watch Hill's famous East Beach and a quarter mile from The Misquamicut Club golf course. It is also a short walk to the Ocean House.
